I was very disappointed with my experience. My hair was so dry when I left it took 2 Olaplex moisturizing treatments to get it to a decent state. They used product on my hair that has a not so favorable smell and I can't wash out. It smells like the ogx coconut milk shampoo that you get at target. I would not be surprised if it was even though they have the karastase product displayed in the front. The gold arch that is shown in their ads was used for 30 secs and did not reach my hairline near my face. It seemed that the technician couldn't get it to work and spent about 5 mins trying to get it work. I could hear him whispering to the other tech in a frustrated tone. The "facial" was less than. They smeared some oily substance on my face and then put a paper mask from a pouch on my face. Whatever the oily stuff was, I still can't get it out of my eyelashes even though I've washed my face multiple times and visited 3 days ago. We got the most expensive package $110 which came with 15 massage. The massage was feet and arms. I was not too thrilled that the tech massaged my feet and then went back to touch my face and hair without washing their hands in between. At the end of the wet treatment, they tell you to sit up, pretty uncomfortable and then they bang on your back. When they blow dry your hair at the end, it's literally them putting a blow dryer to your hair on high heat. They also use communal brushes that are not washed or cleaned in between each customer. I am definitely not a fan and will not be returning. I suggest you save your $110 and go to a real salon. At least you will get your roots touched up, hair massaged, washed and conditioned and styled, all with proper sanitation, for less than this price. read more

Whatever you do, stay away from this place. The entire service was so rushed. Not to mention, I've never broken out so badly after a facial! On my face, neck, and upper back. Pimples everywhere! I also very rarely break out so it's definitely from their products. Who knows what types of products they're using on your face or if they even wash their hands after massaging your feet then back to your face and scalp. My scalp is now dry, peeling, and itchy from whatever they used on it. The golden water arch over your head is maybe used for 5 min, and we paid for the $120 85 min package. After they're done with your "facial" they don't even put any moisturizer on your face! I was so dried out by the time we left. Oh, and they didn't even close the curtain or leave the room for me to take my shirt off and put on their towel robe. So awkward!!! Avoid at all costs!! Lastly, I almost never leave reviews. But I had such a bad experience I felt the need to post this. read more
