Decided to book and reserve lane online on the weekend on a Sunday with the kiddos. Great deals on the weekend with all you can bowl that includes shoes too. It's awesome they treat the table with 4 chocolate drizzle sprinkled cookies if lane was reserved online for free which was a nice surprise. Adequate amount of bowling balls to choose from and the animations in the bowling games are great and personalized as you can add your own fun picture. Great for groups and parties. They have a decent size arcade area as well for the kiddos to take a break from bowling to keep entertained. Overall the adults and kids had a blast and will be back for family time again next time for sure!

Can't go wrong with air hockey! And the giant crane game was so awesome! My brother won a big ol plush too

Came here for my daughters 13th bday and again for my brothers 40th last weekend. I WISH I could give 10 stars. The place is so clean with the most amazing staff. The food was all so good and we finished everything so fast. The drinks were yummy and we had a blast bowling then doing all the games in the arcade. Adults and kids, we all had a blast. Both times I reserved 2 lanes for 2 hours then got arcade cards. The staff were so sweet and gave us little discounts and perks since we were celebrating a birthday and reserved ahead of time. I cannot gush enough over how great they were and can't wait to go back. 10/10!!!

The place is kind of old and the service was not great they kept on switching us on the different register. The cashiers were not very helpful.

Formerly Bowlero, I came by this entertainment venue to celebrate my nephew's bday this past Saturday. The place was chic and modern with a lively atmosphere, giant TV screens across the lanes, and a variety of music playing through the speakers including classic hits like Your Love by The Outfield. But Lucky Strike offers more than just a bowling alley. Multiple dining areas with tables, a bar section with billiards, and an arcade where the little ones (and some of the adults) enjoyed more gaming fun and prizes after our bowling session. We encountered minor lane problems, but it was easy to reset the pins with the touch of a button. The setup was more than sufficient for our sizable group, ample seating, great decor, and an unlimited food and drinks party package that was more than sufficient. Pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken tenders, french fries, and funnel cake fries with chocolate and berry dip. Kid-friendly food options for sure, but the pizza was actually decent with a good amount of cheese and sauce. And the funnel cake fries were different. I especially enjoyed the chocolate syrup that came on the side. For drinks, we just got various pitchers of soda and lemonade, while some of the adults purchased specialty cocktails from the bar. Service was great the entire time we were there. And even accessing and returning our bowling shoes was easy. I had a wonderful time here, and appreciate that they cater to both kids and adults.

Nice place for an outing! Other than bowling they have a small arcade, bar and food. We did not have to wait long for an alley and had a great time. We will most definitely be back.

I went here for my nieces 11th birthday, on 9/27 around 4 pm. The overall bowling alley is pretty awesome. Tons of lanes, lots of games in the back and a Lazer tag room. The party packages are reasonably priced and come with good shareables. Very cool that they have a bar....not cool the initial experience wasn't great. My boyfriend and I waited at the bar for 10 minutes as the lady bartender ignored us. Just as we were sitting down it appeared the other bartender went on break. We initially didn't notice because we're engaged in conversation but then started to watch her help folks who came up after us and even cleaned without helping us. When the gentlemen return from break and saw us looking at him expectant and with slight irritation he immediately helped us. I think his name was Andrew. (I apologize if I got your name wrong. I really sincerely appreciated your service). He was pleasant and redeemed the experience. The Mister said the men's room was in rough shape. The women's room was clean but out of toilet seat covers in the accessible stall. Shout out to a young man named Ray who was about to get off but still took the time to guide me and an elderly lady in our party to the Lazer tag room.

It is now called Lucky Strike. Same location just a name change. We were able to get a lane right away despite it being busy and was able to be accommodated before the bowling league. Always a good experience whenever we play here. From check in and ordering food drinks/alcohol. Staff are always so helpful and very nice.

This place has recently been rebranded, and it looks nice and clean inside! The food was quite good. We hosted our daughter's birthday party here, and we had an assistant who took care of us throughout the event. The food was unlimited, and we enjoyed bowling for two hours, along with arcade cards for each guest. We are very happy with the outcome!

