    Salmon Alfredo
    Paul M.

Fulio's a really great local restaurant. The staff is friendly, the ambience is relaxing, and the food is delicious. I went her with my wife & two small children for a nice Mother's Day dinner. It can be a bit of a gamble taking small children to a nice restaurant like this but they were very accommodating. I had the smoked salmon Alfredo, it was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Sat us quickly. Server efficient and humorless. Great, inexpensive mocktails. HUUUUGE portions. Caesar salad was great but needed anchovy option. They had these odd red tomato looking garnishes that turned out to be Sweety Drop Peppers, also known as Biquinho peppers or Incan Red Drops. These small, tear-shaped peppers originated in the Peruvian Amazon. And they are delish and apparently easy to grow! Crab pesto - again huge portion. Rich. Good. I had the chicken piccata- always my go to - and usually has a ton of capers and is on a bed of angel hair. They do it as a single breast, on top of asparagus, with scant capers, and a side of pasta with red or white sauce. I chose white/alfredo. It was tender and moist but I missed the capers and felt the side of pasta didn't play well with the chicken. And a red sauce version IMO wouldn't have either. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Went to dinner with family here on Friday night. It was amazing from great service from Lexie, incredible food with so much flavor and very good prices. We will be back again for sure.

First time trying this spot. Food was delicious. Chicken Marsala had a very good sauce. My daughter had the filet mignon and she enjoyed it. Nice glass of wine with the meal. We enjoyed the tiramisu for dessert. Will be coming back to try more of the offerings. Service was excellent. We came just as it opened for the evening so not many patrons in the restaurant.

What a fabulous restaurant, and a real Astoria gem this is! I knew of, and had eaten at Fulio's years ago. My wife and I both were visiting overnight in town this weekend and chose Fulio's for dinner. We had the most wonderful meals of Chicken Marsala (incredibly delicious) and Squash Ravioli (equally delicious as well), and a Seafood Antipasti as a starter. The food, the wine, the ambiance, and the service were all top shelf, and at times were even attended Alan, by the owner. High praise, high marks!

We've been going to Fulio's for years and it's still a favorite. Great service, good wine selection, consistently good food, sparkly lights, etc. What's not to like? It is the only time I eat fettuccini Alfredo and it's delicious. Salads are balanced and fresh. Meats are good quality. Prices are reasonable. Grateful to have this establishment as a dining option here.

Only been here once but we all had a really good experience. Loved the food and service, another good eating option in downtown Astoria. We will be sure to return to this place on our next visit.

Our server was also just right. I got the Negroni melone because I'm a sucker for Negronis. It was decent, though it would have been much better with a gentleman's cube. The hubs got a blood orange cocktail that was really yummy. We started with the ricotta and preserved tomato crostini, which was excellent! Hubs ordered the sablefish and I ordered the ravioli with chard. Both were fantastic! The sablefish was exactly, perfectly cooked. It had skin on, but easy to eat without if you're not into that. Ah, so good! The ravioli was so delish! The only thing missing was a sip of limoncello at the end of the meal, which you'd receive in Italy, but otherwise deliziosa!

After doing a chowder crawl and trying 10 different restaurants around Astoria, I would confidently put Inferno Lounge in second place, just behind Portway Tavern. We own a house in Long Beach, and during the time we lived there full-time, this was our go-to spot for anniversaries and my husband's birthdays. It exudes that cozy, historic Seaview charm that invites you to relax and linger...warm, intimate, and full of character without being over the top. A true small-town and now not so hidden gem. My husband is a fan of their Old Fashioneds, particularly those with a smoked maple twist, and he often gravitates back to the slow-braised pork. Their current Southern Comfort Pork dish is just his style: slow-braised pork shoulder served over brown sugar yam mash with jalapeño creamed corn, green onion, and maple-bacon salsa. That's comfort food crafted with real culinary skill. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I truly appreciate how The Depot makes an effort to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diners in a way that feels genuine rather than forced. Last winter, I was thrilled to discover the ginger-coconut soba noodles, they were flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly balanced. Their current mika soba noodles with garlic-ginger coconut cream, vegetables, toasted cashews, and cilantro are exactly the kind of dish I'm thankful to find on a Peninsula menu. I also have fond memories of Burger Wednesdays from our time on the Peninsula. It's incredible how satisfying a customized portobello burger can be when a kitchen understands texture and seasoning especially in a place where plant-based options can still be scarce. The food is fantastic, but the service deserves a special mention. While Peninsula restaurants are known for their good service, The Depot's service is exceptional: polished, friendly, warm, and just the right amount of attentive. Although we now reside in California, we plan to make another reservation when we return to the Long Beach Peninsula in July. I'm already looking forward to their summer menu.
