I originally went in for one tire and ended up going back for a second one two days later. On the way I got gas and the light went out. They plugged in an OBD and no specific codes showed. No charge to scan for codes . They are on top of maintenance schedules , if you ask they will have the manufacturer recommended milage to replace spark plugs and belts . I checked each tire but was unable to really tell WHICH tire was low! Not knowing the town I decided to call the local Firestone dealer as that's the brand tires that I have on my car and they suggested that I bring it in and leave it with them as they were already booked solid from the "regular" customers! We dropped it off around 8:30 and true to their word... they checked all four tires, brought the pressure up to the recommended level, and.... reset the car's alert system... all before 1:30!! Top it off with restaurant suggestions, a complimentary map of the city, two very professional and personable owners and sponsoring such a wonderful cause as therapeutic horsemanship and that's five stars in my book!! I went here based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed! The manager Rick greeted me immediately and was super friendly. He and the service people took the time to evaluate my tires and make sure I actually NEEDED new ones, and I felt like they were really trying to help me and provide good customer service instead of just making a big sale. I ended up needing new tires because I had a nail in one of them in an awkward place, but I was shown the nail and felt confident they were doing what was necessary. Had I not had that nail, Rick would have saved me a bunch of money, and I truly appreciate that. I will be returning to Cassidy in Lombard for future service needs.
