The employees we've met (once for ice cream and once for The 59er), have been nice but also STRESSED. They don't have enough help. They're running around trying to manage all the different aspects of the space. There will often be a lengthy wait on ice cream because they're serving food in the back, helping in the game shop. I bet they'd have less shoplifting and more visitors if they had more staff to give a better experience.
