Every homeowner's worst plumbing nightmare... main sewer line blocked and shower and toilets backing up. Called a number of plumbers listed "higher" up on YELP, none answered their phones or bothered to return my call. And then I called Loyalty. They answered the phone straight away. I explained what was going on and they sent two plumbers out within an hour on a Friday to hydro-jet and snake the line. Unfortunately, it didn't dislodge the blockage. They recommended a sewer line replacement. Okay, now THIS is a homeowners worst plumbing nightmare. Aldo quoted me a price and sent out a digging and plumbing crew the NEXT morning at 8 am (on a SATURDAY too)...wow, that is a first. And on top of everything, the entire crew were professional and nice but got to work right away and they didn't stop until the work was done. They came across some serious (complete) root incursions which had broken through the line all the way to the city sewer. They pulled the entire root mass (probably 2 feet of impacted roots) by hand to ensure they got it all. And then they removed about 40 feet of the old crap thin-walled PVC line from the clean-out to the city sewer line and replaced it with much higher quality PVC. Then they restored the surface, cleared out the old stuff and left me thinking these guys are simply the best plumbers I've ever encountered! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Long story longer, I've never left a review for a service provider because I frankly tend to be underwhelmed by most. Not these folks -- feel like it was money well spent for a tough (and somewhat dirty) job, professionally done. Hey, Houston Residents I FINALLY found an HONEST PLUMBING Company that has HONEST CARING LICENSED EMPLOYEES. I had hot water flowing out of a pipe in the back of my house. I thought the high pressure valve was stuck on my water heater. I called a Plumbing Company to come out. We went to the attic he immediately said I needed a new water heater. When he gave me the price. WOW! I said I need to call around. Thanking God the next Plumber I called was Loyalty Plumbing! When I called I said I need a quote for 50 gallon water heater. Aldo quoted me $725.00 lower than the 1st Plumber. I said I will accept that bid. Chris & Justin came out the next morning to install the water heater. They came to the door and said we brought you your new water heater that you need. I said I guess I need a NEW water heater. Justin said What do you mean? The pipe between our meter and house shutoff valve developed a leak and was slowly saturating our lawn and overflowing into the street. Rather than dig around to troubleshoot and to head off any future leaks/cracks, they recommended replacing the entire pipe with a new PEX line. We were pretty happy with the entire experience. The work appears to be good quality, and they were FAST. We contacted Loyalty on Monday night, had someone out on Tuesday to look at the issue, and the work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. That's less than 48 hours from the first email to the final invoice. If you have an urgent plumbing issues, Loyalty is an excellent choice. We were told our water would only be shut off for an hour or two of the repair, but the water was shut off promptly after the crew arrived (with no heads up) and was left off for the duration of the five hour repair. They also left their trash in our cans without asking, and didn't inform us when they had left. I just peeked my head outside and noticed that they were gone and the water was back on. We needed to move quickly for our repair, so we didn't get a chance to shop around. With that said, I felt Loyalty's price was on the upper end of fair - a premium I was happy to pay in this circumstance. We had a major plumbing issue when a cable company drilled a fiber optic line through our sewer line. I called the warranty company and they dispatched Loyalty Plumbing to fix the issue. Aldo and his crew were totally punctual and professional every step of the way. He kept me informed of their progress while they snaked the line, jetted the line, then sent a camera down stream to see what was actually causing the stoppage. Once the cable penetration was confirmed with their camera, the tight confines of the area including a fence and other wiring/plumbing running in same vicinity forced Aldo and his crew to hand-dig a 5-ft deep hole spanning two addresses in order to cut the bad portion of sewer line out and replace it, while also ensuring the entire line from the house to the main sewer line junction maintained its proper "drop" rate. All repairs were made and Aldo ensured I had all of the required information to go back to the cable company for reimbursement of my repairs. My kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were clogged, other plumbing worked fine. First, I called ARS/Rescue Rooter and they sent an amateur who's only communication with me was pricing, $250 per item unclogged. Then, a supervisor came over and quoted $12k on a belly pipe under my house, without fixing anything. He was ready to begin tunneling outside my house. He assured me the work had to be done and nobody else would be as cheap. Then, I called Loyalty Plumbing. Aldo, the owner, noticed the urgency and sent somebody right over. What great customer service. I had what I though was a plumbing issue around in my kitchen after all the dishwasher repair man said it was a plumbing issue. So I called Loyalty Plumbing and was able to get on the schedule. Aldo had Sohail and