Decided to book and reserve lane online on the weekend on a Sunday with the kiddos. Great deals on the weekend with all you can bowl that includes shoes too. It's awesome they treat the table with 4 chocolate drizzle sprinkled cookies if lane was reserved online for free which was a nice surprise. Adequate amount of bowling balls to choose from and the animations in the bowling games are great and personalized as you can add your own fun picture. Great for groups and parties. They have a decent size arcade area as well for the kiddos to take a break from bowling to keep entertained. Came here for my daughters 13th bday and again for my brothers 40th last weekend. I WISH I could give 10 stars. The place is so clean with the most amazing staff. The food was all so good and we finished everything so fast. The drinks were yummy and we had a blast bowling then doing all the games in the arcade. Adults and kids, we all had a blast. Both times I reserved 2 lanes for 2 hours then got arcade cards. The staff were so sweet and gave us little discounts and perks since we were celebrating a birthday and reserved ahead of time. Formerly Bowlero, I came by this entertainment venue to celebrate my nephew's bday this past Saturday. The place was chic and modern with a lively atmosphere, giant TV screens across the lanes, and a variety of music playing through the speakers including classic hits like Your Love by The Outfield. But Lucky Strike offers more than just a bowling alley. Multiple dining areas with tables, a bar section with billiards, and an arcade where the little ones (and some of the adults) enjoyed more gaming fun and prizes after our bowling session. We encountered minor lane problems, but it was easy to reset the pins with the touch of a button. The setup was more than sufficient for our sizable group, ample seating, great decor, and an unlimited food and drinks party package that was more than sufficient. Pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken tenders, french fries, and funnel cake fries with chocolate and berry dip. Kid-friendly food options for sure, but the pizza was actually decent with a good amount of cheese and sauce. And the funnel cake fries were different. I especially enjoyed the chocolate syrup that came on the side. For drinks, we just got various pitchers of soda and lemonade, while some of the adults purchased specialty cocktails from the bar. Service was great the entire time we were there. And even accessing and returning our bowling shoes was easy. I went here for my nieces 11th birthday, on 9/27 around 4 pm. The overall bowling alley is pretty awesome. Tons of lanes, lots of games in the back and a Lazer tag room. The party packages are reasonably priced and come with good shareables. Very cool that they have a bar....not cool the initial experience wasn't great. My boyfriend and I waited at the bar for 10 minutes as the lady bartender ignored us. Just as we were sitting down it appeared the other bartender went on break. We initially didn't notice because we're engaged in conversation but then started to watch her help folks who came up after us and even cleaned without helping us. When the gentlemen return from break and saw us looking at him expectant and with slight irritation he immediately helped us. I think his name was Andrew. (I apologize if I got your name wrong. I really sincerely appreciated your service). He was pleasant and redeemed the experience. The Mister said the men's room was in rough shape. The women's room was clean but out of toilet seat covers in the accessible stall. The only issue that I had with my group was that one of the bowling lanes we had, got stuck twice and waited a bit to get help both times, again it was busy so it's to be expected! It is now called Lucky Strike. Same location just a name change. We were able to get a lane right away despite it being busy and was able to be accommodated before the bowling league. We hosted our daughter's birthday party here, and we had an assistant who took care of us throughout the event. Last time I was here was over 10 years ago, when it was "Stars bowling alley". Somehow over the last 10 years, everything and nothing has changed. The place is very modern and clean, with all the classic vibes of an old school bowling alley and arcade. Walking in, it made me say "why don't we come bowling? We should be coming here all the time!" My fiance hosted a client appreciation event here and we had a fantastic time. The staff were super attentive, accommodating and helpful, and the pizza and appetizer samplers were a big hit with the clients. They were well prepared to host a big group and knew just how to cater to us, giving us enough attention and directing incoming clients to join us. This was our first visit to the bowling alley as Lucky Strike. We didn't bowl as it was league night but we did eat and drink and then eat again. We deducted 2 stars because the service at the bar wasn't great because of how short staffed they were. HOWEVER Jonah at the "Food Truck" on the other side of the wall was PHENOMENAL! We bowl regularly on Thursday's and pay our lane fees. Tonight the lanes are so dry because we were told they stripped the lanes but they didn't oil it for league. That is a standard. You oil the lanes before league starts. Mind you they don't oil the lanes outside of league because non-league bowlers don't know the difference, so thats taking advantage of non-league bowlers. But we pay for this every league night. People have said how terrible the lanes, equipment is here. This takes the cake. We start practice at 6:20 and league starts at 6:30pm. It is now 6:45. Manager just gave an announcement that they are working on the machine. Machine has been broken forever. Was told they keep borrowing a machine. Buy a machine!!! Comes down to terrible management and corporation running Lucky Strikes formerly Bowlero. Terrible, just terrible. read more

They told us we were use our summer passes. We made a play date over school at 1:00 to let the kids bowl one last time. Even though it wasn't really full he said a league was coming so he couldn't let us bowl. So we asked if the could bowl until they came. He said no they have a waiting list and pretty much told us we could have wait. We asked how long and he couldn't give us an answer. Then we asked if they would even have a chance to bowl and he again could give an asnwer. The service is just as poor as Bowlero. Won't be back!!! Should talk to manager! read more
