Paco's serves breakfast! This was a surprise to me. This location opened recently and is lovely, upscale inside. The clerk greeted me with a smile when I entered. You order and pay up front and then wait for your food. The seating is modern and the morning sun warms up the dining room. Gentle Mexican music plays in the background. There are four different breakfast items on the menu including breakfast tacos. I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon. The food is prepared fresh and takes a few minutes. The burrito is ready fairly quickly. It is hot and huge, stuffed with eggs, cheese, bacon and refried beans. A salsa buffet has mild, hot and very hot sauces. I try the mild and the hot, both are good if you like spicy. Paco's does a robust delivery business. Orders regularly went out the door.

The staff are always so friendly and engaging. I ordered the fish tacos and they were so huge I was able to double my order with extra tortillas I had at home. They didn't just stuff the tacos with filler but they loaded them with fish. The fish was well seasoned and flavorful. The sauces they offer are: mild, medium and spicy. This is a great spot with a lot of options to choose from.

I went to Paco's for lunch and really enjoyed it! We went around 12:30pm on a Thursday and there weren't many people there. We got our food pretty quick too! I got Burria tacos and chips and salsa. Both were incredible and I would order this again!!

The food was amazing and no weird pieces of meat in it. I would definitely order again. It was through DoorDash so not sure how the service or ambiance itself was but I'm definitely going to see now!

I was going to Trader Joe's but hadn't had lunch so stopped in at Paco's. I've seen it before when leaving the parking lot so was excited to get to try the food. I got 3 tacos - the carne asada, chicken and pastor. All 4 tacos were delicious with the addition of the medium sauce. They have the sauces prepackaged in little cups next to the drinks station so you can grab as many as you want. I did feel like the meat could have been a bit more seasoned but the sauces helped. I would definitely come back to try some other menu items.

Family night. We came in for a new taco place to try. The service was friendly and helped me sign up for a free taco! The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. We liked it. We especially liked the salsa bar where we were assured to have enough salsa (my wife likes a lot of salsa with her tacos). It was tasty and a nice experience. I think there are a few around Indy so you should be able to try one too.

This is now my 3rd time to Paco's & while I love how clean it is on the inside & how nice the workers are..... their prices are a bit asinine. I understand everything has increased on pricing including food but for myself & 3 kids my bill was $101. Everything is served a la carte meaning if you want rice or street corn it's all sold separately. Even toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes are a charge. I'm very surprised the cilantro & onion are available to pick up as much as you'd want at the sauce bar. Again, the food is very tasty, the restaurant is clean, workers are all nice, parking lot is accessible and has handicap spots near the door but THE PRICE. Either include one side with the meals OR include fountain drinks or something. This is not the place to go eat with kids or multiple family members unless everyone is responsible for their own bill. :(

It is safe to say I am obsessed with Pacos and you'll understand if you eat their asada tacos. We came during the busy lunch hour and we're pleasantly surprised how quick the service was. Between the natural lighting pouring into the dining room and the music, you can't help but feel a little better than when you walked in. I mean, the food plays a big part in that too but it set up our lunch meal just right. Be sure to add avocado if you get the tacos. It's worth it l.

I was greeted when I walked in. It was pretty empty yet clean. My veggie taco was loaded but it was flavorless. It was under $5 for one taco.

This was my first time coming here. The staff was friendly when we came in and we received fast service. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They had drinks behind the counter, including Mexican coke. By the drink station, they also had a salsa bar with three different salsa options: mild, medium and verde. I had the asada quesadilla with a side of rice. It came with some pico, lettuce and sour cream, and I used some verde sauce to add some flavor and heat. My boyfriend had the arroz con pollo. Overall good service and good food, it could just use a little more flavor. The inside was modern and clean. They also had YouTube music videos of hispanic singers playing on a tv inside, which was a little loud for my liking. Probably wouldn't be my go-to Mexican restaurant, but not a bad option if you're already in the area.

Super impressed with the quality of the food here. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. It did take a little bit for the food to be ready, but the wait sure was worth it. The restaurant is also very clean, open, and inviting. They play music videos on a big TV screen and the volume is perfect. Only thing I wish were different is if they did not serve food in styrofoam containers. I was worried I would cut into the container as I was eating.

I'm surprised I have not reviewed Paco"s Taqueria before, because this is a wonderful Mexican restaurant. I ordered chicken tacos and Mexican street corn through Uber Eats one night from Paco's Taqueria, and it was a great meal. The chicken tacos were very fresh and tasted immaculate. The Mexican street corn was delicious. I went to the restaurant in person a while back, and it was packed like crazy. The service was wonderful and the staff were very hospitable. The ambiance was definitely a Mexican theme decor and felt like you were in Mexico at one point. I've heard the tamales are excellent here as well, but have not tried one myself, so will have to pick one up the next time I stop by the restaurant. Everything appears to be great on the menu, and it is a very popular place, so Paco's Taqueria is the place to go if you want excellent high quality Mexican food.

