I was satisfied with the work performed on my Corvette. I was dissatisfied with the owners attitude. He basically wants to take the car in for just a simple "car wash" versus service or a quick oil change in charge a lot of money for it. It seems his focus is on making quick dollar and not customer service or not working with customers who have a challenging car. I took taking my other truck for a tuneup and he didn't want to work on it because he felt there was others issues and he could not charge enough to my a profit. Don't ever take your Prius here for a transmission service . He said he used 5 qt to flush it out and there is around 4 qts left in. 2010 Prius and up drain and fill requires 3.5qts . My transmission is shifting all messed up now and he is trying to blame my air filter . He over filled it 1.5 qts . That is 40 percent over its limits . I am certified air plane mech . I am also a car mech . I am a disabled veteran and just wanted to pay to get it done . All I asked him to do was drain some fluid out and recheck level . He takes my car out for 14 miles most likely trying to accelerate fast . That messed up my transmission doing that . Then he said my car is not a v6 . My Prius is know too smoke everyone at the light all the way to 60-70 mph then it slows down . He totally messed up my tranny and blames my air filter . I pay 1300 for brakes, 100,000 mile service , freon, and transmission service . I bet you he does not have the mechanic program called All Data . This program Would tell him to put 3.5 qt not 5 qt. I tried to be nice to him but , bro, who are you trying to kid. I am a mech bro ! read more

I've been needing to replace my tires for quite some time now but I don't know why I keep forgetting! Needing a quote quick, I saw this one tire shop that has 5 stars with over 200 reviews. They had a really great price for run-flat tires and I planned to go there. However, my boyfriend wanted to call LT Auto to see if we could get a better price quote. Long was able to offer me a better price than the popular tire shop for all four of my tires. Trust me, for run-flats, this was a GREAT deal and I couldn't pass this up. I got here today at 9 am thinking they would JUST open and I'd be too early. Apparently, I wasn't that early because the shop was already open before 9 (as listed in their hours of operation) and it looks like they're very punctual, too. I recently started coming here for any auto repairs recommended by a good friend of mine. Long's shop is in the middle of the alley-street. A small shop that fits about 2 cars. Him and his crew are a friendly professional bunch. His prices are reasonable. He will be honest with you and gives you his expertise advice. Their lunch hour is 12pm-1pm, so go before or after. He does not do smog check if you need it done to renew your registration, but he will direct to a place near by that does smog check. read more

Long and his team are phenomenal. A few weeks ago, AAA towed me to his shop for a nail in the tire + stripped lug nuts. He replaced all the lugs/studs, found a new replacement tire (same premium brand) since he wasn't able to patch the nail (it was right next to the wall of the tire), and with labor + parts it ended up being $360. Today (NYE, mind you!), I called the shop to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change+tire rotation. He said to come by at 11am. I come in and his team was already expecting me! This is one of the few rare time I found an auto repair shop (Long and the older man) going beyond expectation. I went to the shop for a side-mirror replacement after my parked car got hit by a driver. Obviously, the driver did not stick around or left any note for the damage side mirror (-__-) . I went to the this shop, since it is not too far away. Long replaced the side mirror and I started to drive away when the older man asked if everything was good. That was when I noticed that the side mirror was shaking more and more. He took a look and called Long to help out again. Long agreed to replace it with another unit without charging extra. I found those place through a friend of mine who worked with LT. I took my Acura TL 2008 to the dealership they wanted $490, i got the same exact work done from LT for less than $300! The car felt even better than before! I took my mom MDX 2004 which had this very unstudy shake when you start up the car. LT fixed it for less than $300 and the car run smooth again.
