Self-care with gritty pebble cake donut!
    Jeff W.

As Bradshaw donuts was sold out early I headed to the next closest spot, Donut Time! As I walked in it was just me and a beautiful vintage display of fresh classic donuts caught my eye, two sweet ladies and I knew this shop was gonna be good! I ordered a vanilla cake with fruity pebble sprinkles and a small coffee. Sitting down at the classic table took me back to childhood days of getting 2 donuts for a dollar in middle school and I just enjoyed it. :) Biting into my donut felt perfect. It was the perfect amount of cake and lite crunch, cooked to perfection, showing that this shop knows the art of donuts. The vanilla frosting was on point and the fruity pebbles accented the donut perfectly with a nice cup of black cawfee. Go check this place out!

Cute doughnut shop in Rancho Cordova- really busy-- that's how you know it's good! I got two doughnuts a regular one with chocolate frosting and a tres leches one. They also threw in some free doughnut holes, that was so nice! To drink I got a small carmel macchiato! The tres leches doughnut was amazing and the coffee tasted so good. This place has a wide variety of doughnuts and I would for sure come back. It's clean, they have a fridge where you can get bottled or caned drinks. You also can order smoothies, coffee, etc. The service was great and everyone was so nice! Deff a mom & pop doughnut shop!

Great experience through the Too Good to Go (TGTG) app. I was pleased to receive a variety of 10 donuts that my work colleagues enjoyed! Donuts were fresh and tasty.

=^*^= UMAMI! If you blink, you might miss this little gem--but once you find it, you'll never forget it. This tiny donut shop is everything you want in a local spot: unassuming, friendly, and downright *delicious*. The donuts are light as air with that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. You can tell they're made fresh--warm, fluffy, and never greasy. I grabbed a classic glazed and a maple old-fashioned, and honestly, I haven't stopped thinking about them since. The staff is super kind, and there's a laid-back, no-frills charm that makes the whole experience feel like a local secret. No gimmicks, no fancy decor--just incredible donuts made with love. Do yourself a favor: skip the chains and check this place out. It's a small shop with big flavor. A true hidden treasure!

Ganache . First off , it's a family hard at work giving warm greetings and big smiles. So I ordered chocolate old fashioned donuts. " we are out" ! But by gosh she took some plains and dipped in the Ganache. Oh!! Yum They have all kinds of different donuts, croissants, roll, they have a great breakfast menu. I am very happy to have stopped here , by chance

I understand why Donut Time has such high reviews! The customer service here is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet. My boyfriend wanted to come here to try the breakfast items. I got number 3 (sausage croissant breakfast sandwich) and my boyfriend got number 8 (bacon breakfast burrito) and 9 (sausage breakfast burrito). We also shared a chocolate cronut while we waited for our food. The food took about 10 minutes to be made. The chocolate cronut was sweet and fluffy. It definitely is on the sweet side so it would be perfect if you're into that! Really loved the texture and makes me excited to come back to try their donuts! We took the breakfast sandwich/burritos home to eat and they were all still warm. The croissant which a bit burnt on the outside and you could taste it. The inside was cooked well. The sausage was moist and the cheese was perfectly melted. The burritos were decent, but there wasn't anything special so I wouldn't have high expectations. It was surprisingly still steaming inside! A really decent breakfast meal.

Who doesn't want a donut fish swimming in top of ANOTHER DONUT? Genius.

I found Donut Time through the Too Good To Go app on my way to the Sacramento Airport. I wanted to take donuts to the rental car staff for doing a thankless job. I picked up a half a dozen plus one for me. And the one for me was WONDERFUL! Maple bars are my bellwether and this one hit all the marks.

I walked into what looked like a whole in the wall. I ordered 2 dozen ($17 each for a standard dozen, a little expensive but I feel like it's the new average price for a dozen). The service was good, I asked him to get me a random dozen of whatever and he really picked out a nice selection without giving me all the nasty left over ones. Not a place to sit comfortably and eat though..... take it to go. Everyone loved the donuts

I was on the fence between the blueberry cheesecake and the peach cobbler. I really wanted a scoop of both, but I just wasn't that hungry. I decided on the peach cobbler, and I'm still dreaming about it. The sweet peaches, the essence of cream, and that buttery slightly salty crust. Both tasted very good but slightly different without dairy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the flavor and textures. My friend ended up with the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie which was also great. I love a crunch or different texture mixed in. She did mention that the Rocky Road tasted a bit off because of the lack of dairy and the texture was a bit unusual. The staff were polite and patient and the place didn't seem that crowded for a Thursday around dinner time. I suppose with Ginger Elizabeth's and Rick's Dessert Diner all on the same strip, there is a lot of competition for dessert places here. We were happy to try something new. Everything was fairly clean and there was plenty of bar seating as well as a few tables. I believe there were also tables outside.

The place is called Tomo Tea House on N Freeway Blvd in Natomas. Their parking situation is pretty good as they have a huge lot that they share with many other popular businesses. It's the cutest little shop and they have the cutest interior with a few tables inside for customers. They have a kiosk one can order from but I ordered at the regular cashier. They have a pretty good display case which features many of their mochi donuts available that day. This particular visit was kind of unique in that I went there towards the end of business day,so I was able to pick up six donuts for only $1 each,so I ended up getting a lot more donuts than usual. I can 100% say that after eating all six donuts they do make a quality mochi donut and they really nailed the proper texture and sweetness level. Let's rank the donuts I picked up that day. 1. Chocolate With Fruity Pebbles-5/5-I really enjoyed the over the top sweetness of the toppings with the subdued sweetness of the donut. 2. Cookies N Cream-4/5-Im a pretty big fan of Cookies n Cream so this flavor combo really worked. 3. Churro-3.75/5-i think they pulled off the churro flavor pretty well and I really enjoyed this donut. 4. Funnel Cake-2.5/5- I'm not the biggest fan of Funnel Cake,so I'm probably the wrong audience but yeah just didn't enjoy it too much. 5. Ube-1.5/5- like the funnel cake, not a massive fan of Ube flavor so this flavor profile didn't work for me-sadly I had two of these. Overall I really enjoyed my visit to this shop and they currently are my go-to spot for mochi donuts in the Natomas area. They have a really high quality product here.
