I've been going to All Around for the better part of two years. This rating is therefore as a culmination of my experience at this establishment. Let me explain: around Sept 2020, a man walked into my job with these $87 vouchers for All Around. The benefit of this voucher membership is that your next 10 or so oil changes will be $5 each time. I just moved to CO from AL about two weeks before, and I definitely needed somewhere to go to take my 2009 Ford Escape. I've maintained my vehicle well, but obviously, it's over 10 years old, so it is going to have its issues. My first experience going for an oil change with the 21-pt inspection was ok; of course, I paid $5 to have them tell me I have over $5500 worth of things I should get done to my car. Fair enough: just so happens a colleague at work re-affirmed a ball joint issue with my car when he changed out my brake pads. I was willing to pay the $2,323.38 to get this issue & an oil leak issue fixed. They replaced the ball joints on my car, and the issue became even worse after they "fixed" it. Before there was scrubbing, but after their "repair," my steering wheel vibrated uncontrollably. They asked me to bring my car back in, & I proceeded to bring in my car at least 6 times from Dec until Mar. They even gave me a "free" oil change for my inconvenience because it was time for another one while they were figuring out the problem. Keep in mind because they are only open M-F, and I only had the one car, I'd have to drop my car off, take a Lyft to work, and then Lyft back to their establishment after work each time. Not to mention, I had to leave work early to get back before they closed, so I was unpaid over those three months for those hours I had to leave for their establishment, which I really couldn't afford. And let's talk about the Lyft fees: those 12 Lyft rides averaged about $16 one way. One of my coworkers bought one of those vouchers same time I did, & from seeing how much a hassle I had with this one issue, she never used her vouchers with All Around. At the tail end of this experience, the mechanic confidently proclaimed that they fixed my car, but the shake was still there. He explained that he fixed my car so well, that it highlighted an underlying issue with my car, and it was no longer their problem that the car was still making noises and shaking. I received a text asking about my experience with All Around from the owner, which prompted me to call him and voice my frustration with this problem. The manager Perry then clarified for the mechanic that no, they intended on my coming back and fixing my car the right way. So after months of dealing with them, the problem was fixed after I complained to the owner within that week. But this experience doesn't come close to my most recent experience. On Thurs 9/29, I went in for an oil change, & I am used to the drill: I pay my $5 for them to tell me everything wrong with my car. Expected. But ironically, one of the things "wrong" with my vehicle was a valve cover gasket issue, which was a service THEY performed earlier (in the paragraph above), so I was still in warranty. I was told that I could have that free warranty service performed when I had my oil changed. But they couldn't do it TH. Why? Because I came at 4:30pm. Why did I come at 4:30pm? Because I was not about to Lyft to work & leave my car with them. But then, I was told that it maybe it wasn't their fault after all: it was the valve cover and not the gasket. Whatever. Here's the major problem: they found an "issue" with my brakes that needed immediate attention. Now I had a major issue with my brakes a month before: my pedal was going all the way to the floor. I had my brake lines bled and my brake pads changed, & the issue went away. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that my brake caliper was missing a bolt. He said I had to leave my car there because it was unsafe to drive. I told them I wouldn't & he made me sign a waiver which says that my car was unsafe to drive & I agreed that if I don't get the "problem" fixed, I could never get my car serviced at All Around again. Now, the mechanic never even gave me pricing for fixing this life-threatening "issue". They took pics of a leak my car had & added that to my inspection report, but failed to take any pics of this elusive missing pin that made my car a death machine. So I decided to get a 2nd & 3rd opinion: I went to two different Brake Plus locations this past Fri afternoon & Sat morning. I had them do thorough brake inspections. Neither placed mentioned a brake caliper issue, & when I brought it up specifically, they still couldn't find a problem. I now have indisputable proof that this is a dishonest establishment. Those last remaining couple $5 oil changes left is not worth it. This place is shameful and I will never be back.

WARNING!!! They do not honor their own coupons.

My wife visited this shop 2 weeks ago. We purchased a set of 6 oil change coupons for 87 dollars. The set says FREE Oil Change, Lube and Filter, and FREE four rotation tire service. This place DID NOT HONOR what the coupon says. AAAC charged us 35 dlls instead. If you guys ARE NOT going to honor coupons do not send your sales people/agents to distribute them. Extremely disappointed. I would expect at least offer FULL refund on the price I paid for the coupons set. Giving two stars because service was OK.

