The owners are very involved and take great pride in delivering excellence on all levels. They are organized with their COMMUNICATION, scheduling and payments. I have never been with a personal trainer operation so organized! You will always know where you stand with payments & schedules. And as for their trainers, I have never had a trainer so dedicated to my success when it comes to getting fit and healthy. Lance is THE BEST TRAINER I have ever had, and I've had a few... I've been using personal trainers for 20yrs. Ive always been with the "one-man-show" type of operations. have been scammed and taken advantage of many times. Many of them are unprofessional; they cancel, can't stop looking at themselves in the mirror, mess around on their phone, train poorly, and might even take the opportunity to get a workout when training you. When it comes to build a beast, trainers like Lance are incredibly respectful when in your home and have manners that are refreshing and reflect the company's high standards they hold for their employees. Everyday I work out with Lance I learn how to properly exercise without getting hurt! I not only get fit, I GET EDUCATED on the best ways to target the areas in need and WHY the form is important! Trey seemed very experienced and knowledgeable as he was hitting all his counts ... to a LIVE DJ!!! As someone who has instructed spin, this can be very difficult when you don't know what the DJ will play, so the fact that Trey took everything in stride and kept us having fun and sweating was amazing! Not to mention he was very helpful for bike setup for those who needed the help. Speaking of help, I accidentally put my stuff into a locker in the women's restroom without realizing how to lock it/open it and so I went to the front to ask for help. Tiana gladly said she would help me, but I differed until after class-- where I met Taylor who was off duty and in Trey's class, but graciously helped me get into the locker. I really appreciate her helping me because she could have easily just instructed me to go to someone currently working, so that really stood out for great service. The overall vibes of this gym were very aesthetically pleasing.. it's a very Instagram-able gym but the people I encountered here made it a great experience. Thank you again to Trey, Taylor and Tiana for making my first time at JR so great!! Next time I come back, I want to take Taylor's class in addition to Trey's as I've heard Taylor's is a great workout as well! Cheers!

I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. I called and asked "is free really free? Like $0" and told i need to speak to a coach. First red flag. Why not answer a simple question? I sign up for a coach to call. The coach texts and refuses to answer question until we meet. We play phone tag and I get another coach. Phone consultation and at end of call they want me to Come in. I say "I've seen ur negative reviews online. I need to know if free or not." She had ignored the question several before and that's when she tells me it "CAN BE" free. Whoa! Then why the false advertising I ask? O- I heard we had a wrong flyer out there with an error. "I have nothing to do wuth advertising. I just answer the phone." She proceeds to lecture me on the fact that I must not be ready for transformation if I don't want to pay. Just horrible!! The other coach that we had been playing phone tag with me also texts me some elaborate story on why they lie on their advertising. Sickening! No need to be deceitful if you have a good product/ service! I literally was looking to pay a trainer and if they do 1/2 of what they claim it's worth it. Take ur business elsewhere. Signing up for classes was a breeze, and the waiver process was so simple it felt like I didn't even do anything. You might think that part isn't a big deal, but if you know, you know -- a messy sign-up can ruin the whole vibe. Here, it was smooth and stress-free. The studio is spotless, and the bathrooms? Immaculate. One of the coolest parts was the owner, Jackie. She hung around after class and actually took the time to talk with us, sharing the backstory of how the gym started, what the mission is, and how they built the community. You don't get that personal touch everywhere, and it made the whole experience feel that much more welcoming. Now for the workout. This one was no joke. They hit us with nine minutes of abs at the end, and I'm not gonna lie... the second they announced it, I considered walking out the door. I'm a service technician so sometimes I finish my service calls late and still wanna get a workout in so it's super nice that Planet Fitness has locations all over. This location is new and just like all the rest of them super clean nice restrooms plenty of TVs that all work Hydro massage massage chairs at plenty. It's a very big Planet Fitness. Super cool bonus I've only seen it. A couple of planet fitness is is the free weights for bench and squat. They have racks in a separate area, which is awesome. The staff was super friendly happy that everyone is there thank them for coming in. Everyone was in uniform so you knew who worked there if you needed help with anything. Highly recommend to stop in.

The showers have mildew and I've literally taken pictures of roaches in the locker room. They employ under age staff who blame you for being stolen from. It's clear they have no sense of customer service nor cleanliness. I will be adding pictures of roaches and mildew. They also like to report your reviews instead of handling the issue. But, I don't expect people who disregard company policy to have any integrity or shame.
