We ordered more to arrive a yesterday but there was no sign of them by end of day today, so I called Neilsen. It was just after closing but the owner picked up and did everything she could to help...turned out the order company hadn't used Neilsen this time and the company they did use hadn't followed through. Sadly, tomorrow (when it seems the flowers will at last arrive) will be too late for our Aunt, but we wanted to thank Neilsen's owner for her efforts to sort things out (even though it was not her responsibility) and for her kindness in offering to get flowers to us anyway. There aren't many business people like her around. And her roses were absolutely top quality. Thank you.
