Came here on Sunday around noon time for brunch and the food was really good. We waiting for maybe 20 mins for a seat and the service was good a little slower than other places but it was still good. The food was very fresh and tasty. The chips and salsa were very good. I would recommend this spot for anybody craving Mexican breakfast. They have other breakfast items as well.

Place was busy, got seated right away. Waited 55 mins for our food. The French toast was full of raw batter. Awful experience and won't ever go back. About $95 spent for 4 people after tip. Waitress was nice.

There are multiple Lucy's locations around town but Lucy's West is my favorite breakfast spot. This location has a quaint diner feel and excellent service. The coffee is great and you really can't go wrong ordering anything. My top choices for breakfast are the Chilaquiles Rojo (my personal fave!), the machaca breakfast plate, or the Huevos Rancheros. Each of these entrees are served with refried beans and hash browns and everything is exceptionally delicious!

This is just too good. This Lucy's location is just the best in El Paso. I ordered the Lucy 's Famous Machaca Plate, and it just tasted too good!! Service is just incredible, and it is a really zen vibe in here. This location is better than the Kings X location, in my opinion. It is a mix of old and new Mexican food! I highly recommend!!

Go to Lucy's! Don't even think twice about it! This place was amazing! If you are looking for traditional American breakfast or Mexican breakfast Lucy's has it all! Lucy's Famous Machaca Breakfast is a must! The flavors are perfect and the side of beans are amazing! It is the perfect combination. The French toast combo comes dressed up! The menu may not say it, but the presentation in itself is wonderful. Everything was perfect with this one! Lucy's is a must for breakfast and/or brunch! Go!! We look forward to trying other menu items here! Wonderful staff and food!

I felt like caldo and the girl wanted breakfast so we ended up at Lucy's Cafe West. They recently renovated and added another dining area about 2 months ago so it's twice the size now. The manager was super nice, they opened a little bit late, but it's because of the worker shortage situation, so completely understandable. We ended up ordering the French toast plate and it was beautifully presented and the little loved the chocolate sauce twist. I got the Tlalpeno caldo because it sounded so interesting, a chicken based broth with garbanzo beans, shredded chicken, veggies, cheese, avocados, and a chipotle chili which gives it a bit of a kick. The manager described it like a tortilla soup but without the tortilla strips and spicier...and that's exactly what it was. So, so good. Very flavorful and perfect for the rainy weather. If you get soup/caldo, get this one. It also came with a side of rice and 2 mini quesadillas. It was a lot of food. I highly recommend Lucy's Cafe West since it has great service, the dining room is updated and modern and pleasant and the food is outstanding! If you can't make it out, I believe they deliver thru the apps too! Lucy's Cafe West (915) 842-8329 6600 N Mesa St #401, El Paso, TX 79912 https://maps.app.goo.gl/mUBeNSUMmcc3Xjkw6

Very tasty nachos. Only wish the queso and toppings were better distributed on the chips.

Beans and rice on the side are optional / modest extra charge - they are usually very good and worth adding if you're hungry enough. My favorite sauce is the Chipotle. It's got heat as it's also creamy...I would call it medium (I like spicy food.) If you're getting them to go, you might want the sauce and toppings on the side. They usually ask about that, but occasionally they might forget. Service is usually friendly and efficient even when they are busy. Your food is made to order, so it's fast but not instantaneous. Allow 5-10 minutes for pickup most of the time. The dining room is medium-sized. I would say it's a place to eat and go, not stay and linger.

We ordered the flautas with chipotle sauce and the chilaquiles with half red and half green sauce. The chilaquiles were absolutely amazing. We added a runny egg since we couldn't do chicken, and it gave the dish extra flavor and a good boost of protein. The flautas (which I'd honestly describe more as taquitos dorados) were crunchy and tasty. We liked the chipotle sauce that came with them, but we actually loved dipping them into the chilaquile sauce even more. Overall, it was a great spot to grab breakfast before hitting the road again for many more hours. Highly recommend!

I bumped it up to four stars for the super friendly service and the excellent aguas frescas. We got there late, about an hour before closing and they were literally trying to get rid of the aguas for free. I guess they have to dump it if they don't use it all. It was close to our hotel so we gave it a try. Portion sizes are good. The taco platter comes with six tacos! I had the flautas Chinampa which came with four beef flautas, beans, rice, and salad. I forgot, the taco platter even came with a baked potato. Prices were excellent. We had gone to McDonald's in the morning and spent more. They also cave us frijoles charros for free. Not sure if this was standard or if they were also trying to get rid of it. I would return for the service and the convenience, but if you're looking for life changing Mexican cuisine, it's not here. What you get is a good amount of decent food at a good price served by great people.

Had multiple thousand Google reviews and they were all close to five stars. So I knew I had to check it out. It was super close to my hotel, so I popped in the car and found it without trouble. Trouble. Again, there is pretty limited parking so it's kind of hit and miss whether you'll find a spot or not. Fortunately, I did. When you walk up to the place, the building itself is pretty nondescript. They have a nice selection of outside seating, and your window to order is outside. Very nice lady at the counter gave me helpful suggestions and so I ordered three tacos and an amazing lime and cucumber fresca. Went in and sat down inside and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It definitely had more of an upscale bar vibe to it than a Taco shop. The waiter that brought out my tacos told me that it turns into more of a nightclub after hours. I may have to go check that out. The tacos themselves were absolutely off the chain! The tortillas were blue corn and everything on it tasted so fresh and so wonderful. The carnitas was fantastic, the brisket Taco was to die for and the blackened shrimp Taco was one of the best I've ever had. Had. The flavors were so balanced and on point, it was one of the most satisfying taco experiences I have had!! I will probably hit this place up a couple more times before I leave El Paso. If you are in El Paso, you probably already know about this place. But I'm telling you what you cannot go wrong for tacos and that lime/ cucumber fresca! Bottom line? It's about 10 hours drive from Las Vegas to El Paso. And this Taco shop will give me a great reason to do a road trip anytime. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!
