It's difficult to give service even one star! My last visit to lululemon was so disturbing that I haven't written a review for months. The service attitude and, even worse, the manager was disrespectiful and so outrageous that I will never go back to the Torrance location!!!!! After reading very poor reviews, I decided management needs to know what is happening in some of their brick and mortar stores. Interviewing and training of service representatives and managers needs to be revamped. It is not only very poor but is giving lululemon USA a very bad reputation!!!!! I purchase a lot from this brand. Too much, actually ... but I'm obsessed. The Align collection is my favorite. You can't go wrong with anything from that line, IMO. Super soft and the quality cannot be beat. The last few times I've been inside this store, the employees have been above and beyond; greeted right away, was asked if I needed help looking for something, and basically were just really, really sweet and helpful. read more

PSA: Lululemon Unethical Business Practice My mom and I tried to buy the pants (photo attached) that were listed at $98. It, and all other pants of this style In the store were labeled as $98 (I have photos of the tagged price, and online was listed as $98 as well). When it was rung up, it came up as $118. The employees refused to give it at the price labeled and claimed the corporate office called that morning to change the price, and kept asking for us to pay the higher price. The manager claimed she didn't have the ability to change the price manually (I don't think I believe this. I used to work retail and managers always have that authority, but maybe Lulu is different?). They then didn't pull the product from the floor that was listed at the lower price (but ringing up higher) until we later came back to ask for a supervisor, who they wouldn't call for us. If we weren't paying attention, we would have paid the higher price without noticing. And now the customer service line is closed on Sundays and they refused to get a higher level employee on the phone. The whole thing was very very unethical. Just remember to ALWAYS pay attention to the price that's rung up. read more

Located in the Del Amo mall. I recently got some pants online since the store didn't have them in stock. On this trip I was looking for shorts found a few and was able to try them on and see how they fit. The staff here today was super nice and helpful. I like how they have in house alterations if need to adjust the hem of the pants or fix any stitches and at no cost. They had a pretty good selection of shorts however for me Medium size were limited. For pants there was even more limited sizes so I checked on line first. Overall I'm happy with Lulu's pants and shorts. read more

I would give 0 star if I am allowed to. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a lululemon store. The supervisor/manager onsite is no better, all they want to do is to push you away with their "store policy" not care not trying to help. We have a simple product defect/quality issue and it is well within 1 year, they ask for extra money to do a simple exchange, just because the item was on sale at time of purchase. Never had this issue at the south coast or Victoria garden location. No wonder this store has so many bad reviews. I would never come back. read more

Mayline is the worst manager I've ever encountered. Completely unprofessional--texting on her phone while transacting with a trainee that charged my card five times for one transaction. Melissa the manager was so unfriendly during my visit. I needed pants I bought for my daughter hemmed. Not very helpful and inviting. Even in busyness you can make customers feel taken care of. Dear Lululemon, This long over due...... I just had to take a moment to express my absolute delight with my recent visit to your store. As soon as I walked in, my jaw hit the floor - and not just because I tripped over my own feet (which, let's be honest, is always a possibility with me). I was introduced to this magical wonderland by my friend Maddy at BPLA CrossFit (thanks, Maddy, you're a gem). And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Your store is the GOAT of all Lululemon stores - and I don't say that lightly. I mean, I've been shopping at Lululemon for a while now, so I'm pretty much an expert. Last week, I had a bit of a crisis because I was looking for a dance studio pant and was close to tears. But then Ethan Nelson swooped in and saved my ( bleep bleep) the day like the hero he is. You calmed me down and FIXED it by finding the pants for me I swear, competition season is no match for him. Thank you, Ethan, you're a lifesaver i will lean on you for sure.. And can we talk about your staff? You guys let me roam make a mess and leave me stuck in my head and i appreciate that becuase it takes a lot to organize hundreds of dancers and there different colors and sizes. You guys are the most badass crew I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I've worked with some pretty badass folks in my time). They're so much fun and just let me do my thing, even when I'm juggling a stack of files and my brain is on fire trying to match colors and exchange pieces without going over budget. They just laugh WITH me, you know? Love you guys. I also wanted to give a shoutout to your clean wood floors. May seem petty but they make it so easy for me to style groups together, take pictures, and send them off to different choreographers. It's the little things that make all the difference, am I right? She was very kind to check in the back and see if they have my size in an item I wanted and even offered to order it for me when they did not have it. Not only that she was extremely pleasant and did not make me feel like I did not belong, unlike other employees in the past. I've shopped at this location often and never had an issue. Typically the customer service is good. I came in to return some items from an online return and was given awful customer service. Unfortunately the card I made the order with was compromised and I had to close it and get a new card number. The person helping me named Rudy who was the manager on duty refused to help me with the return even after explaining the situation, showing him my ID, and my credit card app with the lululemon charges. What makes it extremely frustrating is that I was in store doing a return from the same order a few days prior and explained what happened and there was no issue and they were really nice to me. I called customer service and they helped me but it was a hassle and sometimes people are so inflexible and don't know how to have customer service or use their brains. I would not recommend dealing with him specifically in store as it was an unpleasant experience. read more

