I've been to so many head spas, but NOTHING compares to getting a full head-to-toe massage where you're literally being handled like a chef tenderizing meat The way she was digging into my skin had me fighting for my life -- but in the most rejuvenating, magical way. Trust the process and let her rough-handle you. Is it painful? Yes. Did I shed a tear? Also yes. Was it worth it? HECK. YEAH. Asian aunties are NOT afraid to beat you up a little and send you home feeling like jello And that's BEFORE the head and facial massage even starts. Honestly, I get so disappointed when I end up at places that just lightly play with my hair like I'm some house cat. I'm not here for soft, feathery touches. I want PRESSURE. I want TECHNIQUE. I want my soul to leave my body and come back renewed. And trust me... you WILL get the best head and face massage here. She uses multiple products, different tools, and even a steaming device that makes you look like an alien but in a good way. For a full 90 minutes she does. not. stop. kneading. Forget falling asleep. You'll be too busy floating between pain, pleasure, and pure bliss. And get the $150 royal treatment package. It's a 100/10. Worth every penny!!

So this review is coming As someone who has visited both the Westminster and Anaheim locations approximately 18 times, I can confidently say the quality here is consistently excellent. My regular masseuse was unavailable, so I saw Sophia instead, With over 20 years of experience( she have magic hand) Her technique significantly reduced my facial swelling and eye puffiness. I've uploaded before-and-after photos to show the results. My face appeared more lifted and revitalized post-treatment. Highly recommend.

I arrived feeling exhausted, but I left feeling completely revitalized and refreshed. I received a wonderful service from Hannah, who gave mea wonderful scalp massage ‍. They prioritize using their hands over massage tools, which made the experience more personal. The service here at there Westminster location was absolutely superb, the places was flawless , clean and extremely relaxing. This is the place you need to come and check out . I brought me and my mom here for her birthday and they were amazing. I highly recommend Bella she was very skilled and professional and gave great care ! I have been searching for a place to get a scalp treatment! I booked a HI CLASSIC treatment. I loved the customer service & ambiance. They were playing relaxing music & it felt so comforting! The reason for my 3 stars is because I'm not sure if it's supposed to be painful. ( a good pain). When she was massaging me, it hurt so bad and she digged deep into my scalp. I was hoping for more a relaxing massage etc. BUT I still enjoyed it! ALSO if you have lash extensions just beware that your face will be covered with oils etc. ( my extensions were okay) I just went home and washed my lashes. Overall, a good experience! read more

Very relaxing, and soothing experience. i'm visiting from out of town, but heard about the hair spa on tiktok. and it is worth it!!! an hour of complete pampering... sophia is very sweet, and will pamper you. from facial, face massage, face mask, shampooing, conditioning, upper body massage. it's quite the experience. so if you're in the area. you need to take an hour for yourself and come here.... prices are great for the economy we're in. and worth it. read more

100% waste if money. Mildew smell coming from steamer, towels or drains. I have sensitive skin and very fine straight hair. The products smelled like harsh chemicals when they were using them. I was so concerned about the damage I had to wash afterwards. The products stripped my hair and skin of their natural oils. My face head neck shoulders arms scalp were done in fast and rapid motions. I left very concerned about the damage the product had on my hair and skin. I was in and out of there in less than an hour declining blow dry. read more

I made a reservation for a Sunday a week in advance trust me they book up quickly. I got the pamper me package and it was worth it! They washed my hair about three times and did a hot oil treatment and face mask. They messaged my scalp a lot and neck back arms and feet last. Then I got a blow dry. I will definitely come back again bc their face massaging alone is worth it. I can feel my face muscles and collagen blooming already. Thank you!! read more

Worst place I've been to. Go to HK Beauty in Laguna Hills instead vastly better experience. Water was cold during washing. When they rubbed facial cream they got it into my eyes and my eyes were burning the entire time. Massage was way too hard and was really painful. The privacy shield wasn't covering all the way so when my head was turned I was staring at the person next to me which was odd. read more

I got upgraded to the Royal treatment and wow, Bella went above and beyond to make me feel so relaxed. She was sweet and very thorough with the massages. The scalp treatment was my favorite and felt amazing. The light therapy and gua sha with heat and hot stones gave everything such a nice tough. Please ask for Bella on your next service! read more

Terrible waste of money. Paid $80 for someone to rush tapping fingers all over my face quickly and carelessly. THEN assuming for such a high price when they say hair blow out they are going to use a brush and blow dry your hair nicely...wrong! She used her fingers to half way dry my hair frizzy and tangled. I honestly feel like I got robbed money the service was maybe worth $40 no where near $80. Worst spa service I have ever had. read more

