My favorite location of all the ones I've visited in Dallas thus far! It's setup nicely and has a very clean feel; staff here has always been helpful every time I have stepped in during my lunch break! I had one lady take the time in helping me understand the various mats they offer and she even catered to my preference and needs since I'm about to be a new yogi.. I can't remember her name but the staff is pleasant and overall helpful/attentive for the most part. This particular location even hosts community runs and yoga classes from various groups and people throughout North Dallas which I thought was very cool and hope to be in attendance soon! The clothing line is a bit up there in price but you get quality items in return and I'm a firm believer in the saying "You get what you pay for!" Especially if you need something durable for vigorous workouts and consistent training, then you're really getting something that will last not to mention the non-stink material that this company uses with most of their athletic wear. However, word of caution, you definitely need to try on their clothes to ensure it fits or feels comfortable for your liking. Sales associate Michelle was great. Store manager with the glasses was at the register. Walked away from me while I was the next in line. When she came back she ignored my question as to why she did not help me and did not offer any type of a apology until I asked her twice. Very rude. Do not go to legacy. I will buy from another location or a competitor. read more

Online contactless pick up is hit or miss. Depends on how busy they are and if they feel like helping you. I went to the front door and asked the gal manning the door where to go for pick up and she said that they are busy so there is no contactless pick up and that I needed to stand in line. After standing in contact with 20+ people I finally got the the front and was next to enter. I asked a different gal manning the door if I could just get my order and that I didn't need to enter. She was very happy to get it and apologized and said that the first gal should've easily gotten my order. Thankful for her customer service!! The purpose for me to pick up is to avoid crowds, even if it's waiting "outside". Not only are you surrounded by people in line, there are people passing as it's on the corner, people gathering on the corner relaxing in the shade. Plus, pick up is a quick few minute transaction. I absolutely have to give credit where is due I went in today because a pair of my Lululemon pants had some wear issues. Joy not only took care of me but gave me the best customer experience I have truly had she educated me on the brand and how to take care of my favorite pair of leggings! This location has a large selection of workout gear. The staff are all very friendly and someone's always greeting and talking to customers. I love lululemon clothes, they are so comfortable, stylish and made of good material. I'll always come here. read more

Love this store!! I go in what feels like weekly and Candice is always so helpful. It's rare, especially in retail with this much traffic, for someone to remember their shoppers and she ALWAYS does. I had been waiting on a brunette employee to help me, but she just kept brushing me off. I was fed up with them. Amazing service! The first time I walked in here a man (I totally forgot his name but he was AMAZING!!! He was bald and Caucasian so freaking nice and helpful!) gave me a whole rundown of the store. He told me everything about the tights and the function for each one. He even helped me find a pair perfect tailored to my workout routine! Helped me find a size and told me how it should fit. Him and three really nice and beautiful women helped me find the perfect fit (two brunettes and one blonde... I really wish I remembered everyone's name because they really do deserve some recognition for how amazing and helpful they were). They even had me twirl around and checked to see the fitting and everything. Amazing customer service! Left that day with 5 pairs of leggings. I went back a few weeks later and I saw the same awesome people. They remembered my name and size!! They showed me all the new products and I left that day with two full bags haha. read more

Excellent customer service! The managers are all well trained. I love coming to this place because of the people that work here. Very different from the other Lululemon stores Ive been to. We moved from California 2 years ago. Newport Beach Fashion Island and Irvine Spectrum stores should learn from the staff at Lululemon Shops of Legacy. read more

Service here is wonderful. I went here on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. Everyone there was helpful. There was an sale item I needed in a different size but it was out of stock at their store. The employee that helped me found it a different store and was able to have it shipped to my house. read more

I'm a big fan of Lululemon since I've purchased most of my running clothes there. I am a regular at the Lennox store in Atlanta where the most friendly and helpful employees work. Recently during a trip to Plano TX. I stopped at the Legacy Store to purchase a rain jacket. The date, Friday December 11, was two days before the Dallas Marathon. Due to the forecast of rain i I needed a rain jacket. As I entered the store, I noticed several employees present but no one acknowledged me when I entered. I browsed until I found a jacket hanging on the upper level rack. I waited for someone to help however, after a few minutes I started searching for someone. One employee was busy having a personal conversation with a customer. Another employee was busy folding clothes while another one was idly standing behind the counter. I tried to make eye contact with each but all of them responded by looking away. After waiting for 15 minutes I entered the restroom where I encountered another customer. After we exchanged greetings I was relieved to know I was not invisible. I returned to the rack and waited for five minutes. Since the employees did not feel I was worthy of their time I left the store. I went to Luke's Locker across the street and purchased a rain jacket. Since the Legacy store Lululemon employees have a problem with certain customers, I will definitely not visit that store again. read more
