They inspected my Luxe Gold GRS35 Fifth Wheel for quality and checked all items and systems for proper working order after I purchased it from the factory in Elkhart, Indiana; just like a home inspection. In a world where good customer service can be extremely hard to find, this was a refreshing and rare experience to deal with them. Chris and Kelly answered every text, every question and responded instantly by phone calls, texts or emails. The detailed inspection report was very thorough and allowed me to come up with a "punch list' of items that need attention before I left the factory. They were able to work within my timeframe and to the point without any bullshit. Bottom line, these guys do exactly what they say they'll do and are folks of their word. In about 15 minutes or so Shay showed up with a flatbed and got us loaded up and we were on our way to the dealership in Grand Rapids. He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.
