    Acapulco cheese

I visited on a Sunday evening and the service was super fast - entrees were out maybe 10 minutes or so after ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was seemingly a slow night, where about half the space was empty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the Acapulco cheese with steak. It's basically a loaded taco, with refried beans or rice on the side. It's a great deal, with tons of food on the platter. We also got a queso to share (not pictured) and that was also quite yummy. I forgot to take a picture of their specials, but they have daily specials that look like they're worth checking out!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I visited on Labor Day for lunch and was surprised by how busy it was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My server was running between tables which made the service a little slow and unorganized. The complimentary salsa and chips were tasty. The chips were perfect with the guacamole. The guac needed a little salt but I never had the opportunity to ask my server because he didn't come back to my table until my entree was ready. The salsa that came with my tacos was spicier than the one served with the chips and I liked it more. The carne asada was a bit dry. I added some of the guac and the salsa to them.

Good Mexican food came in when it was a hour left on shift. This was my second time come and food is good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decent ambiance and the decor is pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good for larger parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We've been coming to Luciana's for years because the location is convenient and the food is consistently good. The interior is lovely, like being in a courtyard. The booths are comfortable and the bar area can hold a party of people if needed. We used to hold work celebrations in the bar. They have added a really inviting outdoor patio that is colorful. This week I brought my granddaughters. They have a great lunch and kid's menu with reasonable prices on traditional Mexican favorites. My granddaughters had the taco lunch and the quesadilla lunch. Their meals came with rice, lots of rice. They were both happy with their meals and cleaned their plates. The food is not too spicy for the kids. I had the Lunch Special #6 - chicken enchilada and tostada lunch which came with sides of rice and beans. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband had the Lunch Burrito Deluxe (beef) which was covered with lettuce, tomato and sauce. Our server, Jesus, was excellent, brought covered glasses for the kids and kept our water full. Food came out quickly. The restaurant is convenient easy on and off of 465.

Went to lunch at Luciano's Mexican restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was vibrant with flavor with large portion sizes. I wasn't able to eat all my food ended up bringing it home for dinner. I can't wait to visit again.

We enjoy Luciana's on 86th Street at Trader's Point, and they have become one of our staples in our rotation. The restaurant is attractive, spacious, and comfortable with good food and generous servings. The lunch menu is affordable, and orders arrive quickly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They can handle large groups or special occasions within the restaurant. Great location for after work drinks.

The inside definitely doesn't match the outside. The entryway leads into a big central dining room that looks like a big courtyard, complete with a blue sky mural. Then there are big cozy semi-circle booths all around the outside. It's not what I expected to see but I enjoyed how unique it was. There's a big menu with all the things you expect to see. I went with a taco salad. It came out quickly and tasted good. I enjoyed the chips and salsa as well. The servers weren't overly friendly as they seemed busy but they worked quickly and checked on me several times throughout. They have several locations across the city so I'm sure I'll be back!

Enjoyed the experience. Fox and drinks were great. Defiantly my new spot here in Indiana.

We loved this place! Great service, attentive but not hovering. Reasonable prices, comfortable booths. Light and crispy chips and tasty salsa. I love nachos. There was a great selection! I got the fajita nachos, hubby got nachos that had chicken and shrimp. Cheesy, but not soggy. Plenty of toppings. Delish!!!

