BUYER BEWARE!!!!!…read more If I could give less then 1 star I would. I purchased a used bike from Michal Salsa at team X-treme and had them ship the bike to me out of state. I've never bought a used vehicle site unseen but after seeing the reputation online for this dealership I felt a bit more confident. What a mistake that was.. They told me that I purchased a road ready vehicle and that the bike had been maintanced by the dealership. . Upon delivery the bike had NO front brakes and didn't even have break fluid in the master cylinder. There was a handful of other things I had to fix to get the bike road ready and safe enough to ride. This cost me about $500 or so at the BMW dealership. I took to BMW because I wanted to see what else they were hiding. Also, the sales guy sent me pictures that were angled just right so I couldn't see the damage on the bike. Now the real kicker is as of today, 13 months and 1 attorney later I have finally received the title, after soooo many excuses. I will never do business with this dealership and I would caution anybody else that is considering it. I am out thousands of dollars in addition to what I paid for this bike. This dealership is a complete joke and filled with incompetence.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with the service department at Houston…read moreMotorsports. I brought my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R in initially for a recall and to diagnose a limp-mode issue. What should have been a straightforward diagnostic turned into months of delays, multiple visits, and over $700 in charges without a resolution. Throughout the process I was given different explanations for the problem -- first a wheel speed sensor, then an ECU, then sprocket sizing -- yet the motorcycle remains unsafe to ride with warning lights on the dash and no functioning speedometer. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. I've made multiple attempts to work with the dealership directly and spoke with management about finding a fair solution. I was told they would do everything they could to help make this right, but after several follow-ups I've received no updates. To make matters even more surprising, I recently purchased another motorcycle from the same dealership and still cannot get a response regarding the unresolved ZX-6R issue. At this point I'm simply looking for accountability and a path forward so my motorcycle can be safely repaired and back on the road. I would still prefer to resolve this directly with Houston Motorsports, but the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I hope someone from management will step in and help resolve this situation.