This Lululemon is usually fine and I really like the friendly staff in the back near the fitting rooms. Selection can be a bit lacking at times, but the service usually makes up for it. This time however, I encountered someone who not only had no idea what was going on and didn't want to find someone who did, but also didn't want to ring me out. If you see an Asian guy working the register and his name is Ken, turn right around and FIND SOMEONE ELSE. He has no idea what's going on. Which is fine. But he also didn't wang to ring me out for my transactions and instead rang up another customer's purchase before mine. He then turned his back to me so he can pick at some inventory. His incompetence is astounding. And I promise I wasn't even having a bad day. I know no one gets paid enough to care there, but at least do the bare minimum required for your job. read more

Very impressed with the service at the LuLulemon in de amo. There are so many employees on the floor waiting to help you, and they all know their stuff! We spoke with many employees who advised us on the style and fit of the leggings based off of their own experiences wearing and trying them on (good to know that these ladies really know their products). This is our second poor experience here with the employees at this location. My husband received a pair a pants as a gift but in the wrong size. When attempting to exchange the pant for one sizer larger, the employee refused to exchange the pants claiming there was chocolate on them. After saying we'll just buy new pants and they can keep the old ones since we had no use for them, the employee suddenly was able to exchange them. Like... what??? Doesn't make any sense. They were only able to help him if he was willing spend more money? Lulu lemon needs to hire smarter people who are able to exhibit empathy and provide better customer service read more

I had a good experience here. I came in looking for sporty dress pants and found just that. I went to the dressing room to try them on and, upon grabbing the wrong size, got assisted by the worker quickly. They also let you choose which bag you want, which is cool I guess. read more

BEWARE. This place is worse than a total joke. Went her before leaving for vacation. We bought some things and the sales girl "forgot" to return my wife's credit card. I called them after we realized to ask them to hold the credit card and that I would come to pick it up. Since my office is close by. They told me that I couldn't pick it up since my wife's name is on the card. Well that's inconvenient but reasonable I guess. But my wife wouldn't be able to make it down there until after we got back from our vacation. They told me no problem and that they would keep it in their safe for us... Well a week later we stop by to pick up the card and it's not there... They say that it's their company policy to shred credit cards within 24 hours of not being picked up... Annoying... why say that you would hold it then... But anyways I understand the security protocol... Anyways we had a new card issued and a week goes by and my wife notices strange charges on her account??? She calls to investigate and we find out the old card that was allegedly shredded for security reasons is being used to make fraudulent charges.... Wow what a pack of dishonest criminals. Well our credit card company is investigating now. So I hope the fraudster gets punished. read more

Disappointing experience this morning. Walked through looking to Christmas shop. Not one person working greeting me. I needed help with some sizes and no one would help. There was only one other person shopping. It's 10:15am on a Monday morning. The front desk girl (blonde tight pulled back bun, white) looked me up and down- didn't say hello and walked away as I attempted to ask for sizing help. This store is always extremely clean and they greet you the moment you walk in. They have super friendly staff that obviously want to sell items but also want to help you find the product that is right for you. The material of their clothes is soo soft and strong that it's worth the pretty price tag! My favorite, and first, pair of lulus I got 8 years ago and i still wear them almost every day. read more