Note: They do offer regular ticket and non-ticket type games as well. We just didn't invest in them during this trip. Experience: My husband and I were really surprised about stumbling into this location while driving past the different stores available at the outlet. We had to stop by to not only check if there were claw machines, but if the prizes were good enough to invest in and we were surprised they were! We did the $100 deal that allowed us to get more bonus credit and a mystery prize, which ended up being an adorable Halloween Bulbasaur that had a pumpkin instead of his typical bulb on his back. My husband was having better luck then me in the machines, but I had fun regardless. What was cool about the claw machines was if you got 5 plushies from the same machine, you would be able to win the supreme size plush on top of the machine and no joke they were humongous! We didn't have too much luck in getting at least 5 plushies from one machine, but we did walk away with a handful of plushies, a small figure from a shooting game, and a bunch of cute little keychains. Definitely would want to try our luck in getting one of the supreme size plushies, but gotta make room at our apartment before than lolz

There's bowling, a good-sized arcade, laser tag, pool tables, a full restaurant, and a bar. Definitely plenty options without feeling too crowded. Even on league nights (Wednesdays), they keep some lanes open for the public. You can also reserve a lane online ahead of time, which makes things way easier. The bar area is always a chill spot. A lot of days we'll come in just to stop by the bar. There are multiple TV's, and plenty of space to sit and relax, even pool tables. And the bars always clean which is nice. Ashley, one of the bartenders, is the best. Super friendly, welcoming, and always on top of things, even when it gets busy. She is actually the reason we come by a lot. After our first visit and interacting with her as or bartender, this has become a go to spot. She's recommended drinks and menu items we wouldn't have thought to try. She's very fast while being efficient. Weekends have a really fun vibe with good music and energy, but it's also nice and mellow if you come in during the week. I originally wanted to leave a 1-star review, but I'm giving 2 stars because the assistant manager and kitchen manager were genuinely helpful and tried to make things better. Before our outing, my manager spoke with whoever handles bookings multiple times to confirm our reservation. The package we were told was $50 per person for 3 races, 4 pizzas, and space for our team, totaling $1,084 for 18 people. Each time, my manager confirmed that it included 3 races, and we were told they were having issues booking it correctly in the system but would fix it when we arrived. When I pulled up, I noticed most of the staff outside. Maybe it was a break or a slow day, but when I walked in, no one was at the register. I walked around until I found someone to help me, who I believe was the kitchen manager. She was awesome and connected me with the manager, who was outside. The manager, who I believe was Jordan, checked my party in and confirmed that we were getting 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, 4 of my team members could not make it, and we were told they could not refund the $200. The assistant manager was great and gave us credit instead for food and game cards, which we appreciated. She handled that situation with great customer service. Where the experience went sideways was when we were waiting for our third race. The manager then told us he did not make the change and that we would need to pay an additional $20 per person for the third race. I was confused because we were told multiple times before the event, and again when we checked in, that the package included 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, my team was expecting 3 races. We had paid for 18 people, 14 showed up, and the 4 no-shows were credited toward food and game cards. I also noticed they had a Thursday special for $20 per race, so I asked if they could at least price match and refund $10 per person for the 14 people since we were not getting the third race. That would have been $140. The manager said party packages do not work that way. But from a customer standpoint, it felt like we would have been better off just paying individually and buying the pizzas ourselves instead of spending over $1,000 on a package that was not honored the way it was explained to us. As a business owner myself, I was honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and hospitality from the manager. I even told my management team that this was a perfect example of what not to do in our own business. My business partner was also upset and went to speak with the manager. He asked if the owner could be contacted so they could discuss the situation owner to owner. Unfortunately, the situation got worse. The manager got into a loud verbal argument with my business partner in front of customers and kids. That part was completely unacceptable. Instead of trying to de-escalate, make things right, or at least show some level of hospitality, the manager became confrontational. To the owner of this establishment, I hope you take this feedback seriously. The assistant manager deserves recognition because she handled herself professionally and showed real hospitality. She either has hospitality experience or it comes naturally to her, but either way, it should not go unnoticed. Business owner to business owner, the assistant manager was the bright spot in this experience. The manager, on the other hand, did not take accountability for what we were told during booking or what he confirmed when we checked in. I'm more than happy to update this review if the owner replies and makes this right.

