I'm a freaky little Goblin when it comes to flavor combinations, and this pizza place delivers interesting non-traditional flavors. While you can find "Butter Chicken Pizza" spots dotted sparsely around the region, Luciano's has a pretty good one. In West Seattle no less! Now, I don't know what you'd want to do in Admiral at night aside from catching a movie or karaoke at this point, but it's a quaint hole-in-the-wall if you happen to be pillaging the North End of California St., as I often do being a Goblin. It's not a big spot even by Tokyo standards, so it's best to eat it to go or delivered. I've arrived some nights to a mother working with her child playing in the back while she prepares the food. Some Goblins like me have worked with families who have their kids in the shop, so to me, this is a sign of quality. This Goblin recommends you try this next time instead of Dominoes. Delivery was late by 15+min, so we called. They confirmed on its way. Once we got the food, the fries were pretty soggy and had almost not cheese at all ($7.99 feta fries). I tried calling them to ask if this was really their standard for a "feta fries" and they hung up on me as soon as my call went through, twice. My friend called from another phone and they picked up and then confirmed this was to be expected of their feta fries. Additional review: The gyros pita was a bit tough. The pizza was quite good! I can not express how taken back I was by the atrocities, disrespectful "customer service" my family and I received by ordering from this establishment. The employee "Bman" (my apologies if I spelled it incorrectly there was a language barrier) This even we are lace an order of * large pepperoni pizza * mozzarella sticks * barbecue chicken sandwich *Small Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza We called to inform them our order was not completed. Upon answering the customer service representative was upset/distracted & very unhelpful. When bringing to their attention that our order was not completed, and we were requesting a refund or for our order to be replaced, her words were "that's not my problem" and hung up on my spouse. I then thought I'd try reaching out, I started out the conversation by stating I did not appreciate the tone she had with him & hanging up on him was unprofessional and uncalled for. She stated she is to busy & can not help us. When trying to explain what we received VS what we ordered she continuously kept talking over me after I repeatedly asked her to stop. In so many words, she basically told me there was no point because she couldn't help me. I asked for her name and she hesitated, I asked for the managers name, and she stated they weren't there. I asked for the managers name once again she hesitated, finally gave me a name. I asked for the managers number she asked why I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude towards us, and all we were trying to explain is that we received the wrong order. I will admit that the beginning of the conversation, when I called was cordial and respectful on my behalf, until she began raising her voice, and interrupting me, and understandably, I was upset . When I proceeded to ask if they served rice as that's what we received versus my pizza she hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and my call was hung up on . When she finally answered, she asked me to stop calling because she cannot give me a refund . $88.02 was the total. Honestly, all we really wanted is them to admit that the order was not made or placed correctly and perhaps replacing it or refund in the item we did not receive . At this point it is beyond that and more towards the horrible customer service we received. And wondering how often this employee ask out toward other customers that don't speak up, Out of the entire order my family was only able to eat the pepperoni pizza. The mozzarella sticks were soggy & cold in the middle. The sandwich breading was a little burnt. I do not recommend this establishment more because of the customer service VS the food. read more

New Indian owners..never been to this place before but decided to give them a try after recently folks mentioned about their delicious pizzas.. ordered the butter chicken pizza, chilli chicken pizza and the butter paneer pizza.. devoured all 3 pizzas very authentic in their flavors and the pizzas tasted great.. their pizza bread is a tad too thick for my taste but still great for a traditional pizza.. i wish they had a thin crust version..their sauces actually make up for it all.. The couple handling this place has a young small kid and I dint have the best experience placing my order. I literally had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. The pizzas also took very long to get ready but I guess its cos they were making it fresh from scratch and I dont mind that. When you checkin to yelp you do get 10% off for your first order from this place. All in all I will go back to order their butter chicken, chilli chicken and butter paneer pizza. They have saved me a trip to kent to one of my fav indian pizza locations so I am happy. read more

