Great place & staff was super friendly, the music/dj was even better. Love this spot!

I loved this spot in FiDi! I found it kind of randomly perusing restaurants nearby to go to before a boar tour taking off from the pier, so I didn't know what to expect. Most other restaurants I looked at nearby seemed more after work drinks / pub vibes, and I was coming in with a larger group and wanted more of a sit down dinner, and liked that they had a happy hour. I was very pleasantly surprised! Food and drinks were great, service was fantastic, and vibes were really cool. It wasn't hard to get a reservation relatively last minute, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Was definitely on the pricier side for the size portions, but that's just Manhattan! Will return if I'm in the area.

A delicious and chill experience awaits you when you try this little spot in FiDi! A quiet and chill vibe with superb bartender service was given to me while I sat and enjoyed the ambiance! The food was a 10/10 and had great flavor. The spam in the fried rice was an unexpected treat!

What a GEM. My bf and I made a reservation on a whim and they still honored it even tho we were late (despite leaving our hotel with 20 mins of extra time in case there were delays, our subways stopped running entirely TWICE and we had to switch around a bunch). Rush hour was SO good and the light beer was refreshing. Kaarage and Drunken noodles were both to die for, couldn't be more impressed. Anyone who complains about portion sizes must not have gotten these items, because the size was super sufficient for the price. A full plate of Kaarage for $19 is pretty good considering I go to sushi places all the time where 3 pieces are $12. Drunken noodles probably have about 3 heft servings, I took a majority to go and was starving! Will be back the next time we're in NY, can't recommend more. Servers were super nice and INSANE ambience. Wish DJ was a little quieter but still great overall.

This was an experience. We tried to go on Thursday night. Google said they were open, we get there, walk in and we're told they were closing and kitchen was already closed. Google said they were open for another hour but okay. Bummer, we were looking forward to trying out their tacos. We dis come back Friday night and have it another try. Got sat right away but NO TACOS. Just wasn't meant to be I guess. The server who I choose not to name was very pushy. She wanted us to order more was not subtle about it. We just wanted a chill last night in NYC, couple apps and couple drinks. The food was delicious. The drunken noodles were AMAZING. The honey orange duck bao's were VERY spicy, flavorful but I would not order those again We tried some new beers we haven't had before and were pleasantly surprised. We'll be back next time we're in NYC to try their tacos.

4-stars for food But a 5-star experience for overall vibes and service! For FiDi, this restaurant and bar feels like a breath of fresh air. It's cozy, unpretentious and offers a good range of food and drink options. Additionally, it wasn't very crowded when I visited on a Monday night which made it the perfect place to catch up with an old friend. We sat in the corner booth and had Axle as our server. He was absolutely lovely and made our long overdue, belated birthday catch up special. If I could give him 6-stars, he would deserve it! We ordered a few dishes: Cheesy Map Rice Cakes, Shrimp Shumai, Chicken Skewers and the Fancy Filet Bao. The rice cakes were super spicy and and bit heavy for my taste, but the fancy filet baos were right up my alley - kind of reminded me of a bao fish filet (sans the cheese.) Definitely a nice change of pace for the area and even if for the service alone, worth a visit!

We passed by this spot and decided to give this a try. The exterior is eye-catching and when you walk in, you are transported to another world. Our server was very outgoing and friendly even though the day outside was so cold and gloomy. Our server was also very attentive and our water cups were never empty. It was pretty empty but we arrived during an odd hour. Also they have a bathroom in the back. We ordered: Spicy steelhead crispy rice - 10/10 so good. The crispy rice adds a nice crunch and the fish topping is very refreshing. It is a bit spicy because of the sliced jalapeno so if you don't like spicy, just remove that. Drunken noodles - 10/10 very delicious. It was very savory with just the right amount of sweetness. The noodles and meat were cooked perfectly and I loved the pleasant basil aroma. Highly recommend.

There aren't many dining options in FiDi, but we stumbled upon Lucky Tiger for some Asian fusion cuisine. I was immediately amazed by the decor and aesthetics of this place, which is beautifully done. The restaurant is also separated into various rooms, which was cool. As a walk in on a Friday night, we were seated in the bar area with a high top table. The music is also a bit loud with a live DJ playing. We started off with the Lucky Tiger Shrimp Tempura ($16) to share. These were crunchy and flavorful, but quite a tiny dish. Then I had the Drunken Noodles ($22) with Beef (+$6) while my friend had the Kimchi Fried Rice ($23) with Beef (+$6). The extra cost for protein is a bit excessive on top of the already pricey dishes. I did enjoy the flavor, but this spot feels a bit catered to non-Asians more. Plus, the price just isn't worth what you're getting even though the food is tasty. Overall, decent spot when there's not many other options for food in the area. The space is nicely decorated and clean with fun vibes, but prepare for a pricey bill and small portions.

This is a nice spot to catch up and grab drinks with friends. I got the chasu (pork) tacos $19 - it was very flavorful and delicious but so small! I wish it was bit larger... It's a pretty spacious place! We did not have reservations but there was seating available during the weekday after 5pm. They have good happy hour specials! Friendly and attentive staff!

This place has it all! An innovative cocktail menu, amazing, fresh cuisine, and some of the most friendly bartenders you'll meet. Especially Matt, who really knows his stuff. Additionally, the music never gets so loud that you can't have a conversation. I went there three times and three nights, if that's any indication. Maybe I have a problem, maybe it's just that awesome.

Visiting NYC and stopped into lucky tiger for cocktails before dinner. Dudes at the bar were great, it was such a vibe in there and everything was so clean. Menus were fresh off the printer and a great selection. Wish we had more spots like this back home! Didn't try the food but wish we had the appetite for it! 10/10

Honestly I can't say enough how amazing this place was. We sat up at the bar , and not only was the staff super friendly ... the food was out of this world. Check my yelp, I'm a heavy honest critic on food ....so when I say I had 0 complaints about this establishment , I mean it. I'm from Texas and I'd book a vacation here just to eat at Lucky Tiger again haha.

It delivered on both fronts, but I really was blown away by the wine. The sheer quantity of available wines is really impressive, and the sommelier was able to recommend a rare wine that fit our interests (a fantastic, effervescent, creamy Txakoli that had lovely fruit and minerals). Later, I tried amazing ice cider. The food rundown: -Sesame pizza Bianca: complimentary bread! This was very good and quite sizable. The bottom is entirely encrusted with sesame. -Scallop crudo (rhubarb, shiso): very good and the plating was gorgeous. Meaty scallops with tangy and pungent flavors. -Snowdance chicken (spinach, sherry, thyme): Super tender, crispy-skinned chicken in a savory sherry sauce. -Sea bass (asparagus, hollandaise): I was surprised at how remarkably well this dish worked. The asparagus was so good with the rich, buttery sauce. Definitely a smaller portion, but the chicken was huge so it balanced out. -Potatoes with ramps: Yum. Served hashbrown-style and the ramps were added as little sauce dollops. I loved the space, and by that I mean the ambience and also the literal amount of space we had to ourselves. We got to stretch out in a roomy corner booth. The room featured a lot of exposed brick and grey and utilitarian ceilings, but it manages to be cozy all the same.

We came in on a Friday evening and it was pretty quiet inside. After we were sat down upstairs, it took a long time for our waitress to come to take our order.
