I'm deeply saddened to learn of Francesca's recent closings. This store supplied almost half my wardrobe and almost all of knick-knacky's that currently clutter my house. It's a clutter I love. The prices were always great for the quality of product you were getting and I don't know of another retailer like them. This store is so cute and has such fun items to browse. I really appreciate how sweet and helpful the sales girls are too. I had my 2 busy little kids with me and the associate offered them coloring books and a place to sit. I'm very much addicted to the Francesca's Collections stores. I have been to several and even shop online. This store is in Del Amo Mall and it is in the outside. It is not located inside the mall but it's on the first floor in the outside courtyard. As always, the Francesca's store doesn't disappoint because you can always find cute items. This store was a little smaller compared to the other stores I have been to. Nonetheless, it did carry most of the common items you can find in all the stores. The staff was very friendly, and they greet you when you step inside the store. This store was very clean and well organized. They have the clearance items in the back towards the right side beside the cash register counter. You can find always find cute little knick knacks to decorate your home or to give away to family and friends. If you sign up for the rewards, then you can gather points to redeem for prizes and get selected for free items. The unique thing about these stores is that each one always has different items. Overall, this is a cute boutique where you can find items to decorate your home or the wardrobe. read more

Today, June 12, 202 @1- 1:30pm I was buying a nice gift for a friend. Note this is one of my favorite store, but who ever works there today. She is rude! I was having a conversation with her and she gave me an attitude. When I was paying I gave her cash and she literally and quickly drop the cash in the counter as if I was sick. So I put hand sanitizer and she said it's too early for that! I still need to give you your change and then I have to wipe that again because you will to use it again. I was like... in shocked and as soon as I got my change she said now you going to use the sanitizer and there's the germs. She is so so rude! I do get it but come on, you ignore while I was asking you a question and when I do get a response you completely answer me with the rudest attitude. Girl, if you don't like what you are doing, find something else. Don't be rude to people, I know there is covid but don't act like we have one already. This is sad! read more

This is one of my favorite clothing chains to go to when they have good sales going on. Nicole greeted and assisted me in getting a dressing room. I really only come into this store to check out their discounted stuff since they are a bit pricey for me at normal price. Out of 4 items I picked, I ended up getting two, which were a dress and romper. Nicole ended up ringing me up and it turned out the romper was discounted even more due to their rare sale offer of buy one get one 40% off, which included sale items. I definitely will come back to check out more of their sale items as the seasons in fashion change. read more

I visited Francesca's to look for a dress for my sister's graduation and stumbled across the kindest staff I've ever met. Selena and Rita (I hope I spelled their names right) helped me find sizes and gave dress recommendations. It genuinely felt like I had a personal designer or something. I ended up falling in love with a dress, but they didn't have my size. Thankfully, Rita called a nearby location to put my size on hold. I ended up getting my new favorite dress because of them! I'm a little irritated at this place. I ordered jumpsuits online from their website on 10/14 and I requested it to be delivered to the store- It didn't arrive till 10/22. I tried on the jumpsuits I had ordered and I didn't like how any of them fit (all of them were EXTREMELY LONG on me & I just didn't like how it looked) so I asked for a refund. The lady that helped me had THAT face as if she was annoyed at me for wanting to return the jumpsuits. As she handed me my receipt I thanked her for helping me and she responded "uh huh." I had purchased a dress from your store in Manhattan Village. The sales people at this store were very helpful! I found a dress elsewhere that I liked on me better and had to do the return to Torrance, Francesca. It's closer to where I live. I am not only very offended but upset that the salesperson Cindy was rude!!! My purchase was done with my Apple Pay. She kept insisting that I need to use my debit card. My Apple Pay is linked to my debit card! I hope that she will receive customer service training and not offend anyone else! read more

I was shopping with my granddaughter for school clothes. She has a teenager junior year. She is quite tall! When we walked in we were greeted by the manager Laura. She helped us for 2 1/2 hours put together several different outfits! She and Cassandra were absolutely amazing and taking their time and pulling different styles of clothes all throughout the store that they thought would look cute on her. I was so grateful for the help and it made the experience so much fun for my granddaughter!! The manager knew the product well in her store and was able to pull several outfits together that are absolutely adorable!! I can't say enough about The manager Laura at the Del Amo fashion Square, Francesca's! I highly recommend the store for great customer service and product!! read more

