I've been to lucky star so many times, I like it honestly I live down the block from lucky star so it's kinda my go to but lately I've gone 3 times this month and there staff is very non polite and the food has less flavor but maybe it's just the occasion when I've gone. But this last two times I've gone there is a young girl with 2 dimples who has the worse customer service she's will put her index finger for you to wait instead of saying please give me one second. I love getting lunch from this place! I can call in and pick it up from the drive thru.i have tried practically almost everything on their menu. I highly suggest the wet burrito with steak. I pass this place almost every single day and I finally went in to try it. It is very spacious on the inside and the menu is very large. I went for breakfast and ordered just eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Service was very quick and the wait time for food was anout 5 minutes. After you order, there is a small set up with salsa and extra ingredients to add to your meal. The portions are large but my eggs were really overcooked, I ordered them sunny side up. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. I will probably go back for lunch someday. read more

Eli....understood that you do serious volume and your place is always cooking busy.. Your obviously making enough to up keep the restrooms.. Dude i went in thre to wash up and came out feeling more filthy than when i walked in. The door is graffiti riddled that couldnt happen in one day(its layered ) the sink is grayish black and my shoe got stuck to the floor.. Speaking of floors, lets move into the eating area,,floors fithy sticky with food everywhere. I took pictures but i dont have the heart to post them(i like the food here,except for mushbrown potatoes) arms left sticky from tables and smelling like mold from the towels. I was busy at work today so when my coworkers ordered from here to go, I had to get my order in. Everyone was ordering the chili cheese fries so I ordered one as well. The small size was already pretty big! I also ordered a pastrami sandwich and a horchata. The pastrami sandiwich was quite long as well, i only managed to eat half the sandwich and most of the fries. All tasted very good and my coworker ordered a wet burrito which was very good looking too! read more

This place is absolutely GROSS. The place is short staffed that the diner doesn't get the needed clean-up. 3 out of 3 times I've been there, my feet literally got stuck to the floor by the soft drink station. The trash cans are always full and worst of all there seems to be no flying insect control - again 3 out of 3 times I went there. This is a pretty good place to get food, but a bit pricey. But they do give large size portions. Most of the times that I have been here it's been a bit crowded. But the food is good. The burgers were tasteless and the fries were dry and oily, you can tell from the look of the fries that they're not changing their oil for frying foods. The sodas were flat as well and lacked carbonation, had the taste of a soda left open overnight. It's rice with chopped chicken on top of it, and add a handful of chopped onions to that mix. Let's not forget a good salad. Don't expect an actual kabob! The Mexican food is pretty tasty. The salads... although hearty in portion, some of them can leave much to be desired. If you want to get nice and full and feel like a beached whale afterwards, this place is for you. Found this place by accident. It ended up being a really good accident. The food is good and reasonably priced. This is my go to spot when there is no food at home. It makes it hard for customers to access the restaurant from the parking lot side door, they keep it lock all morning long, although they constantly see customers trying to access it.OPEN THAT SIDE DOOR!!