We have passed the location in BroadRipple and they seem to always be busy. Now with three locations in Indy they must be doing something right...right? This location in its past life was an Abuelos. Then it was a Mikes Charcoal Grill. Luciana's has done a face lift on the outside with brighter colors. They still have the nice patio area with tables. Gone is the Diego Rivera mural on the back wall and the large art pieces. I'm guessing they were gone before Luciana's opened. They have installed new booths and way too many TVs in the dining area. The beautiful sky area is still there in the middle court yard. We started with queso. It was really good but a bit thin at first. It could have used a bit of a stir before it was served. My meal was combo #4 One Chicken Tamale. You can tell it was handmade because the masa was way too thick. I ate the chicken and left most of the shell. One Ground Beef Enchilada. It was very good and I liked the red sauce. One Ground Beef Burrito. The burrito was indistinguishable from the Enchilada except for different color on the outside. The burrito was just ground beef, no beans, no cheese nothing extra on the inside. No sides come with combo #4 but beans and rice come with #1,2.3,5 and 6. Husband got Grilled Chicken Quesadilla. His came with rice , lettuce, tomato and sour cream. He liked it and the rice. We decided we had to try the fried ice cream. It was pretty good. Ice cream tasted like it was rolled in cinnamon toast crunch. The sopapilla weren't light and fluffy little pillows but they were still good. I felt like our server just did the basic. He took our order brought the food. Never check on us once after. When he did come back he asked one or two checks. That's when we ordered dessert. Then again he wasn't back till he brought the check. Our server seemed to be the only employee not wearing a mask. We would probably be back. I'd try a different meal.

Honestly I went in with low expectations but for a sit down chain restaurant I was pleasantly surprised. The server was great and was very attentive to our party of four. The skinny margaritas were fantastic and the queso was bomb dot com. I'm a big fan of El Rodeo (106th) and I would probably still choose that restaurant for sentimental reasons but the queso definitely rivaled in quality and the atmosphere was way more chill. I could actually hear my table speaking and the parking situation was solid. I ordered the three taco combo which was excellent.

Marquarita's made by Juan at Trader's Point..cheers me n my bestie love Luciana's

When I tell you Luciana's is the bomb it really is my favorite location is in Broad Ripple but I live closer to Trader's Point nice folks at both really the entire family is awesome even the worker's that are not are just great

I recommend ordering ahead for a quick in/out and to make sure what you want is in stock. I've seen the line quite long, but you can get lucky with no line on a weekday. The inside is cute but there is no seating inside. You're going to get a little messy eating your cinnamon roll and want to be in the privacy of your own home anyway. My one very minor piece of feedback is I wish some rolls were sweet rolls (i.e. skip the cinnamon). Fruity Pebble is a little overpowered by cinnamon but I'd still get it. Yes, these are quite a bit pricer that's for sure. People were buying one of everything in line. I was like wow! Some Items the combinations of flavors didn't appeal to me. I love tiramisu and pecan pie so I got them both. One suggestion I would have is to have utensils and napkins at the table for people to use. The pastries I bought are really temperature sensitive and need to be kept cold. Both had a cream - mousse inside. They wouldn't last long only a day or to the next. I loved the pecan item I ordered. It was great! The tiramisu one I wouldn't order again. The bottom flakey part was so bitter. I love coffee and expresso and tiramisu. But, the whole thing just wasn't what I thought it would taste like. Now I know. :-( Creamy, sweet, smooth, with a kick of coffee all come together to make a great tiramisu. This is what most people love about it. I don't know if they are planning on opening a store or not. The pop ups are doing well it seems. What went from ordering 1 pastry each turned into 8 total.. and we regret nothing. The Tiramisu Danish was exactly as I had hoped for! The bitter taste of espresso paired with the sweet mascarpone cream filling reminded me of the holidays when I would watch my mom make tiramisu for our family. While a lot of people prefer a sweeter espresso, I thought this was perfect and very true to a traditional tiramisu taste The Pear Kouglof reminded me of a fresh yeast donut that's been tossed in sugar This was a very kid-friendly pastry in taste and while I wasn't too blown away by it, it did make me wonder if I would have preferred it with a stronger, more potent, fruit. The Cherry Basque Cheesecake -- this pastry was the house favorite. The texture of this cheesecake was creamy, but somehow still spongey.. cakey, but more like pudding. Mix that with the juiciest sour cherries and the crunch of a biscoff crust.. mind blown was an understatement. We're looking forward to what Beurre Sec has planned for their next pop-up

