I visited the Pasadena branch for 4 test drives. Each visit, I was met with super helpful, informative Teslites. But wait- by the time I decided on a model to purchase, the sales transaction took place within 38 minutes all in the Tesla app. I didn't time it I just happen to check my watch as I was meeting friends for lunch. I've never bought a car in my life that took 38 minutes .. STUNNED beyond words. And I dealt with no sale gimmicks. No stalker salespersons. No haggling. In the end, I was sold.