Antonio stop by at their scheduled time and help find the leak. They did a great job of eliminating possible sources of the leak before they had to access behind the sheet rock. Once behind the sheet rock they were able to show it was not the plumbing that was my issue. They were able to pull the dishwasher out and video the leak occurring from the dishwasher. In forty five minutes they guys were done and had found my issue, I only wish the dishwasher repair man had done as good of a job as the guys from Loyalty Plumbing did. Two thumbs up for Loyalty Plumbing. Had a major problem with a drain in my master bath. My warranty co. called Loyalty Plumbing out of Cypress, Texas. Although I live in Southwest Brazoria County, they came out and i.d. the problem with a drain camera. Tree roots had broken a pipe. Told me they would have to tunnel under the slab to get to the break in the drain pipe. The warranty would not cover the problem, which I didn't think it would. Gave me a price of what it would cost to fix the problem. Although it was expensive, I thought it was a fair price. A crew of six showed up at the agreed upon time and went to work. Took two days. Explained to me what they were doing as they went along. Aldo and Oscar the owners along with Juan were very professional. Cleaned up the area and spread the extra dirt where I wanted it spread. This is the second time I have used Loyalty and this last time was a crisis everyone is experiencing in Texas. As soon as I called Justin, he assured me as soon as they could get to us they would, but travel in that area of Houston was impossible. Just took a couple of days and they got to us right away while hundreds and hundreds are still waiting to get their pipes fixed so they would have water. My tenant was very patient but was more than overjoyed that they got to us as soon as they did. The tenant says they did a very good job, but because my pipes were very old and corroded the whole line had to be replaced 50 feet. It was quite expensive but only because of the extent of the damage. Now we are good to go for another 30 years, thank you Justin for getting to us right away. If you need quality work done a fair price these guys are the best. After having two plumbers out to fix a issue with drainage in our line. I called Aldo Gonzalez at Loyalty Plumbing, he was out the same day to inspect the situation. Aldo( the owner) and his team found the actual problem. The previous plumbers told us we had broken pipes under the house (pretty much in the center of my kitchen) by using the locator tool with the camera (we had old concrete pipes). After some digging and investigating the pipes were actually around the outside of the house. In 2 days Aldo's guys re-piped the outside perimeter of the house. Best experience EVER! Needed a toilet replaced. Had already purchased and needed it picked up, installed and haul away. Asked for five bids. Shocked that two companies can't be bothered to work weekends. Sorry I too work, and as much as i'd love to only have plumbing work done M-F, don't want to take a vacation day to get the job done. Other two bids were comparable as to scope of work but differed in price by a nice dinner out. Last bid disregarded requested service and tried to sell me a used toilet. We've used Loyalty plumbing for one of our rental properties, and for our personal property. Aldo worked with us for the rental property. He gave us a tip to help save some money. He said asked the City of Houston to come out and the sewer lines to see whether there was a clog. This saved us lots of money because if Loyalty had done it, it would have been very expensive to run a camera through the line to determine the issue. City of Houston removed the clog for free and there was no more back up in the house. For our personal property Oscar came over and determined our p-trap was clogged. Pricing outrageous My warranty company sent them out for my water heater. They were nice and professional upon arrival i will say.They checked out my water heater and it was bad. They said they would step outside to get authorization from my warranty company. They came back in and said they denied claim. I asked why and they said they don't know but if I wanted to pay out of pocket it would cosy $1,400. Do they left and I called my warranty company. They denied it because of the outrageous invoice they recieved. My Warranty company sent me a check to cover the real cost and my own local plumber to take care of it. My new water heater cost $450. Due to the snow storm we had here in Texas my house like a bunch of houses was effected. We had busted pipes everywhere. We have used Loyalty Plumbing in the past so that's who we called . Had a leaking kitchen faucet on July 20, 2021 that needed to be repaired ASAP. Was told someone would call that night to schedule the appointment for the next day. I never received the call that night . The next morning I called again and was told that no one was available and we could be scheduled for the next day. Hired a appliance installer to install our GE gas dryer. After a couple of days notice that the appliance installer had incorrectly wrapped the gas line around the heat exhaust vent. Called Loyalty Plumbing about the situated on a Saturday Evening. They inform me they would have someone out to check the line first thing Monday morning. Monday morning MPL# 40123 came early Monday morning as they said they would rectified the problem and adjusted our units so that we were able to close our laundry door.
