Well, I got three tacos but you threw the lettuce and cheese on top of the tacos, you did not take the time to put the basic fixings into the taco, just throw it on top and give me a fork. Food tasted good, but you never have consistency and the burrito was lukewarm so I hope I don't get sick Every time I order a burrito, it always taste great, but there are multiple times that the exact same burrito is different. Even on the same visit we get the same burrito and both are made differently. Example 1 burrito is made without lettuce and the other one has lettuce. 1 burrito would have beans and the other burrito would have no beans. Today I ordered pork supreme burritos, and I received shredded beef burritos not even what I ordered. And by the time I got home what was I gonna do? Go back to the restaurant? So we ate the burritos. They tasted fine, but it's not what I ordered. What I ordered was supposed to come to $26 from what their menu says but I was charged $28. read more

I hate to post this because the cashiers at Lucy's are pretty friendly but I can't go here any more. I don't know why they have to "scoop" up oil with the carnitas. I'm currently having to manage the after effects of a terribly constructed food item given to me from Lucy's tacos. As I sat tending to the human manipulated calling of nature, i began to think, "Maybe I should put in a review that their food caused massive inflammation in my large intestine the following day resulting in having to relieve myself multiple times due to an illegal amount of spice and ill prepared shrimp flesh in my burrito". My first bite harnesses a jarring discovery of betrayal as I crunched into the skin of a shrimp tail. Multiple mouth fulls were that of shrimp skin. I began to think it was maybe just one or two forgotten shrimps. But no- I reluctantly dug my fingers into my burrito only to confirm more shrimp tails intact with their skin. Because I spent good money, I figured I'd have to take this into my own hands and remove the tail skin myself. But alas, the beast of this burrito rests in its spice. Please understand, my pallet is conditioned to endure high levels of spice, but what I endured last night was a level of spice beyond any reasonable proportion. It induced a stress upon my sweet partner watching me suffer. She was inclined to seek medical attention for me as she watched the tears roll down my face, racing with the beads of sweat my fore head produced. My cheeks remained flush and a strong sting of heat remained in my mouth for hours. I can respect heat and I can admit when I've been defeated. But the lack in warning warrants a warning to those wanting it. I find it justified to share to others of this experience. Not only was the burrito I received inedible due to the sadistic amount of spice and unpeeled shrimp, they also stole 75 cents from me and did not add the guacamole I so paid for. Time for an update. Lucy's does the very best carnita burritos that you will find anywhere. They are so good I rarely get anything else although the few times I tried other things they were also 5 star quality. I love the fact that you can get your own tortilla chips and salsas while you are waiting. If you really want to get decadent get some of the grilled onions and jalapenos and add them to you burrito. Life is good. It's even better when you are having a Lucy's carnita burrito for lunch. read more

Drove by and saw this place that used to be where the Baja Fresh was. Went in and the staff was friendly. I ordered the wet burrito with carne asada, beans and rice. The beans are the best I've had in the Bend area, they actually have flavor. The rice was good and it wasn't hard or old. The carne asada itself was tasty and then added to the rest was really quite good. I did try all of their salsas, the only one I wasn't a fan of was the avocado sauce, maybe I'll try it again when I go back. Which I will definitely go back to try other items. read more

Came into Lucy's today for the first time and it hit the spot! I ended getting the green wet burrito and it was well served/ portioned. We got our food pretty fast since there wasn't that many people in so that was good since I had quite the appetite, I meet Oscar which I believe was the owner and he was super friendly! The restaurant was also pretty clean and made me feel at home. I will be coming back whenever I'm in bend and if you are in the area I highly recommend this place to anyone. Honestly one of the most decent spots for Mexican food. Service and is fast and really convenient for drive thru orders. I always get the California burrito without pico de gallo and add sour cream just so I can feel like home. Meat is good and proportions were just right. My family and I stopped here during our road-trip and had a terrible experience. We ordered food and paid for it but were not given all of our food. They asked to search the bags of food we were already given, touching our food with their hands (without Gloves on). One of the employees did not want to refund us for the food that we purchased but did not receive and tried to make us ( a black family) look as though we were trying to cheat them, even though we had receipts and paid a significant amount for their food. Lucy's is one of the only places open after 10. That's what earns them the 1 star. But the food is not good at all. Inedible. Even the chips were greasy and gross. And not cheap. If it's after 10 go to McDonalds. At least you know what you'll get. Definitely do not recommend. read more

When asking for alterations or specific things like extra hot sauce, some employees don't comprehend what is being asked but pretend they do. This is especially frustrating when calling in after an Uber Eats order, and it is hit or miss if you will get what you are asking for. I am patient and will forgive mistakes (I never post reviews or complain about anything unless it is really bad). This has happened five times now. The menu is extensive and they also have a salsa bar with fried jalapeños for those who like heat like myself. Portions are great and prices are reasonable. Stopped by late one night after work and Lucy's happened to be open. I ordered a shredded pork taco to be eaten when I got home. Once I tasted it, I wished I'd ordered more. The pork was sooooo rich and flavorful, with little bits of crunchiness probably from the bottom and a teasing buttery taste of fat without being greasy. Well we went to Lucy's tonight for the very last time. My guy cannot eat rice or beans and he ordered a chicken burrito asked for chicken only, pico de gallo, and I believe that was it and specifically said no rice or beans. Got home to find a tortilla filled full of rice and beans and three tiny pieces of chicken. At this point we're upset because this is like the third time this has happened so we were extremely specific of what we were asking for and stated we are willing to pay extra. He called to talk to them about what happened and they hung up on him. I tried to call right back and they would not answer the phone straight to voicemail therefore I grabbed my own phone answered. And they hung up on me when I said how dare you hang up on a customer when they call you to speak about what went wrong with your meal.
