Came in for a dent on my rim caused by a huge pothole I hit last night on Mariposa Road :( Wasn't aware of the dent until one the guys at Azteca Tires & Wheels brought it to my attention; they then immediately referred me over to Tri-City Wheel Repair. Arrived at 9:00AM, No appointment. I believe it was Wes that greeted me and gave me the price of the repair right then and there. I was anticipating for the job to be done as soon as possible (I was being a bit of a brat) but then I reassured him to take him time, for I wanted him to do an efficient job, he told me he would have it done within 30mins; I believed him but still wanted him to take his time. His son Jake took down my number and called me back with the good news it was ready for pick up at 10:16AM I couldn't have asked for a more better experience, they made the process run smoothly and stress free. Went over to have my wheels looked at and repaired. Was not able to get them looked at the first time and had to drive the 20 mins back over on a different day because the guys were not available. I needed an evaluation of wheel repair. I had hit a pothole. I went back a week later and was told they don't do that kind of work. I went to Wheel Lab, and they did a horrible job on the repair. Basically, it charged me $120 to seal 2 cracks that started leaking 2 months later. This weekend, I took the rim to JP Rim Experts in Ruverside. He took the wheel off and showed me the mess that Wheel Lab did, rotated the wheel, and showed me the warp and bend. It was evident that Wheel Lab did not even try to resolve my issue. He gave me a spare so I could get home and promised delivery of the room by Monday, $225. He called me on Monday at noon. Will. pick up the rime this eve. I manage to do some major Rash to two my Tesla Rims as I hit part of a construction barrier on the freeway. I sent pics to Wes and he said he could fix it. He was right! Just picked up my car and I can't believe what great work he did. To the naked eye no one would know there was ever any damage. I went ahead and had him clean up the other side as well which has some minor curb rash. Exceptional work and very fair pricing! Wow, what a difference! Yesterday I scraped one of my brand new wheels on my Challenger against a jagged curb in a drive through. I was just sick!!
