Cute little shop. There is seating inside though not a lot. They sell various items as well as coffee and icecream. Service was good. I only got a London fog which was good

After having dinner in the area, we stopped by Lulabelle's to grab some ice cream, as this place seemed super busy and popular with the locals! I was surprised in how it was set up inside, as it carried specialty items, such as greeting cards, candies/chocolates, and giftable items. They serve Taharka Bros. ice cream, and we got a scoop of Cookies & Cream and Roasted Strawberry - all I know is that the Roasted Strawberry was AMAZING, and probably my new favorite ice cream flavor! Service was very kind and friendly. Super limited seating inside, and the place is a bit of a tight squeeze. Limited metered and street parking can be found in the area. +Roasted Strawberry ice cream +friendly service

Obsessed!!!!! If you don't get the honey graham ice cream, you are doing something WRONG it's simply that good. Incredible service, incredible ice cream

Lulabelle is a very cute neighborhood sweet store is very nice for kids to pick a treat including ice-cream. Lovely interior, really. I went in because I love ice-cream The ice-cream they serve is Taharka from Maryland, not really unique or special. But it is still ok ice-cream. Service is like your neighborhood. store While not a place of detour, Lulabelle fits the bill for a neighborhood hangout for kids or ice-cream.

After enjoying some hot ramen at Menya, I was seriously craving something sweet--and Lullabelle's Sweet Shop was the perfect choice. That mix of something warm followed by a cold treat hit just right, especially with the weather. The shop is adorable, with lots of desserts and gift-worthy items if you're ever in need of a thoughtful treat for someone (or yourself ). I had the honey graham ice cream and wow--chef's kiss. It was sweet, nutty, slightly caramel-y, and just so satisfying. My boyfriend went for the matcha ice cream, which had a bold matcha flavor--in the best way. We sat outside and enjoyed the neighborhood vibes, which made it feel even more relaxing. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience even better. I'm definitely coming back. This little spot is a hidden gem for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Cutest little sweet shop. They don't make all their sweets themselves. They make their banana bread and cupcakes. The ice cream is from a semi-local place in a nearby state. The pistachio ice cream is awful (they add almond extract) but the chocolate was decent. This place has the cutest boutique snacks you might not find at any other grocery store. I would come back to try their banana bread because it looked so good!

An adorable little shop, independent and locally owned. It's a great spot to poke around in before going to dinner at Timber or Menya Hosaki or one of the other destination restaurants on this strip of Upshur. I've found the staff to be friendly too! It's also much more than a sweet shop--though they serve ice cream in a case at the back, the shelves have everything from kids' activities to fancy speciality food items to fun trinkets. I wish there were more places like Lulabelle!

Roasted strawberry ice cream was the best strawberry flavor I've ever tasted. Very rich and free sprinkles were a plus. My husband's mint chocolate chip had large chunks of chocolate. Not the cheapest place but the quality and flavor selections are awesome. They also had blueberry jasmine, cardamom, honey Graham, and a few other interesting flavors

made the mistake of stopping by at 4pm, right as the school crowd was getting busy so there were abt 15 people in this tiny shop! Nevertheless, the staff was so nice and efficient! I got the pistachio ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and it was so yummy! Love that the sprinkles are complimentary!

Something really welcome to the area. Friendly, forward, and helpful service. I simply ordered a brownie and a blondie. Doesn't seem like much, but if I'm going to buy a brownie from you, and you're a sweet shop, it better be a heck of a brownie. And it was. Professional grade brownie and blondie. Get some of that.

Cutest little sweet shop. Their ice cream is delicious, I can't walk by without grabbing a scoop. I'm excited to come back and try other sweets soon!

Really good icecream and coffee. My only complaint is their drinks are very small. Milkshake is a good size though! I got a scoop of blueberry jasmine, and it was a bit icy which is usually not ideal, but it made it a bit crunchy and good!

This is one of our go-to ice cream shops in the neighborhood! They also have a coffee bar with doughnuts and a cheese shop, as well as a sort of "premium general store" section up front (think interesting chips, funky chocolates, and other fun food items). The coffee Oreo ice cream is one of my favorites ever, the honey graham ice cream is also great. Definitely opt for the less "traditional" flavors, since that's where they really shine. No seating inside, but there are often a few chairs or benches outside and there's also a small parklet with benches about a block away that's a great spot to enjoy your ice cream in the shade.

Orange sorbet and cardamom ice cream. Single scoops in a cup.

I ordered the Blackberry peach cobbler and got a banana pudding after a sample. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too sweet and didn't have chessmen as the cookies. Don't judge me but I prefer the simplicity of nilla wafers over the decadent cookie varieties. I'll be back for the banana pudding and I'll be trying the other menu items ( breakfast is served all day). Flavor wise for the cobbler, it's not grandma's ( extra butter, extra cinnamon) but they were given the recipe and decided not to induce or exasperate any health conditions You can add extra crust to your order ( I shamefully forgot) and a variety of other mix-ins and toppings if that's your thing to any menu item. The gentleman serving was relaxed and that showed with the other customers coming in as well. The prices are reasonable and the food is quality. I enjoyed my orders! The place isn't necessarily designed for too many people but the music and atmosphere make you want to stay. I'll update with some pics the next time I drop by.

I personally ordered the chocolate chip brownie and quite honestly it tasted terrible. There wasn't much taste at all for that matter. Extremely bland overshadowed by icing. If there wasn't ice cream involved it would have tasted worse. The Pizza Hut brownie is 10 times better at a cheaper price point. The is brownie can easily be removed from the menu if there aren't improvements. The service was ok even though she originally forgot my ice cream. Inside was clean as there were no other patrons.

Now, although they didn't have anything that I wanted to look for, I did spend a good amount of time browsing. That is the one thing that you will need when you enter here, time. There is a ton of stuff in here that you can easily lose yourself in. However, if you are claustrophobic, bypass this place. The aisles are extra small and this could be on the verge of a hoarder case. You kind of have to go with the flow of everyone else in the store, and that means you really can't retrace your footsteps if you need to. Unless you are the only person in the store, which is a rarity. The owner of this place is amazing. She is so full of life and greets everyone that walks in the door. A short jaunt the hotel and squarely in downtown, it's an all things cobbler themed spot. Kids got Mac and cheese with meat, plus a mini cobbler, and my better half and I shared a "biscuit cobbler" - which was effectively a delicious biscuit over top a thick soup. It was solidly in the pretty good category. A little cold in the middle but it filled me up. The biscuits were excellent - like Bojangles good (Biscuit connoisseurs will feel that!). The Mac and cheese was good and the cobblers were solid. The mini cobbler was like $2 and came as part of a combo. Get that - enough to get a good taste, but not massive. The banana pudding (the bourbon walnut specifically) was the show stopper for me. I'm sure it's gonna box, but it was really good!