We brought in our beloved 2010 gold Prius, "Bethany," and they repaired the brake pump assembly and brake actuator, changed the oil, and replaced the cabin air filter -- all in the SAME DAY. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the total cost was roughly one-third of what Toyota dealership pricing would have been. From the very first phone call, Micky in the front office made the process absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely caring -- the kind of person that instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. You simply don't find customer service like that anymore. Yong, the mechanic, was equally outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question we had. You could immediately tell he truly understands hybrids and takes pride in his work. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Mary and I ended up staying around for about 30 minutes after everything was finished just chatting with everyone about cars, restaurants, and life. It felt more like visiting friends than dealing with a repair shop. If you own a Prius or hybrid vehicle, this is THE place to go in Denver. Honest people, incredible pricing, expert repairs, and genuinely kind human beings. Bethany is running beautifully again thanks to these folks. Worth every mile we drove from Louisiana. -- Scott

The repair time was surprisingly quick, as I got my car back the next day. There is a diagnostic fee that does not go towards the cost of repairs. I unfortunately had another coolant leak right after getting the first one repaired, which Eric warned me about. Both Eric and Rob spent a lot of time explaining the repair process to me to put my mind at ease and show I was getting quality service. Rob was very considerate and gave my vehicle a courtesy inspection/diagnostic to find the source of the second leak. If you usually hesitate to go to a shop but have been considering this one maybe because you don't know much about transmissions (like me) or whatever the case may be, please allow me to confirm your worst fears and save you the nightmare that I went through with Autolab. To be fair, I can't speak to their actual mechanical knowledge or ability (I will explain this further), but the level of negligence, disrespect, and unprofessionalism I was shown makes me glad they didn't get work on my truck. So when the transmission went out on my truck early April 2026, I decided (even though I do most of my own repairs) to take it to a shop to have it fixed since I don't know much about transmission. Autolab had really great reviews and I decided to give them a try. They were quick to diagnose it as needing a rebuild or replacement, and quoted me around 8,000 for that. To their credit they did try to help cut that down, finding a used transmission for 2,000 less or giving me the option to just bring them one if I could find it for less. I told them I needed a few days to get the money together for it, and they said no problem. So far so good right? Well after a week had passed and I realized I probably wouldn't be able to get quite that much together, I decided I should have it towed back home and put it in myself. My dad, who is part owner of the truck, paid the diagnostic fee and I called and told the shop I would let them know when the tow truck driver would come by for it. Well as soon as their fee was paid they moved my truck out to a 2 hour limit parking zone for 4 hours while knowing the plates on the truck were bad. The reason I know that they knew this was because on the first day they had it, they had called and said they had a momentary hiccup when they tried to look the vehicle up on their systems by the license plate and it didn't match so they used the VIN. Now it is certainly not their fault I had the tags from my dad's old Chevy Colorado on this truck and hadn't switched them over yet because the transmission went out and it didn't seem very urgent, but they lied to my face saying they had no idea the tags were bad. Regardless, I find it extremely negligent to park a vehicle that you have been entrusted with on a public street for any amount of time. Their argument was that the tow truck can't get it off if it's on the property, fine, but you wait until the tow truck driver is there to move it, not dump it on the street as soon as you get your money in a spot that you clearly can't even see from the shop since somehow nobody noticed it getting impounded later that afternoon, and I only found out about it when my tow truck driver arrived and told me he couldn't find the truck anywhere and no one at the shop knew about it or where it was. To me the least they could have done in this case was offer to pay the impound fee, since they were the ones who parked it on the street which I never agreed to, or even apologize that it had happened but instead the owner was short and rude with me, never once apologized, and just to top off the disrespect they blocked my number from their shop (and no, I hadn't been spam calling them or anything) so they wouldn't have to deal with it. I got my truck home from impound after several hundred more dollars that should have gone into getting it repaired. I can say for sure that this shop doesn't care about you or your vehicle. They care about money and once they realized there would be no further money in it for them all pretense of caring came to a very abrupt halt. They have no respect for their customers, and the extreme level of unprofessionalism makes me question if they actually did anything when they diagnosed it or if they just tell everyone they need a new transmission that'll be 8 grand. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Autolab.
