Wanted to really like this place. The location is a little sketch -- too many homeless people camping on the parking lot. The price was ok. Donuts were a little greasy. The donut guy was really nice. However, the place didn't have a mask policy or not very strict on social distancing. Not sure if I'm ready to die for some so-so donuts. read more

This is my favorite donut place in Sac. I stop by a lot before class. The donuts are always fresh and they always hook it up with a little bit of donut holes with my order. Beautiful donuts, well cronuts, and their also aesthetically pleasing. I love the maple bacon donut, the only downfall is how expensive the donuts are.. My friend and i each bought a dozen for ourselves and we both ended up paying $40-50 per person. If i was going to spend $50 on donuts, i'd most likely just hit up a cheaper shop and get a lot more donuts. I would recommend to a friend! I had been wanting to go here for the last three years but kept forgetting! I finally got the chance to go but I'd recommend going during the day. I went around 7pm before they closed and the options were minimal. It makes sense, so I'll come earlier next time. Nestled on a small spot on Florin Road, probably the best way to describe the location is to say it's right next to Krispy-Kreme donuts. But don't worry about the David V Goliath appearance, as this place kills Krispy-Kreme. This shop is so innovative, with ice cream filled donuts, cronuts and innovative and brightly decorated donuts. Small but serviceable parking lot. I tried the cronuts and they were very tasty, light and flaky with a sweet dripping flavor in each bite. Be warned, these donuts are larger than usual, so eating two or more is almost not possible. Super friendly service served up with a smile. read more

Milky buns have arrived to Sacramento! Of course, they're not called milky buns here but same same. My best friend told me about their new Ube and Pandan Ice Cream Donuts and we were going to grab some right away but luckily I called and they were out. Today, I saw their instagram on my newsfeed and found out they now have a second location on Fruitridge! For a limited time, they're giving free donut holes with every purchase, too! I ordered 2 pandan/ube mixed, 1 pandan and 1 ube, which totaled to $14. While waiting, their scrumptious looking cinnamon crumb donuts were just staring at me, urging me to eat them so I asked if we could get ice cream in those as well so she gave me a free one! Everything was so delicious! I wish they warmed up the donuts but that's my only complaint. The ube tasted just like taro but the pandan was my favorite! Keep in mind, this second location doesn't have a drive thru and doesn't serve cronuts but you still get that same awesome service and delicious donuts! read more

A while back I had a procedure that required me to starve myself. So I stopped by Baker's Donuts and picked up half a dozen donuts to have on my way home. When I opened up the box I found an extra so I split it in half and shared it. We both took one bite turned looked at each other and simultaneously said OMG. The extra was a blueberry donut, I have never had a donut that good. I have since taken them and pass them out to different friends, who's first words after trying it is "Oh My God". If you want some you need to get there early or call the day before to reserve some. They're blueberry Donuts are like nothing I've ever had before. read more

Drove 40 minutes through traffic to get to this location then as soon as I get in and start looking for the cronuts, a man asked if I was looking for cronuts and apologized and told me they didn't have any at this location! And that I needed to go to the Florin location one for cronuts. There goes another 20 minute drive through traffic, AGAIN. My husband and I are regulars here. We always mostly order the same thing every time but the last time that we were here, I noticed a pubic hair on the egg/cheese/sausage croissant right in the front on display. Disgusting! I've never ordered that sandwich before but I don't know if the other doughnuts were made in a cleanly fashion. We haven't gone there since.
