I have to say Bucio's Auto repair have hands down saved our behinds. We own a company down the street and any time that we have a issue with our cars I am able to contact their shop and the fix the issue and charge a reasonable rate. I like the fact that they provide us with options when our cars need the repair before doing the repair and then trying to charge us like most of the other shops around us. I would highly recommend them for service on any vehicle, very affordable and dependable. I had work done around many of the shops in Villa Park, Melrose, and Lombard and I have to say these guys are awesome!!! * side note* As a fellow business owner I wish that your customers writing the fake reviews I read on your business knew the internet law. I just got back from Bucio's Auto Repair shop in Villa Park. I am way beyond satisfied w/ the service and charges to repair my 2000 VW Jetta. The service and the prices at the shop are excellent. I brought my car in for its schedule time of 9:00 AM and the service was performed properly and I was on my way home by 10:30 AM. I went back to Bucio's Auto for brake service on my Y2K VW Jetta . The service manager (Matt) had a service person drive my vehicle to determine the problem. They put the up on the lift and showed me the problem. They then gave me a great price and promptly ordered the new parts. I came back the next day and they replaced all 4 brakes in a very timely manor and now the brakes are working perfectly. Im so happy I found these guys!!! I had my entire suspension redone on my Trailblazer along with my transfer case seals and they did a GREAT job!!! Ive was putting it off for a long time because I didn't know of any good, honest mechanics. Then a friend had an emergency repair done by Bucio's and i asked him how did it go? He couldn't be any more happy with how things went, so i decided to give Bucio's a shot. I was happy to find out that they're a family owned operation, considering i work for one, i find when dealing with family owned business's it always feels a little more personal.. Not like some big corporation that woulda charged me down to the minute and did a half a$$ job. I went to Bucio's to get a quote, telling them everything that i wanted "or thought" i needed done. As i was naming everything, he stop me, and asked "if i had 20-30 min to pull your suv around and check and see what i really needed".. So we did, they checked and tested everything on there lift, explaining part by part to me, how it functions, and what it does to the ride of the vehicle.. Again, you only get that extensive personal 1 on 1 experience at a family owned operation.. I was scared to find out what the price was gonna be..
