THE absolute best Carnitas Tacos I have ever had!!! I used the drive thru for my to go order and despite the haphazard way they were thrown together, there was a generous amount of guacamole included, the carnitas had amazing crispy edges and the onion was super sweet! Very good taco shop. Had carnitas and adobada. Were on point. Large quantities for the price. Pretty quick to get food (5-7 minutes). Nothing negative about my experience. The woman that took my order was friendly. Music was playing and the AC was blowing. Great place for a meal. read more

We couldn't even finish ours. They were not tasty. No one felt good after eating here. If you'd like mediocre food, have at it. Do not eat at this restaurant as their working staff does NOT wear their masks property. We observed 2 of the 4 employees wearing their mask with their nose exposed. I had high hopes after Baja Fresh went out of business. I usually never leave a negative review but I just had to say something. I'm a taco guy. These were subpar at best, and overpriced from what you get. The Asada meat was fatty and lacking flavor. El Sancho is 10x better. Lucy's is new to Bend, so maybe they are working things out. I'll give it another shot eventually, but it's not worth going to at this point. read more

My husband and I luv Lucy's, and the best part, my husband doesn't really care for Mexican food. (Crazy) The tacos are delicious. Soft and hard shell. The chimichangas sinfully good. And they're chunky salsa is always on point. I've had the pleasure of meeting Oscar and what a gem and asset he is. We definitely will be repeat customers as we've continued to be this far. I'm gonna give this solid 4.8. I ordered the 3 taco plate. Asada, adobada and CARNITAS!!! The asada and adobada had great flavor. The carnitas the best I've ever had, not dry and a nice Smokey flavor. Btw the tacos are large. The beans and rice were ok. If the beans were made with lard I would give them a 5. This the 3rd time visiting bend from Southern California and I will definitely be back for the carnitas.. read more

We love Lucy's, the food is delicious, the service is great and it's quiet enough inside to have a conversation. The only negative comment we have with Lucy's is the temperature, it's so cool in the restaurant that it's uncomfortable. When we asked about the temperature we were told that the cooks were controlling the air conditioner. What? Please take that privilege away from them. If customers are too uncomfortable to sit inside because of the temperature then pretty soon you won't need the cooks. read more