Seeing the mixed reviews about customer service I am a bit confused. I went in this morning to find "trinket" gifts for a friends birthday. They have a great selection of special little things like cute trendy wine glasses (and accessories), jewelry dishes, unique jewelry, hair accessories... the list goes on. Currently they have more summer themed trinkets: fruits (pineapple/watermelon) and beachy type things, even things for Father's Day. They also have a great selection of engagement gifts and trinkets. That I believe are available all year round. I did not get around to checking out the clothing, but look forward to spending more time browsing on another day. Now, the customer service was fabulous! There were two associates working at the time and were very helpful to me. They took the time to ask my name and what I was shopping for and made a few suggestions based on what I was in for. They were helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the store. I left very happy with my purchase, and will be back in the future to shop again read more

I have to knock off ONE star. I've been meaning to write this review but thought "maybe I'll ignore it. She probably had a bad day" but, It has happened to my friends and my sister when they went in to visit. I've probably met all the employees at this location since I check it out every now and then when I do my weekly shopping at anthro. As I stumbled across a conversation between the manager and an employee, I notice the manager was very rude to the employee. The employee was just taking it all in when it was very obvious she was trying to remain composed. The manager was telling the employee to help customers by doing this this this and this. Mind you, there was only me and the two employees the entire time. The manager was just on the computer and phone the entire time I was there. She did not greet me, make eye contact with me or even ask if I was doing okay. I understand amazing customer service and amazing managing skills. Although, I have come across multiple times that he customer service was AMAZING and it would be during the afternoon or during the night when the girls seemed to be more relaxed and more comfortable with the customers without the manager breathing down their necks. My sister mentioned that the manager of this location made her feel really stupid when it came to asking for help. My sister mentioned that the manager just packed a whole bunch of clothes into her fitting room and didn't really take time to tell her how to wear certain things and put things togehter. Rather, the manager assumed throwing in a bunch of clothes would replace that with great service? She felt the manager changed up her tone to "happy go lucky" when she was talking to her but then changed to "do as i say" when she was speaking to the employees. My sister is taken back by that and just left the store because of the horrible service... Will I be back? Yes. Will I wish for change? Yes. Manager, please do some work. I am a very picky shopper. I am very easily bored, and there are many times when I've swept through an entire store without really stopping because nothing really caught my attention. Francesca's, on the other hand, kept me intrigued for what must have been almost 2 hours! I could NOT get enough of all the bright and funky jewelry, the oodles of colorful prints, the cute dresses and blouses!!!! I joked with the very helpful and friendly employees that I felt like I tried on their entire store. I had to restrain myself... there were a few things I saw that I'll have to save for next time. Great selection and reasonably priced (around $30-40 for a nice dress). Not as cheap as Forever 21, but definitely better quality, and the clothes look expensive. Love love love. read more

I like shopping at this store, but it is a little too pricey for me *college student* They have a very fashionable cute & selection of clothes, bags, jewelry and accesories! Their jewlery is a little cheap looking and its marked up pretty high. $40 for a chunky necklace :( awww. Be sure to check out their sale items!! Incredibly rude staff that stands around and completely ignores customers. Not one of the 3 employees greeted us or the other customer in there. 1 guy and a girl just stood in the way without moving and talked about their relationships and about how the girl was just dumped by her boyfriend that day. I worked in retail boutiques when I was 15-18 years old and never carried on personal conversations in the presence of customers. Not only did they bluntly ignore customers, but they almost acted annoyed as if we were invading their space. And no, I didn't show up 5 min before closing....it was 5:30pm on a Saturday. I love Frnacesca's in general but had a particularly great experience at this one. First off, this one seems to b e a little bigger and newer then some of the other locations, they had a large selection of clothes and jewelry. They have super cute girly and fashionable stuff. I went into this location on Saturday looking for some birthday presents for my boyfriends little cousins. They are in high school and I wanted to pick out a cute piece of jewelry for them but was lost as to where to start. I asked one of the sales reps for help and she was GREAT! She told me what was in style with that age group right now and showed me a few suggestions, I ended up picking out of those selections and the girls loved the necklaces. It is nice to see people who provide good customer service and really appreciated the experience in this location. read more

