I came here for a girls day with my friend, Lucy was my masseuse. She did absolutely amazing, it was so relaxing. My neck was hurting and I had a migraine when I came in. Really great value for what you get. Reasonably priced. The only cons are you dont get your own room (but most places dont offer that) and sometimes the lady at the front will be watching something loudly on her phone. Besides that, the staff is nice and accommodating and this is the most reasonably priced headspa around that ive been to.. read more

Good: - The ladies who work here were all very sweet and polite. There was a scheduling mixup and they didn't have someone to take me until 20 minutes late, but they were very apologetic. - The head massage was great. I love lots of pressure and scratching and I enjoyed it. - Really nice that they blow dry your hair at the end with no extra charge (I got the classic, if that matters). It's not a full-on style but adequate for going on with my day. Not as great: - After lying flat on my back for an hour, my upper back started to feel a little uncomfortable. - The waiting area is contiguous with the treatment area (just separated by some curtains) so you can hear everything in there. Some ladies came a full hour early for their treatment (essentially soon after I started) and I could hear them chatting throughout my whole session :( They weren't super loud but still very noticeable. Perhaps there should be a sign that says "quiet zone" in the waiting area. I accept this is just a risk when choosing a spa with this layout. read more

I came here when they first opened and they were beyond busy.. every station was full. I was in the mood for a massage and head treatment tonight so I called and came in and I was the only client there... they even closed early I was just walking back to my car at 5:30 when I saw the owner and my massage lady locking up the store. First off I had MiMi and I will say she was amazing! Always asking about pressure, made sure I was comfortable and if I was ok thru the whole thing which I appreciate it .. I had no complaints on her at all. I thought the pricing looked different when I first walked in and then realized they upped all the prices to when I went my first time a few months ago ... I originally was doing the $100 one but the front desk lady talked to me into the $120... my only complaints are I never got the hot stones treatment, when they finish on your face they put no moisturizer on so your skin is completely dry, and last time I only did the $90 treatment and they did a WAY better putty/gel mask.. this time was only the cheap face masks.. also they only use the "gold water arch" for maybe like 5 mins in 1 spot! That's the only thing I was looking forward too and I wish they would incorporate that a lot better than five minutes out of 85 mins. if I'm gunna pay $120 I would appreciate the better products. You can tell this place isn't busy at all like they used to be and now their prices are wayyyy higher. read more

We booked an appointment for 7 people for my Bach party! They were able to accommodate us and our last minute requests. (We added an extra person). Some of the girls went to the other salon location and was late but they still waited for us. All the girls seem to enjoy it however some of the curly hair girls did say they wish their blow out was better. They had only 6 chairs for the drying station so one of our girls was sitting in the waiting room getting her hair dried. So if you have curly hair this salon may need to learn about the hair care for your hair more. My services with Bella was great through, she made sure I was comfortable and asked me about the pressure of the massage and etc. they even brought us party gifts!! The facial was nice everything was relaxing. Overall rating 4.5 stars! read more

Came here with a friend to try it out. They are doing a 20% off special for their anniversary so we upgraded to the Classic package. It was very nice and a fun way to treat ourselves. The massage and face mask was nice. The hair washing and scalp massage were very nice and my hair felt very clean and healthy after. They do blow dry your hair but it is quick and there aren't really any products used so I wouldn't suggest going there and then planning a nice dinner but if you are just going to treat yourself it is a fun way to spend an hour! I just wish they told you more about what was going on. They used a lot of tools and skills and I would love to know what they were read more

Went today. Lovely time. Place was clean and they were very accommodating and patient. Sadly a rude lady came in while we were having our service done and was yelling and degrading the poor workers. She was so rude and the workers were so pleasant and tried to make her understand. It wasn't pleasant having to listen to that "karen" be unreasonable so long and so loud. But my hair is super soft and the massage was lovely and relaxing. Def give this place a try. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times now and each time has been very relaxing. I've done the standard, classic, and deluxe packages. Their products smell amazing and the facials are so nice as well! My only wish was that the curtains closed all the way to have some privacy during treatments, but otherwise a nice little hidden gem in an unsuspecting strip mall. read more

