Came in for a dent on my rim caused by a huge pothole I hit last night on Mariposa Road :(…read more Wasn't aware of the dent until one the guys at Azteca Tires & Wheels brought it to my attention; they then immediately referred me over to Tri-City Wheel Repair. Arrived at 9:00AM, No appointment. I believe it was Wes that greeted me and gave me the price of the repair right then and there. I was anticipating for the job to be done as soon as possible (I was being a bit of a brat) but then I reassured him to take him time, for I wanted him to do an efficient job, he told me he would have it done within 30mins; I believed him but still wanted him to take his time. His son Jake took down my number and called me back with the good news it was ready for pick up at 10:16AM I couldn't have asked for a more better experience, they made the process run smoothly and stress free. Those who have negative thoughts, comments or reviews probably lack comprehension and communication skills. I paid $100 flat for the repair and it was worth every cent! Thanks to Wes & Jake

Very angry owner. I brought 4 TPM sensors to have them swapped out. I needed 5 apparently (one for…read morethe spare) and the owner took it upon himself to replace the 5th sensor for the spare without informing me that it was an extra $70. I paid $31 for the 4 sensors and I could have purchased 4 more and given him the other 3 for free, instead he calls me and says it's done and I now owe $150 instead of the $80 we agreed to. I simply said to him that I did not appreciate him reaching into my pocket without asking me. When I went in to pay the $150 he threw my keys in the counter and said take your car and don't come back - ever!! A week later, the warning light comes back on. I start checking the tires and they are all up. I checked the spare. The trunk was never put back together with the carpet and other items I had in there pushed to the side and the cover for the spare dislodged. Whatever, I wouldn't leave a customer's car like that. I check the spare and it has about 18lbs of air which caused the sensor to go off. I filled the spare with air, put it back and secured the trunk and it's been about 3 weeks without the light going back on so he probably didn't bother to air it up fully. Either way, he did good work quickly but was completely unreasonable in not being able to understand why a customer would be upset when the cost doubled without authorization. That's the bad part.

He first stated the price was $25 then changed the price to $35 and lied about the adjustment. He is the worst kind of human being to exist on this planet. Threatening to call the police was unnecessary. He knew the possible repercussions that could accrue from making this statement. I tried to have a respectful and reasonable conversation with him, but he continued to cut me off while talking and not make logical sense. I will be contacting the BBB AND DOJ.

Fast forward to 2 years, I couldn't ride my quad due to illness and and it sat for 2 years. I tried to start it and it would fire up but won't stay on. So I decided that since Rams Motorsports worked on my quads maintenance before I stored it I would bring it back to them. Once it was there a few days later I received a phone call from Allan, a long time worker there for years. He gave a me price of $600!!!! I was floored and asked him what was wrong with it. He mentioned that the carburetor had to cleaned and gas had to be drained. I couldn't afford that price so I had asked him if I could take the quad back. He said it would cost me $200 to get it back for the diagnosis work. I figured I would call another Motorsports. I was told that the diagnosis would only cost me $95. So I called Allan back and told him I other Motorsports charges $95 and I told I can give them $100. He finally agreed to release the quad to me for $100 for the just the diagnosis. When I brought it to the other Motorsports they mentioned that Rams Motorsports didn't even take the carburetor apart or did anything at all. In fact, after they worked on my quad come to find out that the gas was still good and it wasn't the carburetor at all. It was only the battery that needed to be replaced. I want everyone to know that I was loyal to Rams Motorsports until this experience. In fact, I wanted to buy more things to purchase for my quad. Well, they won't get anything from me now. They lost my loyalty and my business. To everyone that comes here or think of coming here... Please ask questions and get another opinion from another Motorsports.

They got right to work, and about three hours later they called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the technician, Omar, took the time to clearly explain the electrical issue and exactly what he had done to repair it. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cody at the front counter was equally professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of providing excellent service, they gave me a military discount and even washed my truck before returning it. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Certified II does exactly that. After the system installed by a different high desert audio shop stopped working (sub and amp blew…read moreout) I was looking for another trusted shop to help me get back up and running. It turns out the other shop didn't set up the amp properly causing it to fry (see picture). I waited too long to address it because I work very long hours down below and the warranty lapses so I was out of luck at the old shop. Basically for about half the price that I paid for the bad setup, I was able to get some quality subs and an amp installed. They leveled and tested everything and it sounds absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Sound City 2 they are honest and reasonable. They also do great work! Go see them for all your car audio needs! I also saw them building Customer boxes and Custom center stacks for cars. They do it all! Give them a call or stop by!