What can I say... I love lululemon! Probably over half of my closet is lulu. This store is well staffed and all the educators are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't love about this location is that they don't have the largest stock. Maybe because it's a smaller space, but they seem to have less inventory compared to other locations in the area. read more

Is lululemon. Everyone of their stores are pretty similar which isn't necessarily bad. Their sport pants are pretty good quality but just a bit expensive. But their customer service is good though. Overall if you want pants that last and are comfortable, you can consider shopping here. read more

I went here to try to get my ripped shorts and long selves repaired or replaced , and the customer service there was very poor and rude . I am an athlete, I play baseball , which mean means I condition and lift and all the norms as an athlete does . And within 6 months to a year minor tears started to appear due to working out and sometimes even wearing them as a casual outfit. So I go to the lulu store to see if I can get it repaired or replaced just as they promise when you first buy a pair , and they basically told me they can't repair nor replace it because it was "my fault" on how I take care of my clothing . Even though they said it was made for Olympian's to wear so it shouldn't rip but it did . So they said they could not help me because it was my fault and putting words in my mouth such as "I shouldn't be sliding in them for baseball" even though I never told her I slide in my shorts for baseball . But when I went to another lulu store they were able to replace it with no problem . Overall this experience was very upsetting and unfortunate, I would recommended not to come here if you are looking for help . read more

Lulu is awesome @ return policy. I returned a "ta ta tamer bra" I received as a gift. It's apparently made for 32c & 32d cup size girls. But man, it's a mega bra. Way to va va voom. Came in on: 4/11 early morning & cute, ginger beard guy helped me & explained exchange policy & such. I came in here some time last week or so wanting to find out information on all the types of leggings there are. I had ordered one online but felt different then the one I had tried on at the Glendale galleria. Given that these leggings are 100$ I wanted to know why: is it the texture, Are they going to make you sweat more burn fat or is it just the brand? So I went in wanting them to explain to me what's the difference in the leggings and the lady there asked "what do you mean?" I mean what else could I mean by I want to see what's the difference in leggings? And then explain to her I just wanted to see the different textures of them and what each of them had at the other hadn't. And again she asked what I mean then I finally just said "you know like the texture of them" and she said well you should just feel them all then. And I was kind of like OK great you're such a big help and just kind of walked away and help my own self I left the store with my question and answer it and just kind of picked a pair of leggings that I thought might work for me no thanks to the worker. Also, let me mention that I was looking super crappy (hair in a bun, baggy pants, big sweater) and am Hispanic. This is not the first time I've been treated this was in a expensive store while looking like crap. I kinda just ignored that and just began to "feel all of them" and there's a Caucasian lady behind me who clearly looked better than I did and the worker didn't speak to her the way she did. Anyway that is why this place Deserves one star. I hated the way I felt when I left. The one in Glendale didn't treat me this way and I went in the store not knowing a damn thing about these leggings. My outings have been severely limited for the past 1+ years because of Covid, but I went to Lulu recently to see if they could repair 2 of my Align pant seam. Every educator that assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (Cayla I remember her name, but I was helped by 2-3 others.) I left with a pair of Wunder Trains because I've been wearing my Aligns on power walks when they're only really meant for yoga. The Wunder Trains are better for some thigh rubbing activities and won't pill as easily as the Aligns. I normally size down in Aligns but learned my true size is perfect for WTs! I left knowing more about their products and super happy with my rare mall outting. My seam repairs were done well and with haste. THIS is why Lululemon pants are worth the initial investment! read more

Love this store. My close friend and I go here together on the regular, so we usually see one of the girls we know every time we go. They're always helpful and polite. We check out the sales rack first, where I'm usually able to find something I like, then I get the sweat collective discount on top of that. I have been to MANY Lulu stores and this store is truly the BEST! All of the staff were super sweet and friendly. They treated me very well and I felt very important!!! I hope all of the Lulu store employees are like them. Since I practice Hot yoga and Soulcycle, my gears are pretty important. I have been in love with Lulu for a long long time.