Possibly one of the worst massages I've ever had…read more My massage therapist was Terry, and she kept leaving the room throughout the session. At one point, my entire back was left uncovered for what felt like nearly 30 minutes while it was still wet from the wet towel and massage oil. I was freezing and incredibly uncomfortable. The massage itself was very disappointing. I originally requested medium pressure, but instead she repeatedly dug her elbow into my neck, moving it back and forth without any real technique or purpose. It was painful rather than therapeutic. I eventually asked her to switch to light pressure, but then the massage became so light that it barely felt like a massage at all. It was just rubbing with no technique or muscle work. I've honestly had better massages during a pedicure. I had been looking forward to relaxing and even falling asleep, but instead I couldn't relax because the massage was uncomfortable and ineffective. It honestly felt amateurish and lazy. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. When booking, they require a $40 deposit. Since I was unhappy with my massage, I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a $20 tip for my husband's massage therapist, who did a good job, and only $10 for mine. Instead of respecting my decision, they REPEATEDLY pressured me to leave a $40 tip since they already have my "deposit". I had to repeat myself THREE separate times: "$20 for my husband's therapist and $10 for mine." I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't believe poor service should be rewarded. Being pressured to increase the tip after such a disappointing experience left an even worse impression than the massage itself.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the scalp massage I recently received at your salon. Not only did the therapist Celine & Hien fail to use all the products advertised, but the overall pricing for the service was completely unjustified. When I booked the scalp massage for my sister and I, we were excited to indulge in a luxurious treatment that would leave our scalp feeling rejuvenated and nourished. However, upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the therapist did not utilize all the products mentioned in the treatment description which we both selected the "PAMPER" pkg $110. This lack of product usage was not only misleading, but it also affected the overall effectiveness of the massage. Just about every device she used felt short and rush 5-10 secs! Not even exaggerating! Furthermore, the pricing for the scalp massage was exorbitant, especially considering the subpar experience I received. I expected a premium service for the price I paid, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The therapist seemed rushed, failing to provide the level of attention and care that I had anticipated. Moreover, the ambiance of the salon did not match the high price point. The atmosphere was lackluster, and there was no sense of luxury or relaxation. I felt like I was just another customer in a conveyor belt of treatments, rather than receiving a personalized and indulgent experience. The water harness was only used for a good 10 secs as well!!! As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive the value for the money spent. However, in this instance, I left your salon feeling unsatisfied and frustrated by the lack of products used/advertise and attention to detail. Whatever the shampoo being used made my hair color brassy. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised. Customers deserve to receive the services they pay for, and it is crucial for your salon to provide a consistent and exceptional experience. I urge you to reevaluate your pricing structure and ensure that all therapists are trained to deliver the promised services with utmost care and expertise. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. My friends and I had booked appointments in advance, only to find out upon arrival that they had double-booked us. What's worse, they didn't notify us in a timely manner beforehand, leaving us to show up, only to be told we'd have to wait for over three hours for our appointment. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. No one reached out to let us know about the scheduling issue until we arrived, and when we asked for a resolution, the customer service was unhelpful at best. The staff made no attempt at making things right. This was an entirely avoidable situation, and I expected better from a business that should be focused on providing a relaxing experience. We won't be returning, and we suggest others think twice before booking here. Completely unacceptable! read more

My best friend surprised me with a self care morning, it was my first time and will be coming back on the regular. Sofia was amazing and so gentle. I made an appointment at 1 o'clock and drove all the way from Irvine only to be told there was no available time when I got there. This is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. Your scheduling system is clearly a mess, and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I expect better and won't be coming back. read more

So naturally, I wanted to try a head/face massage done by a professional. Best decision ever, Helen is truly a master at her craft. She is so kind, gentle, and precise. I could tell she loves what she does. Thanks to her, I will permanently include this type of treatment in my recovery plan. I'm particular about cleanliness, and this place is on top of their game. Such a relaxing atmosphere too. And the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I got her name, but I went on a Thursday haha
