Really liked this place! They were open during the snow storm with friendly staff and heaters blasting which was great. The pizza was huge and loaded with toppings and reheated amazingly which is hard to find! read more

Came here for pizza and wasn't disappointed. Good wholesome food is here, but you might wonder why docked a star from it... Service was great, check, employees were happy, check, pizza had lots of toppings, check, ordered extra sauce (still not enough for me), check, interior is dated but clean, check, interesting pizza oven, check. All these items are good but everything was average, or slightly below average. Specifically the pizza had everything going for it but the flavor just didn't pop, didn't come through. It was almost bland pizza though had little hints of flavor here and there. Overall happy but if they could improve flavor of ingredients this would definitely be a place worth repeating! read more

Hey, guys, look. You think Luigi's is just a small pizza joint on the corner of the street. Right? WRONG. Luigi's is so much more than just pizza. They have a small teensy little arcade, a HUGE menu, and quality food. Although, when they get busy, due to population in the area, you have to wait a while. The workers can get inpatient, so can we. But all in all, good damn pizza. Five stars! read more

Great pizza, good prices! My only fear is that cleanliness of the place. We've eaten in a couple of times, but the tables and condiment jars are sticky. Plus, the video poker and other distractions make it sort of family-unfriendly. When I do takeout, or delivery, I can put the lack of cleanliness out of my mind - it is great pizza! read more

Pizza isn't good at all, they gave me what they said was the best pizza, it was dull, dry and hard to eat had to get subway after.

This place is nothing fancy but they do pizza very well and that is why we go there. The restaurant is not too nice but the people that run it are very nice. I love Linguiça on my pizza now and then but they didn't have it, when I mentioned it they said bring it in a we will cook it for you so we did, how cool was that. They do a big take out business so the place is busy just not inside. They could really improve the salad options but they pizza is excellent. read more

You're on the road, the craving hits, who you gonna call? Well in this sleepy little town Luigi's is it. They have a nice selection of toppings. The flavor was good, and the quantity was great. The wifes sausage and feta with a little pepperoni was a bounty of sausage and feta. My spinach, mushroom and asparagus was a little dissapointing in they used either frozen or canned spinnach and the same with the asparagus. It was good, don't get me wrong, I've just been spoiled in Portland. The staff was friendly, and if I'm zipping through Raineer and the craving hits again I certainly won't hesitate to stop here again. read more

One star because I can't give it a 0. Horrible service, employees didn't want to work and were non responsive. It took an exorbitant amount of time to make some crappy pizza that made 5 of us sick. I LOVE this pizza, but today's visit was less than stellar. Order was taken wrong, and instead of remaking it she gave the missing toppings in a dude container. When she put the toppings in a container, she did it with her bare hands. I wonder where her hands have been since the last time she washed them. The best pizza in the area and the best prices also. We called in our order from Columbia City and only had to wait about 5 minutes after we arrived for the best pizza we've had in a long time. Maybe it tasted so good because a medium half & half pizza on a thick crust was only $19.00. We finished with ice-cream, we had two scoops each and it was only $4.00. Amazing value, delicious pizza and friendly staff. We don't need to look for anything else whenever we're in the mood for pizza. read more

I have been to this establishment a handful of times because this is less than 5 miles from me. Each time I have ordered, it has been wrong upon delivery as well as when we eat in-house. There is no attempt to make it correct. The last time my children and I were there it was 40 minutes to closing time. A baseball game was taking place right next to it and I figured we'd stop there for our dinner. Well we placed the order and sat down. I forgot to order beverages, nor did they ask. So I had to buy those after the fact and was handed a 2-liter? As we were waiting for our pizza a group of 4 adults and 2 children came in... Also from the baseball field. They were denied service because it was 20 minutes to close. When the kids and I walked in there was a man (probably the owner) counting the cash from the till on one of the neighboring tables. The group that came in after us said that a $100 tip would be included if they just took their order because they were still there before close. The man that was counting the money agreed that it was to late to order the pizza, so they disgruntley left. Shortly after that they handed me my pizza in a to-go box. I guess we ordered carry-out and didn't know. My family and friends will not be back here, ever. read more

I would have left zero stars if I could! The manager Andrea is seriously horrible and seems she goes out of her way to be disrespectful and rude! I will never go there again after this incident. In a nutshell today there was some billing confusion when I was talking to her she raised her voice to me said there was nothing she could do to call the main office on Monday and hung up on me! Minus $50 and no pizza to show for it Im disgusted and cannot believe she works with the public let alone is manager of a place that otherwise is great! read more