The worst customer service and quality clothing. I purchased my first knit sweater, I wore it once, washed it, and it started to fall apart. I took it into the Torrance location and spoke to the Torrance manager who is completely incompetent. Since I did not have my receipt I brought my bank statement showing the date and the amount and she acknowledged that the sweater was from her store and that it was falling apart. However, since I did not have my receipt she would not give me store credit, and exchange for the item, or a refund. I have never had such poor customer service and I never do you reviews on yelp. For anyone purchasing from the store make sure you keep all your receipts! This was not about money just can't believe how terrible the customer service is. from someone that works in the service industry this is not acceptable customer service I would never treat any of my clients this way and I have never had this type of issue in any clothing store, restaurant etc.... read more

I shop this location ALL the time and every time I'm here it happens to be when the district manager is here. Let me start by saying this team is awesome! Best customer service and the sweetest girls. The district manager however....an extremely power hungry condescending woman. The way she talks to her employees is embarrassing. One of the girls walked up and greeted me and asked about my recent trip that I was so flattered she remembered, she let me know they were having a sale and then let me shop, keep in mind I don't like being bombarded while I shop. I hear the district manager who's about a foot away start asking her "why didn't you ask what occasion she's shopping for? Go try it again and remember to follow the promise" just horrible. Coaching is one thing but just making someone feel dumb is another and every time I'm here this woman is doing the same thing. read more

I've been familiar with Francesca's for over 6 years now...Used to buy my jeans and accessories from the store located at Victoria Gardens. Now that this one is near me I paid a visit to see if it's on par with the storefront it replaced (Irene's Story). Just to let everyone know, it's nowhere near as awesome, unique, and cute as Irene's.The main reason is bc I can't help but feel like all the accessories are cheap in quality but prices are marked up. A lot of the jewelry and knick knacks are cheap looking and cheesy.. The clothes are cute, I'll give them that, but I've found the exact same stuff at other stores for much cheaper. For example, I came here and bought this really cute navajo shawl for my friend for $40. Later I was doing some browsing at Forever 21's website and I find the EXACT SAME one for $25!!!!! I felt gyped!!! I had already given her the shawl so I didn't want to take it back to get the cheaper one, but now I know to shop at cheaper places before ever stepping foot into this place. This is the problem with cutesy boutique-ish stores: just give me a no frills store with less decor and save me some $ at the register...argh. read more

this is review for the online and corporate people....I do shop at this location a lot and have always found it very good. However I did not see a place to write for my issue. Today I got an email about their 50% off sale merch and one of the advertised prices on my email wasnt the same on the website....I called and the lady on customer service said that the email was a typo and basically too bad!!! Ive never come across such a "who cares" attitude! The lady said she questioned the same thing and they told her it was a typo! I think they should of honored that price since the email gets you to go to the website and purchase even more stuff! What a scam! And i've noticed they have done that before only it was on stuff I didnt want so I just ignored it! Maybe they need to fire the marketer that types out the emails! Even Forever 21 honors a price they might of accidentally marked!!! They just lost a good customer! read more

Terrible customer service. Was not greeted once while in the store. I was ready to purchase jewlery and was in a hurry, but the so-called "manager" was on her phone preoccupied the whole time. I waited about 5 minutes to be noticed at the register and she remained on the phone while she rang up my purchase. She took a very long time wrapping the jewlery even though she could see I was in a rush (I couldn't let her know I was in a hurry, as she was still on the phone). She told me the total, but I didn't agree with the price at first so I asked how much each piece was. She sighed and told the person on the other line she'd have to call her back, as if dealing with the customer was such a problem. She looked at me and said that everything added up, while she gave a snarkful look and chuckle. I paid and left in a worst mood than when I entered the store. I later called the store to complain, and found that she was the manager of the store and was talking to her district manager. I was listening to the conversation and it didn't sound like a professional call at all. I never complain or write reviews, but this one was needed as I'm sure this wasn't the first time the "manager" has been rude and uninviting before. Terrible customer service for someone who runs such a nice boutique. read more
