She is honest, and caring and kind and personable. I look forward to have my treatment plan done by her and I despise the dentist! Also, the office is comfortable and quiet which is the complete opposite of the other office I visited which was loud and chaotic.

I learned so much about myself and they were so thorough. Dr. Ip, Shae, and Grace were all such a pleasure. On this visit, I learned that I have a deviated septum and also a tight oral frenulum. I reached out to the owner of the practice and she called me back and apologized for how things happened and even offered to do the x-rays for free. Duyen is a wonderful hygienist, gentle and non-judgmental about my terrible flossing. I'm lucky to not have any major issues but my wife recently had to have an old crown replaced (put in by her family dentist back in CA) and she was very happy with their work. These guys are honest and old school (but tech-forward where it makes sense). No unnecessary upselling or over-treatment, which I appreciate.