One gripe I have is that I wish the workers were a bit more attentive. We went on Monday and there wasn't anyone at the front desk for maybe 10minutes. They didn't have us watch the safety/instructional video which normally plays on a loop at the front of the pit gate. We had two double karts because our kids are young and we were put in a race with multiple other adults. The employees in the pit were good, one was a young lady who seemed new and a young man who obviously had much more experience. I'm on the shorter side and he recognized I needed the pedals adjusted and a booster seat. He also rechecked all our belts because the girl didn't put them on tight enough. So during our race we had to go slowly for the first lap, but then it was on! Unfortunately, I had to go slow because my daughter is small and apprehensive about the whole experience. I'm sure we were a hindrance for the faster racers, but most were very respectful and drove around us. One person in particular (an older black man who uses the name "007 Speed") hit me into the barrier 3 times and hit my husband and son's kart at least twice. He hit us with such force both of my kids have been complaining of neck pain. I told the experienced male employee but no consequences for Mr. 007 Speed even though each time he hit us they overhead announced, "No hitting other drivers or barriers. Next time you will be out of the race." When the race was done Mr. 007 Speed never acknowledged what he did or apologized. As we were leaving we saw him complaining at the front desk. So overall, I really like this place. It's geared for children and families, but definitely for anyone who wants to have fun. It would be ideal if they grouped drivers separately like they do for junior racers. Group adult racers with ones who have children/want a chill experience and a group for retirees trying to relive their glory days

However, on Thursday nights, some people participate in local, regional, and international tournaments. They are way better than me and can give a better show. Very basic rules of foosball: Foosball is a fast-paced tabletop game where players use rotating rods to maneuver figures and kick a ball into the opponent's goal. The primary objective is to score a set number of points--typically 5, 9, or 10 goals per game--before the other team does. [1, 2] Core Game Structure: * Setup: A coin toss determines who gets the first serve or choice of table side. * Scoring: The first player or team to reach the agreed-upon score wins the game. Matches are typically decided by a best-of-three or best-of-five game series. * Serving: The ball is placed on the field at the center. The server asks if the opponent is ready, and the ball must be touched by at least two different figures before it can be advanced or shot into a goal. * After a Goal: The team that just conceded the goal gets to serve the next ball. [6] Essential Rules of Play * No Spinning: A spin is an illegal move where the rod completes a full 360-degree rotation without touching the ball. Any goal scored directly off a spin does not count. * No Jarring: Jarring occurs when you slam the rods against the table walls to jar the ball loose or distract your opponent. Aggressive table shaking or banging is forbidden. * Dead Balls: If a ball comes to a complete stop in the middle of the table where neither team can reach it, it is a dead ball. The ball is then given to the player or team who originally served the kickoff. * Time Limits: To keep the game moving, strict time limits are enforced for ball possession. Players typically have 10 seconds to advance the ball from the midfield (5-man rod) and 15 seconds when the ball is on other rods. [5] AI responses may include mistakes. I tried to avoid writing this review by contacting the venue directly but have yet to see a response, so here we are. They had multiple pages on their website saying they are showing all the World Cup games for free, including the game I attended on June 13th. None of the pages I saw mentioned a cover charge for this game. (See the attached screenshots). Also, they had posted similar ads on their social media accounts saying that they are showing the games for free. So after waiting 20 minutes in line for the Brazil vs. Morocco game with no prior warning I was informed there's a $25 dollar entry fee at the door. The game had already started due to the extremely slow door management even though I showed up ten minutes early to get in on time. I just payed the cover because I didn't want to miss any more of the best match for the group stage, and didn't know where else I could go nearby. Once inside the promoter showed the game on a low definition satellite stream that was choppy throughout, and kept cutting out completely, missing parts of the game. On top of all that the promoter was charging $20 for feijoada, which basically is rice, beans, and some meat on top. This seemed draconian considering the ridiculously high price of entry for a game viewing that other venues all over the city showed for free. I would like to know how this obvious disconnect between your advertising and what the promoter actually charged/offered will be addressed to your loyal customers?

These are the kinds of memories you cherish forever--watching your children grow up and celebrating special moments in a place that always delivered a great experience. I'm a SUPER BIG kid with a teeny tiny competitive streak so what better place to go than to Scandia. With a play card already in the car, we used the self service kiosk to load up on play points. Each arcade station costs so many points to play. The machine accepted cash, cards and mobile pay. A few of the machines were broken, so after the machine took our points with no play we approached the counter and were credited via the play card. There were racing games with cars and motorcycles, shooting simulators, street fighter/mortal combat style games, asteroids, pac man, air hockey and more. The Fast & Furious racing simulator is the best, power ups, nitro packs, the setup of the steering wheel and pedal felt real, the interface was super engaging. My husband and I went head to head and it was incredible! This game is literally the reason I picked Scandia. Miniature golf too, we did both grounds - 18 holes each. We had a grand ol' time. Our daughter and I usually venture to Scandia for her playdates and for her play, but this time was amazing since I got to play too esp play what I wanted to play without compromise. I already recommend and enjoy every visit here.
