My wife had a wonderful time checking out some clothing here and making a nice selection. Grear value and laid back vibe. Christine and Dakota were very kind and gave great customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful (usually-on my most recent visit there was an entirely new staff set that had never seen and it was def different than normal) I am a pretty regular Madewell customer and this is my go-to local store-I also worked at the old in mall location a decade ago so when I say I am a regular, I really mean that. Large sale area. They seem to gather most of the accessories and shoes. And they get the trendier things that other locations don't, but not a huge quantity. I do wish they had a men's section at this location and I truly do not understand why they do not while other, smaller locations do. They also seem to be less likely to get a large stock of items and I do find that I need to go elsewhere (I'm someone that needs to try on before buying and prefers to do so rather than buying blind online and having to return) Also just a note: most of the photos on Yelp, are not of this location (nor are they of the old location)

I felt like two of the salesgirls / saleswomen stalked me because they thought I was gonna steal one of their 'hand-made, unique pieces." Insert eye roll. Both salesgirls were attractive (in a natural / 'modelesque' way), thin, young- looking blondes. They were standing around talking loudly with someone (customer? friend? manager?) when I entered - but they abandoned that conversation as I headed towards the back. Salesgirl 1 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. When I responded, she said, quite loudly, that they didn't have any. Less than 90 seconds later, Salesgirl 2 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. Unless Salesgirl 2 has hearing issues - I found it unnecessary and odd that she would follow me and ask me a question that I had clearly already answered. I hung around for a few minutes - just to keep them on their toes - but I decided NOT to shoplift anything today. Lol. If you don't want to be ignored - try black-face or an afro - they'll smother you with attention! To end things on a positive note - the store interior and aesthetics are pretty nice. The textured, unpolished cement floors, horse fashioned from driftwood - the mannequins with big poofs of hydrangeas simulating afros - it was all lovely.

Because I needed it in time for an important meeting in Atlanta, the team arranged to have it delivered directly to my hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel lost the package.... As soon as Margaret learned what had happened, she stepped in immediately. She found me another shirt and had it delivered to me within twenty minutes (steamed and ready for immediate wear). There was no fuss, no finger-pointing, and no questions asked. She was simply determined to help and to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of service is incredibly rare. Margaret was helpful, responsive, resourceful, and genuinely kind throughout. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into one that left me feeling looked after and valued as a customer. It was, quite honestly, the total VIP treatment. Ordered from the store since they didn't have what I wanted in stock. They shipped to my home, tried it on. Took back to the store because it was to big. Skinny male clerk refused return because "it was worn" WTH? I tried it on ,didn't fit and had receipt. Told me if I didn't like it I can come back tomorrow when the manager is on duty. Hand the items over, present the receipt, told how long the money would take to come back to my card. The outlet store offers some really good price points on all of the clothing (men's and women's) and have an overall pretty good selection of items. Where they get me is on the buy one get one 1/2 off. I'd probably have more of their stuff if it wasn't for sales like this. A lot of the time they have a t-shirt I want, but rarely do they have two. So instead of buying one, I buy none. As you get towards the back of the store they have some clearance racks that have additional saving that equate to being some really good deals. Just have to find the right size, and you're good to go. Staff at this store were friendly and helpful with getting into fitting rooms and the checkout process. A PERFECT 10! When I…read moream in the mall, I am always interested in those stores that I have not seen before. Today my friend wanted to go in this particular shoe store and so off we went. They have really cute platform sandals in basic colors like tan, navy and black. These are the type of colors that are great staples for your wardrobe and can be worn with many outfits. Now the catch: According to the employee, this store only carries shoes in size 10 ONLY! I am not upset about that at all because I know how difficult it can be to find cute stylish shoes in larger sizes. I would say hooray for the "big foot" girls but my "big foot" girl is a size 11 and is therefore totally left out. Boo Hoo!! I am a fan because big feet need love too!
