Our first yelp pick didn't work out and discovered Lucy's was down the street. Typical fast food layout with handful of tables and a cashier taking orders. Small condiments bar with salas of various spice levels, limes and warm chips. Food is good without complaints.

taco bell closes at 7 on saturdays now i guess, so decided i'd try Lucy's. i should've just went home. this is the most lazily made burrito i think ive ever had! I'm half way through my chicken burrito and it's pretty much just dark meat chicken sour cream and a tiny bit of rice wrapped in a tortilla... im grossed out. I wish i could drive back and throw this at their front door. the fact that anyone could consider this as edible is insane. I would not even feed my dog this.

we were looking for something quick and tasty for lunch and lucy's fit the bill. the chips were fresh, the tacos were good. in fact, after i took my first bite, instead of stopping to grab a pic of our feast - i devoured both my tacos. thankfully i remembered to feed the camera before my last bite! service was helpful and efficient and the place was clean and bright. would definitely return!

I ordered from the drive thru. The person taking my order was professional and friendly. The drive thru experience was good. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos and 2 Adobada tacos. These tacos were $5.50 each, which is more than tacos normally cost here, so my expectations were high. The food took a normal amount of time (not too fast) to prepare. I got home to eat the food and was disappointed. The Meat: Pre-cooked is expected from a taco shop, but this meat was very dry and rubbery. The asada reminds me of dog food. Also, quite salty (more than normal from other taco shops). The salas: The rojo is not worth putting on food. The verde salsa was actually really good. The rest: The guacamole is not good. It is spoiled and acidic. I don't know if the pictures show the coloration I saw, but it was not edible. This completely ruined the tacos. I tried removing what I could, but there was only so much I can do. I do not recommend Lucy's and will not be returning.

My 20. Enchilada & Taco Combo, yummy.

Ordered delivery here on our way home from Seattle. The food was really delicious. Hubby ordered the 3 taquitos meal, I ordered the enchilada, taco meal. Delicious food. I was not happy that that I paid $4.40 twice for 2 guacamoles, we only got 1, also in instructions, I texted please bring utensils and napkins. Nope. That's on the restaurant, not the delivery person. All in all. Very tasty food. Hit the spot.

Shrimp tacos, great flavor. $5.50 per taco. 10/10 comes with rice.

This place is awesome!! Quick, nice people. Tons of options at the free salsa bar! Have eaten here 3 times, same thing. Consistently delicious.

Wanting to get some tacos while staying in Bend. Found Lucy's Taco shop off 3rd street. Interestingly enough they had a drive through. We ordered a bunch of different things: six mini taco plate, chicken tacos, green burrito, tostada, kids chicken quesadilla and a tamale. While we waited there was a chip and salsa bar. They had four different salsas, my favorite being the regular chunky salsa. The avocado one was pretty salty for me. My favorite part of the whole bar were the jalapeño carrots. They were a little different than ones I'm used to, I think it's the bay leaves. But they were great by themselves and with the tacos! I quite enjoyed them! I got the six mini tacos with asada and carnitas. The carnitas were a bit dry and crunchy on some pieces. Wish it was more moist and juicy to help the taco be less dry. I tried my husbands green burrito with carnitas and that was probably the best meal. The chicken taco with rice and beans were quite bland. My kids ended up eating only the rice. The service was good and we got our food quick. The restaurant area had lots of big tables. We ended up picking up our food and clearing it away. Not sure if you have to or not. The food was ok, a few good things but I probably wouldn't come back.

Poor service, food way to overpriced for what they serve you. When you complain they are rude and don't care. Will not be going back.

The restaurant runs on a highly efficient counter-service model: you wait in line to order, and a server coordinates whether you want to grab a table inside or out on the patio. Once we were seated, our food came out incredibly fast. I had the Spicy Pork Noodles, and my partner got the Yellow Curry loaded with shrimp and pork belly. Both main dishes were packed with flavor, and the crisp cucumber salad was the perfect side to share. I also ordered a hard cider to wash it down. Everything was delicious from start to finish.

Just enough spicy without being too much. Ordering at the counter seemed interesting to me due to the layout of the dining room, but the staff knew exactly what they were doing and were able to direct us to a seat easily! Our food and drinks also came in a timing manner. I really appreciated that we could see all the way back into the kitchen and there was transparency between the kitchen and the consumers. The bar looked gorgeous and I would definetly like to sit there next time for the vibes. I also loved that they provided self-serve boxes, napkins, and utensils but still had a sign asking patrons to be concious of how much they're using. The overall flow between ordering, self serve, and dining was super efficient and nice! Can't wait to come here again!

Loved that all the food is homemade including the tortillas. We ordered the carne asada and chipotle tacos along with an order of eloté. We could not have been more pleased. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating and we grabbed a table under a big tree. The menu offers some great selections. I was tempted to try the chilaquiles but tacos always get me. Carmen's Famous Tortilla Soup looked really tasty as well, so it looks like I have a reason to return. Alcohol including tequila is also served along with refreshing aqua frescos. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was hot and ready to eat. Tacos were juicy and the eloté although not the best I have ever had still provided good flavor. Location is easy to find although parking was tight. Perhaps it was the time of day we came and it was a weekend. Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance was perfectly beautiful sitting amongst the trees. I would recommend should you find yourself in Bend stopping here for a little bit of Mexico!

Guessing they had a change in either their head chef or ownership; not sure. The last couple times we've gone we have been so surprised because they were completely dead at dinner time which was unusual...guessing others have had the same experience. Time before last I ordered a salad with the crunch bowl (nobody can turn down the crunchy tortilla salad bowl...right!). When they brought the salad without the bowl I mentioned to the girl that I'd ordered the crunch bowl and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language as if she had no idea of what it was, along with a dose of a super rude attitude. Then as everyone else eats their meal and finishes I wait over 15 minutes to get the missing part of my order, all while the restaurant was dead as a doornail. I've worked in restaurants in my years and if that happens it's typically first priority if someone is missing part of their order to avoid just that. We went back tonight to give it another shot and noticed it completely dead again at dinner time which is so odd because in years past it's typically slammed with people. Met again with rude employees who treat you as your inconveniencing them by placing an order. That was our last straw. Really bummed as it use to be SO good but they've lowered their quality of service down to the point where it's just not a good place to go anymore unfortunately. Add to that axing great menu items has them struggling to keep business coming in. Icing on the cake is they have recently gotten rid of their Morita hot sauce which might have been the best hot sauce ever made in human history. Don't get me wrong it's a still a big step up from Taco Bell but if you're living on the Eastside, that gem of years past is slowly dying away. I'll miss you Hablo!