We live over an hour away. We had originally booked for Anaheim but they called us and said they overbooked and asked if we could go to this location. We were a bit upset but we're already out here so we did the extra drive. So happy we did! They were super apologetic, gave us a discount and we had the most amazing service. Possibly one of the worst massages I've ever had…read more My massage therapist was Terry, and she kept leaving the room throughout the session. At one point, my entire back was left uncovered for what felt like nearly 30 minutes while it was still wet from the wet towel and massage oil. I was freezing and incredibly uncomfortable. The massage itself was very disappointing. I originally requested medium pressure, but instead she repeatedly dug her elbow into my neck, moving it back and forth without any real technique or purpose. It was painful rather than therapeutic. I eventually asked her to switch to light pressure, but then the massage became so light that it barely felt like a massage at all. It was just rubbing with no technique or muscle work. I've honestly had better massages during a pedicure. I had been looking forward to relaxing and even falling asleep, but instead I couldn't relax because the massage was uncomfortable and ineffective. It honestly felt amateurish and lazy. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. When booking, they require a $40 deposit. Since I was unhappy with my massage, I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a $20 tip for my husband's massage therapist, who did a good job, and only $10 for mine. Instead of respecting my decision, they REPEATEDLY pressured me to leave a $40 tip since they already have my "deposit". I had to repeat myself THREE separate times: "$20 for my husband's therapist and $10 for mine." I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't believe poor service should be rewarded. Being pressured to increase the tip after such a disappointing experience left an even worse impression than the massage itself.

A nice lady came out shortly and had me settle my payment then walked me to a room. A gentleman walked in and confirmed my hour long massage. The pressure and everything was perfect. I definitely felt instant relief in the end. I got changed and he waited in the front and handed me a cup of water. Very nice staff and i'll definitely come back again. Make sure to bring cash for tip! Card transactions have fees.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the scalp massage I recently received at your salon. Not only did the therapist Celine & Hien fail to use all the products advertised, but the overall pricing for the service was completely unjustified. When I booked the scalp massage for my sister and I, we were excited to indulge in a luxurious treatment that would leave our scalp feeling rejuvenated and nourished. However, upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the therapist did not utilize all the products mentioned in the treatment description which we both selected the "PAMPER" pkg $110. This lack of product usage was not only misleading, but it also affected the overall effectiveness of the massage. Just about every device she used felt short and rush 5-10 secs! Not even exaggerating! Furthermore, the pricing for the scalp massage was exorbitant, especially considering the subpar experience I received. I expected a premium service for the price I paid, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The therapist seemed rushed, failing to provide the level of attention and care that I had anticipated. Moreover, the ambiance of the salon did not match the high price point. The atmosphere was lackluster, and there was no sense of luxury or relaxation. I felt like I was just another customer in a conveyor belt of treatments, rather than receiving a personalized and indulgent experience. The water harness was only used for a good 10 secs as well!!! As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive the value for the money spent. However, in this instance, I left your salon feeling unsatisfied and frustrated by the lack of products used/advertise and attention to detail. Whatever the shampoo being used made my hair color brassy. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised. Customers deserve to receive the services they pay for, and it is crucial for your salon to provide a consistent and exceptional experience. I urge you to reevaluate your pricing structure and ensure that all therapists are trained to deliver the promised services with utmost care and expertise. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. My friends and I had booked appointments in advance, only to find out upon arrival that they had double-booked us. What's worse, they didn't notify us in a timely manner beforehand, leaving us to show up, only to be told we'd have to wait for over three hours for our appointment. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. No one reached out to let us know about the scheduling issue until we arrived, and when we asked for a resolution, the customer service was unhelpful at best. The staff made no attempt at making things right. This was an entirely avoidable situation, and I expected better from a business that should be focused on providing a relaxing experience. We won't be returning, and we suggest others think twice before booking here. Completely unacceptable! read more

I made an appointment at 1 o'clock and drove all the way from Irvine only to be told there was no available time when I got there. This is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. I've honestly had better massages during a pedicure. I had been looking forward to relaxing and even falling asleep, but instead I couldn't relax because the massage was uncomfortable and ineffective. It honestly felt amateurish and lazy. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. When booking, they require a $40 deposit. Since I was unhappy with my massage, I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a $20 tip for my husband's massage therapist, who did a good job, and only $10 for mine. Instead of respecting my decision, they REPEATEDLY pressured me to leave a $40 tip since they already have my "deposit". I had to repeat myself THREE separate times: "$20 for my husband's therapist and $10 for mine." I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't believe poor service should be rewarded. Being pressured to increase the tip after such a disappointing experience left an even worse impression than the massage itself.
