I found this salon to be unclean and overpriced. I paid $75 for a deluxe pedi with gel polish. The whole place smelled like sewer. When I sat down in the pedi chair there was nail dust ALL over it. The arm rests look like they never get wiped down, and they weren't level enough to set anything of my personal items on without sliding off. I don't have many complaints about the job of the pedicure itself except that she used a razor blade tool on my heel calluses which made me extremely nervous/uncomfortable. Thankfully she was very careful, but based on the other unclean things I observed I questioned how clean the tool was. read more

Rust on tools. Vague sanitation standards. Messy shop. Sloppy job. Can't even Cut the cuticles? They put my hand in a bowl Of cold water to soak the cuticles why bother? Just UNBELIEVABLE!!! Came in to have a dip nail set done because I happened to be in the area for business and was away from my usual Padela Nail Salon I usually go to. Firstly, they showed me ZERO selection of dip colors and when I was contemplating even staying, she said we do shellac over dip, they were going to charge me 10 extra to remove my other dip, which no other salon has done if I was getting a service at the same time. She finally said, "ok, if you stay I won't charge you any extra!" Okaaaay?! So I reluctantly agreed to go ahead with it. Then some unkempt grumpy elderly man (clearly a "regular" wink-wink) came in and stood there and stared me down for a good three minutes as she was starting to do my nails and gave me a dirty look and looked at her and loudly barked, "WELL IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE BUSY RIGHT NOW! She was visibly unsettled and nervous and said, "oh ok ____ just give me one minute and I take care of you ok?!" I'm thinking to myself is this for real! Well, she proceeds to just leave me there for THIRTY MINUTES with my fingers in nail polish remover. She STILL hadn't come I out of the room where she was "servicing" the elderly man and another tech that had just been sitting around notIced I guess how irritated I was and said "oh I finish it for you!" She came out around 40 mins later and took over the job, but it was absolutely CREEPY and totally unprofessional to say the least! Was the nail job good? Umm yeah, it was, but be prepared to pay a "LOT" if they try to charge what they were originally going to charge me. Not only did they puncture my toe, I also got a toe fungus shortly after my experience here. I only went here because my usual place had a long wait, and I regret it every day now that my big toenail is misshapen and gross from the nastiness I got from my one visit here. Cleanliness is obviously in question, and the nail tech hardly interacted with me or my daughter. Don't fall for the lack of line or prices, you get what you pay for and a little more. Believe the bad reviews! My friend and I randomly picked this place as it was close to the airbnb we were staying in and there was no other customers there which should have told us something. First thing was I asked for a regular pedicure with white tips so she said extra $5 which is normal so ok, then she puts what I think is a base coat on and then she goes and grabs the gel machine and I was like oh no no I do not want gel I never do gel so you can tell she's irritated and she takes it off. I don't do any extra add ons just basic pedicure plus white tips, she charges me $50 I'm like your menu says $30 for a pedicure and then plus the white tips so should've been $35, they reply with oh no that price list is wrong it's $42 for basic plus $7 for tips, I should've just Venmo'd them $40. I live in CA next to the beach and have paid less including tip for the same thing plus callous remover. This place will rip you off please save yourself and go elsewhere read more

This place was a hidden gem on a busy day at my normal place. I stopped here because it was close and I was in desperate need. It might have been one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She did an outstanding job getting in crannies no one has ever gotten before. She took her time and I felt truly valued. I think I found a new place. Not worth even the $20 I paid for the pedicure. Showed up as a walk-in with my friend, and they told us to come back in 30 min. We come back and they put us in the pedi chairs for what felt like an eternity. After turning the massage chairs on at least 3 times and having the water our feet is soaking in get cold, we just wanted the service to be over. I had planned on getting some scrubs and other pedi upgrades, as well as a manicure but we were just sick of being there by the time they even started with us. I wouldn't come here unless your primary focus is on fake nails and/or nail art because that's clearly what they spend all their time doing and what the main clientele is. read more

The tops of my nails were wavy, misshapen and uneven, the length of my nails were irregular, and the choices of gel color were limited. Jackpot. This place is so good! Very clean and quiet. The two nail techs were really nice and friendly. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure and my total was $45. My friend got a deluxe pedicure (longer massage, special scrubs and hot wax treatment) for $30. Although basic, my massage was still awesome, and my nails look great! The women were very nice and the facility seemed decent but the quality of my gel manicure was unmistakably bad. The gel is bumpy in many spots, sharp in areas and uneven. I just can't justify the $35 I spent. I don't live in the area and had agreed to go here because it was near a friend's house. I regret not going to my normal tried and true spot near the mills. I decided not to go back to have it fixed because other reviews here indicated the same problem, so I figured quality would be just as bad the second time.