That could not be more true. We both did Pick Two: I got a chicken salad sandwich and my mother got a turkey and cheese both with the soup of the day which was butternut squash. Soup was OK, sandwiches were OK. I got a side of chips (not made in-house) for $3. My daughter was upset when we arrived bc she was napping in the car and she proceeded to cry for about the first 10 minutes so, I walked around with her to calm her before I sat down since it's so cramped to try not to disturb everyone else. She was not happy the entire time so we were trying to calm her and feed her. Cake slices and cheesecake are $17-20 each. They're large but other reviews say dry and taste old. That's pricey. We skipped dessert at those prices based on the quality of the rest of our meal... I got an $8 peppermint mocha which was good but, served in the smallest teacup imaginable. It's extremely small inside. Like, uncomfortable. Granted, I had a lot of items with my baby and her and we were seated at a table for two with her in my lap but it was close quarters and the waitresses were squeezing between the chairs to walk around. They have about 6 tables inside with a small event private room in back. Our waitress was kind but, the manager or owner was off-putting. She went to every single table seated except ours to ask how their meal was and experience and, when time to pay, she wanted to personally ring me up to ensure we left in a hurry. I get it, some places are not meant for babies, but, since it's billed specifically to kids, I thought this was. Nope, I was wrong. (She's 19 months - so, too young for this bougie of an establishment clearly) I would not come back at all unless it was for my, older daughter to have a birthday cake experience and get a couple cute pics. As far as instagram-worthy goes, they know what they're doing. As far as quality of food. It's like a 2.5 stars. I had planned not to eat because the menu isn't very inclusive for my dietary restrictions. If you are only gluten free with no other food restrictions, they have some options for you. For me, with gluten and dairy plus some other restrictions, my only option would've been a salad and I would've had to adjust it for my needs. I planned ahead of time to just have tea, and that's what I did. The tea itself was pretty good, but it came out very lukewarm, so it was disappointing. The menu says the tea pot is for 1-2, but it's very small and I'd never consider it for 2 people. I had maybe 2.5-3 tea cup refills before it was gone. For the price, I'd rather get tea elsewhere. For birthdays, they do bring you edible glitter to blow from your hand when you make a wish. It's a cute addition, whether you're a kid or grown ups like my group. The food and drinks felt overpriced to me, but I think this is one of those places where it's about the ambiance and experience more than anything. It's not somewhere I'm eager to return to, but if someone is having a celebration there, I'll prepare ahead and maybe ask for my tea to come extra hot.

Be warned you will be filled to the brim with chocolate but who says that's a bad thing.

I came for one free donut... and left with a box full of bad decisions…read more I'm originally from Connecticut and was driving through Indianapolis on my way back to Louisville when someone told me, "Don't leave Indianapolis without stopping at Long's Bakery." Whoever you are... thank you. You changed my life. The sweet woman behind the counter heard where I was from and handed me a complimentary glazed yeast donut. Let me tell you... WHEW! It wasn't even fresh out of the oven, and it still melted in my mouth. Light, soft, perfectly glazed... I knew right then I was in trouble. I ended up buying a box with blueberry cake, applesauce cake, cinnamon sugar, Bavarian cream, glazed yeast, and a few others. Everything was incredibly fresh, and at those prices, I had to double-check the menu because I thought I was reading it wrong! When I got back to my parents' house in Louisville, we warmed a few up for just a few seconds. Game over. They somehow tasted even better. My plan was to take some to church tomorrow to share... but judging by how fast they're disappearing, I may be testifying about them instead. Before I left, the woman smiled and said, "Make sure you come back when you're in town." Oh, I'll be back. I may even create reasons to drive through Indianapolis now. Long's Bakery doesn't need fancy displays or trendy flavors. They simply make outstanding donuts with friendly service and prices that make you wonder if they accidentally forgot inflation. 10/10. Worth every mile of the detour.

They are famous for their warm yeast donuts, however my favorite has to be the blueberry. What a delight! It's flavorful and the texture just melts in your mouth. If you've never been, note that the lines can be long, but everybody in line is typically friendly. Also, cash only, so be prepared to pull some money out the bank!