Not only did they raise their prices, but the last couple of times we ordered they were ridiculously late delivering. Like, an hour late. We won't be ordering from here any longer. I ordered from Luciano's to cater for a business lunch. The order (8 XL cheese and pepperoni pies) arrived on time and smelled delicious. However after opening the boxes, the state of the pizzas were revealed to be extremely greasy. The pizza was relatively tasty (soft but not undercooked, and not burnt), but with the slices swimming in grease, it really took away from properly appreciating each bite. Throughout the lunch, our attendees were patting down their slices, you could say it was a napkin massacre. Two stars for the price and prompt delivery, but I'm hesitant about giving Luciano's a second try, we'll see. read more

I am simple - going for a good pepperoni pizza while my other family members like the meat special... both are so delicious and one of my favorite pizza places. Staff is always kind and approachable. This place is interesting. I feel the original pizzas taste good. However, I find the whole Indian meets Italian Cuisine is odd. I think they should pick one cuisine and run with it. Ordered to go from here, had a friend pick up on their way over. We ordered a chicken Calzone (not a sandwich) and chicken Parmesan (Pasta, not a sandwich). Or so we thought. We instead got two sandwiches, one bbq chicken and one that was chicken (unbreaded, unlike chicken parmesan, but we can let that go) marinara, mushrooms and onion. Maybe that's a chicken parmesan sandwich, I'll admit I don't know. This is largely irrelevant since neither of us ordered a sandwich. The taste was ok, nothing to return or complain about. The garlic bread was soft and not toasted but seasoned well. My biggest issue was that we paid almost $50 dollars for dishes we didn't get that cost, according to their own menu, half that. Without opening the sealed bag (covid) and opening everything in it there was no way for us to verify that we didn't get what we ordered so we got ripped off. Worked a long day and did not want to cook. luciano's is my go to for Italian food. Eggplant Parmesan is delicious (could be cooked a little longer) served with spaghetti. Serving are plentiful so I always have enough for lunch for a couple of days. Comes with a piece of garlic bread, which could use a bit more butter and garlic. Red sauce is slightly sweet, while I prefer a bit of spice and more savory flavors. Also had the Greek salad. Love the saltiness of the cheese and olives. Their website says it is a $10 minimum for delivery. I decided to call in with my $12 order, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then told the minimum was now $15. I didn't want to order anything extra (it came with bread) and everything else on their website is $10+.. I told them t's fine, I'd just order over the website. The manager came on the phone and acted extremely rude and loud - he said even IF I ordered over the website, unless it was three more dollars he would refuse to deliver the items. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. If your company's advertisement says something - and in this case, if your WEBSITE ITSELF says something - you should honor that for the customer. If your manager himself has no idea how customer service works, why would I frequent your business!? They may have saved themselves $3 off an order, but will never get my business again. This was my second time ordering. The first time, I got some pasta and it was pretty good, so I hoped that I'd found a new source of pizza as well. I went directly to the website and used their preferred service, ChowNow. We ordered two standard pies, two custom pies, and some mozzarella sticks. I thought the ordering process was simple enough for customizing one pie with toppings on one side and another pie with custom toppings on the whole pie. The order arrived on time. Both customized pies had toppings on both halves. So I guess the ordering process wasn't as simple as I thought? Minus one star for incorrect order, but I'm giving half a star back because it might have been my mistake. My wife and son and I all agreed that it was probably decent pizza, but we couldn't tell because all 4 pies were overcooked. We tried to figure out if perhaps the time in the delivery vehicle was to blame, but determined that it was definitely too much time in the oven. And it's sort of a crime to add prosciutto on top with no cheese or anything else because it's going to dry out no matter how long you bake the pie. The mozzarella sticks were a bit too salty for me, but the wife and son loved them, so that was a win. Minus 2 stars for the pizza. I ordered the party pack for my team at work. I know it was a late order but we work night shift so I needed the delivery as late as possible. The driver let me know I was his last stop so I hooked him up with a nice tip. The food came quick and just in time for our lunch break too! The specialty pizzas were great. I should have asked for plates since we were out at work. The party pack came with 50 wings. I wanted half Buffalo and half BBQ. When we opened the tray I noticed all the BBQ wings were burned.