I regret not having discovered Paco's Taqueria sooner, but I foresee many visits in the future. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and given ample time to glance their menu. I decided on the Chilaquiles, opting for the verde green salsa and steak as my protein. The steak was freshly made, crispy, and nicely charred. The chips were also crispy and delicious, and the verde green salsa had a nice spicy flavor to it. To my surprise, the dish was served with rice and beans. They also have a salsa bar with mild, medium, and hot salsas, along with onions, cilantro, and limes. I enjoyed all three salsas. I'm eager to return to try their new Ramen-inspired dish and their popular Birria Tacos.

He greeted us warmly, asked us if we liked meat, then immediately gave us samples of each! I was wooed. He was a smooth talker. The lamb is succulent and my favorite. The chicken was great, but steer clear if you're not a fan of the flavor that comes with charring. The kafta was my second favorite meat. They were beef meatballs with Moroccan‐seasoned BBQ rub spices. Even though the meat was amazing, I settled on a lighter dish: the spinach & feta sandwich. Each sandwich is a pita wrap with diced tomatoes and onions. You can get the Harissa sauce in the sandwich or on the side. It's a mild level of spicy. It lingers on your palate for awhile after you're finished--a satisfying feeling. The truck also serves plates with the same meats--all plates are gluten free too. The sides for each plate are saffron rice and Moroccan green beans. There's even baklava for desert.

Overall, not terrible but I was expecting more for the price. Shawarma was not very big. Chicken was ~4 large pieces. Not broken down at all. Smaller chunks would make it much easier to eat and would be more like every other shawarma I ever had. Flavor was decent. People who don't like spicy probably should omit the red sauce. Everyone has different tolerances for that. Don't think it is a traditional sauce and more like Frank's red hot or similar anyway. Hummus size was not terrible for $5. But, I have gotten a larger container of very good fresh made for less elsewhere. The hummus itself was not bad but again I expected more for the price. Just a few small pieces of tomato dropped in it. No oil or spices or anything on top like I'm used to for this price. The "warm pita" that comes with it was not warm at all and kinda stale. Hard and chewy. Not enough to go with the size of hummus either.

There were a few decent options today, however, I wheeled by Que Tacos and was immediately struck by their attractive truck. I watched the guy working the window, and he was enthusiastic, friendly, and really building a wonderful back-and-forth with customers. I wheeled around a bit. But, I ended up back here. Que Tacos serves up Mexican food including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, churros, & more! I opted for a quesadilla at $12. You get one of seven options of protein along with shredded cheese. They do have some sauces available. I tend to eat fairly basically, but I seem to have a fascination with quesadillas lately. It was maybe a little bit smaller than I expected, however, the ingredients made up for that. It was generous and incredibly tasty. I was very, very, very happy with it. Have I mentioned I was happy with it? The guy working the window? Super friendly and helpful. As a wheelchair user, I'm used to having to really stretch to get to the window, but he actually came to me. The person cooking was also super helpful when the order was delivered a few minutes later. Statehouse Market can get super busy, however, I went right before the noon rush. It wasn't bad, and my wait wasn't bad at all. They carry drinks as available - I saw some soft drinks (cans) and Jarrito. Que doesn't have a website at this point, but they do have a presence on both Facebook and Instagram. I honestly loved this food truck. The food was terrific, the people were amazing, and the prices were fair. I'll easily return if they return to Statehouse Market or if I see them in the community. The menu that Nicole S. posted is the same menu I had today. So, it sounds like things are pretty consistent. I highly recommend Que Tacos.

And thank goodness, because I needed something to eat to soak up some of the gin and tonic(s) that were sloshing around my mostly empty stomach. It's a proven fact that Mexican food is a great remedy for hangovers, but it's also a good base for soaking up alcohol. Look it up! I ain't lying. Anyway, I ordered the first thing that sounded good: the duo street tacos, which came with my choice of meat (I chose steak), pickled onions, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Corn tortillas, of course. The tacos were simple and satisfying, and they only cost $10. I say "only," because food trucks at a concert can sometimes be expensive. Maybe it was the gin and tonics clouding my judgement, but I saw the price as perfectly reasonable at the time. Another great thing is that I didn't have to wait long at all for my food. The people in the truck were hustling and fulfilling orders like pros. It doesn't look like their website works as of right now, but you can follow them on Facebook to see where they will be next. They seem to be at events all around central Indiana.
