So even though they went digital only, they had no listed prices, which is annoying, especially if there was a line. It's just not the most ideal ordering experience. I did get a hazelnut frappe ($6.50) which was sweet and very thick. I was tempted and gave into a cinnamon role ($7.50) which they warmed up. Both were perfect sweet treats and didn't taste odd being vegan. The roll was huge. I probably shouldn't have gotten both because it was decadent, but they both rocked. There are a few chairs by the window, but there isn't a lot of space inside. The order did take a while to prepare, but it was interesting to try.

I prefer Salmon tender, moist, with cooking complete though unevenly (90%/70% though appropriate temperature) split between both sides on a flatter-grill like surface, and with an olive oil, lemon, basil leaf mélange as dressing. Consider the potential differences between boiling chicken and having a chicken in an oven, the Salmon from the eatery tastes closer to a chicken after being in an oven, particularly texture wise, the Salmon flavor is present though more of the interior of the flesh. The salad blend is really tasty. I enjoy eating the avocado (a nice dry, not slimy), with the lemon squeeze, bite by bite with the tomatoes and lettuce, quite refreshing and moisturizing after the Salmon. The Sweet Plantains are firm-soft with a dryer texture. A subtle sweetness is present though esch bite is a bit slow and rougher down the throat which makes me wonder if the banana is not completely ripe. The latte I got was solid as well. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and the cafe is open a little later (8pm), which there is a lack of in Montclair, so I appreciate it for us night owls. The seating is also very nice and comfy. Some coffee shops it feels like they give you hard metal seating because they don't want you sitting too long. This place is the opposite.
