    Poor welds on cab corner.

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel I have to warn others who want work done here and I'm not trying to be mean, just honest because he took my money for the worse job done. This shop had clear vision of all work to be done when RJ gave me an agreed work order repair of $2500 to cut and weld parts that he said he could do. Don't expect him to honor any agreement he prints out on paper after you pay money upfront because for 4 years it was sitting at his shop barely worked on and RJ always apologized for not being able to finish the work while it was there with him but then refused a partial refund and said to take him to court. So that is what you will have to expect when you deal with RJ at the shop. Sections were left cut out and no complete solid welds work done, just parts barely tacked on that my neighbors kid could've done. And the new welded patch panels dont even line up with the body. Now, i will have to re-sanblast the metal because it rusted over again from being out too damn long at his shop. I've seen some good work done here long ago but I think he takes on more than he can chew and the customer pays the price for his mistakes. These are pictures of what he calls in his words "putting a lot of hours into this and a smoking deal". Apparently he's well known on the NextDoor app as someone to avoid for getting any good work done.

Schedule's appointments and cancels at the last minute, unreliable, doesn't return phone calls. Don't waste your time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Told him what I needed, he said "no problem, send it to me and I'll knock it out". I shipped it 20 minutes later from Nor-Cal, BIG MISTAKE... What should take a week turn around time ended up 2 months later. I started calling Terry 3 weeks later trying to find out what was going on with my parts. I actually got a hold of Terry at week 4 and he said he was boring my cylinder in a few minutes, because my new piston just arrived. I called and texted at week 5 and simply asked to send my stuff back to me regardless if he was done or not, I just need my stuff back. Those text messages and calls continued for another 3 more weeks, not knowing if I was ever going to receive my parts back. I finally called the Hesperia PD to report my parts as stolen. I told the PD that I was making the drive to Hesperia tomorrow morning (7hours one way) and to my amazement, Terry texted me a picture of a tracking number from the USPS and that following week my parts showed up. My cylinder was never even bored out. I heard he used to be the go to guy in So-Cal, but I don't think he's the same guy now. What a terrible experience and such a sketchy guy to deal with.
