They DO have delicious entrees and salads but their idea of garlic bread is an absolute joke. Garlic powder, a minuscule amount of butter, no parsley and thrown carelessly onto hot dog rolls?! That's just wrong. And one only gets one hot dog garlic roll but Pegasus Pizza still manages to gouge the consumer on the ridiculous price. Buy a loaf of garlic bread from Safeway and crisp it in your own oven. But, ohhhhh, they do make some great Italian entrees! I ordered 3-Cheese Ravioli with meat sauce and it was delicious. I usually get pasta with pesto but I wanted a taste of ground beef tomato sauce instead. So good. read more

We wanted to check out the Xmas lights in WS but thought we should stop somewhere for dinner. My spouse remember that Pegasus was good when they were on Alki, so we decided to relive our days there. They moved to California Ave, near the other shops and stores. The customer service was outstanding, the server was really attentive. The food was mid--at best. The white chicken and mushroom spaghetti was really dry and the pizza was just okay. It was also kinda pricey as well. Definitely not what I used to remember. A Pegasus rises from the ash's and is back! Thank god for miracles cause the food is amazing. Now granted they moved from Alki to the West Seattle Junction so you lose that amazing view but who cares when the food is the same, am I wrong? NOT! Franks favorite menu items are the white spaghetti. And I'll take a moment to say this is one of my all time favorite pasta dishes. It's simple but delicious meal with butter, garlic cloves and Mizithra cheese. I add the chicken on occasion but it really doesn't need the protein. Pizza is great with a Greek style flair but cheesy and plenty of meat. Also a fantastic outer ring crust for the pie for a good crunch. Excellent to the last bite. Note Tom's Special is a good one I occasionally dine in. Now the show stopper of Pegasus is " THE GREEK SALAD " and it an OMG moment when I have one. It's the staple to every meal when dining. Cannot express anymore love for this salad cause it's # 1 in the charts with a bullet. Pegasus staff is always a super friendly group of people. Great pizza and the staff were so friendly. We hadn't been there a while and learned that there are new owners. It sounds like the new owners were previous staff so they know the food. We ordered a pizza, half veggie and half chicken BBQ, and had feta bread. Everything came out hot and cooked to perfection. Staff checked on us to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The transition from the previous owner to new owners is seamless. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Great place for date night or family meal. read more

First of all, it's good! Great service. But wow, Expensive!! $125 for two drinks each, small pizza, kids pizza and cheese bread. $125 for pizza night. Small pizza!! Costs are out of control. No one else in the restaurant on a Saturday night so perhaps others have come to the same conclusion as us sooner; happy hour only. Also want to mention the ridiculous 3% credit card fee. That is a basic cost of business that if you can't afford, means your business model is broken. Totally unacceptable to charge that cost to the consumer. read more

I came here because I used to love the Pegasus pizza in Renton, but the server told me they are completely unrelated, though their logos, and food are almost exactly the same. The Renton spot is long gone sadly, but this place is practically the same. The salad was good, food was great. Bread was great too. Pegasus is absolutely amazing! I love their Greek style pizza! I never had the opportunity to visit them when they were on Alki. Their new location in the West Seattle junction is fantastic! The service was great. I did a take out order and it was seamless from beginning to end. The vibe of the inside of the restaurant is a very classic vibe and I really like it. I think the next time I go, I will dine in. The food was phenomenal! I loved the veggie Greek pizza with extra cheese! It was so good and cheesy! The taste was amazing and so was the crust. It has the perfect blend of flavors and sauces that just melt in your mouth. I also loved the seeds on top. They also have a bar inside as well. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice design. I was shocked to see this in the Junction after I heard it had to close due to money problems. The ambience was nice and the waitstaff was nice The food was terrible. Look at this pizza I was served. I ordered Two "slices" of pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Very little care was taken to make these look like actual pizza slices, let alone showcase any of the two toppings I wanted, and it certainly did not look like a normal Pegasus pizza. Very disappointing. It tasted burnt and you'll be better off going to any of the other pizza places in the Junction. read more

So happy to eat Pegasus again. We ordered to-go, and the quiet ambiance and cute decor made the late night order and short wait very worthwhile. The host was very ready to help out and even offered me a water while I waited! The food is exactly how I remember it, the pizza complete with the taller crust and food layered upon the actual slice itself. The prawn pesto and delicious and flavorful, especially paired with the garlic bread. The prawn Alfredo was my favorite previously, and it did not disappoint! The sauce is made in-house and was so fresh and delicious, and both noodle dishes had perfectly cooked noodles and fresh seafood. Service was good and pleasant. We started with lentil soup that was excellent. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, it was excellent full of sauce and cheese. The other plate was the marinara spaghetti which was plentiful and filling. The third party member had the Pesto Ravioli it was very tasty but could take more Pine nuts in the pesto sauce. The location is very nice and accessible but the food was not good. I normally like this kind of deep dish 'Greek' style pizza but this was just too greasy. They also gave us the wrong salad and were weird about switching it out for the one we wanted. The workers were all really green it seemed like this was maybe their first industry job which is kind of a red flag if you ask me. We ordered caprese salad, which was ok, looked fresh but a little flavorless. Had to ask for additional balsamic vinegar and add additional salt and pepper. We also ordered spaghetti with meatballs, which were a little dry. We finished off with a medium pepperoni pizza, which unfortunately wasnt good. Although the food is always good, it was hard to ignore how the staff seemed stressed and our waitress wasn't happy from the beginning starting with when our family asked to be seated specifically in an area (one of many open seatings). We overheard the female manager (or who we assumed was the supervisor) speak to two of the employees in a condescending way which probably contributed to why the employees seemed stressed or unhappy. This isn't the first time we've experienced this at Pegasus. We've been long-time customers, but being served with unhappy staff may be enough for us to not return - for good, despite how much we have enjoyed the food. The ambiance made our overall experience not good, and no longer want to experience - again. Very unfortunate. read more
