Dr. Patel and Anaya really took care of my Root Canal and infection. I was feeling so bad prior to my visit. Dr. Patel went straight into remedy mode and really found the solution. Going to the dentist has always been terrifying for me. The idea of suffering through a panic attack whilst in "the chair" is one I have entertained often. Upon entering, you'll find the offices clean, welcoming, and attention having been paid to all the small details you'd expect in a well managed office. I called early in the morning and was booked into their busy schedule that very day. One of the highly qualified dental tech's took x-rays and immediately located my issue. Dr. Ohm Patel read the x-rays and explained the resolution. Operations Manager, Ashton, worked her magic making it possible for me to have the situation taken care of. In a short few minutes I was in the chair and the procedure was underway. Let's face it, nobody cares for going to the dentist, but Dr. Patel and his staff made the experience as painless as possible and completely took care of my emergency. Just moved here from another state and thought maybe I will give this office a try because they have good reviews. I must say, the services I received went well, but as far as trying to get a credit on my account for services that I paid for returned to me, this is where the issue arise. Make sure to be careful when visiting here and get documents of all of your cost. If you have a credit on your account, make sure to ask for a refund right then and there. I had a credit on my account for needing a root canal and a crown on 2 teeth. I ended up getting 2 crowns on my 2 teeth and had to finance my visit because of the cost. I was advised that I would receive a credit because I only had the crown on my tooth, and it was about $345 refunded because of not having a root canal at this office. . We all know you have to pay for services before they are rendered and a crown does not cost teh same as a root canal. Needless to say This credit some how disappeared and I'm being ignored and still waiting on call back. I know the credit was there because when I visited the office last year on 12/13th, on a day me and my son sheduled, ( I was offered a tooth brush to buy or pay for his visit since I had a credit. I ended up having the root canal done at a another dentist practice. So basically I paid twice, and they are not responding regarding my credit. The Finance manager or her names starts with a G says to me well wouldn't have been able to refund anyway until your insurance company pays for a visit I just had in February mind you my credit is back from November .This is what she tells me after repeated calls to the office to try and resolve this. Until today I'm still awaiting a call from the operation manager to explain where my credit went. If you know that I paid for a Root Canal but I only received a crown, then there is a credit. The cost is not the same. Be mindful when visiting this location, keep records of everything and ask for a breakdown of all your cost. , because had I known, my credit was going to disappear, I would have requested it right then and there. Went in for my initial appointment earlier this month and then a deep cleaning today, both times staff were very kind and welcoming! Any questions I had were answered in full. Before my deep cleaning today I had forgot to bring chapstick to put on before the procedure but amazingly enough they had a mini chapsticks for just this issue! If it wasn't for that my lips would have definitely cracked and bled. During my deep cleaning I was given options for topical numbing or a shot and I chose topical but was told at any point if I needed to could use the shot for additional numbing. About halfway through she checked to see if I was alright and continued on after confirming so. The whole process from me walking in, to me walking out was only about an hour. If I had to describe this business in 5 words they would be; quick, courteous, informative, gentle, and professional! I looked into about a dozen dentistries in the area before stumbling across Falls Pointe Dentistry and I'm very glad that I decided on them! read more

My 12-year old son broke off half his tooth. I needed emergency service that day, but I expected that this would be a multi-visit process to get this resolved. I was able to get an appointment SAME DAY with Dr. Rensch. He gave him a painless root canal and was able to bond on the half of the tooth that had broken off and we were done! Wow! What a great experience! The staff could not have been nicer and Dr. Rensch became a hero in my eyes. I highly recommend Falls Pointe Dentistry. read more

Dr. Patel took care of my problem and was able to do it quickly and pain free! In my 65 years on this earth this is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever been to and I would highly recommend them for anybody!! From the minute that I walked into their building I knew it was going to go well. I informed them that I have a severe bad gag reflex and that I was contemplating going to a pediatrician dentist! But they assured me that they would get me through these procedures and they did with flying colors! Everyone there is the quintessential professional and above all else they are just nice people. I made an appointment face to face with Andrew. I showed up for my appointment and he told me it's cancelled because I didn't answer my phone when they called to confirm. Now normally when you make an appointment, that's a verbal agreement that the patient will show up on the date and time agreed upon. Being that they have adult patients, they should be aware that most adults work and can't take personal calls at work. I have an extremely busy schedule, waited over a month for just a routine cleaning as a regular patient, and couldn't even make another appointment for at least another month. Andrew was extremely rude, refused to give me my appointment back, showed no flexibility, wasn't understanding in the slightest, lacks compassion, lacks people skills, and acts very fake. He also twisted his story to the staff, which tells me he lacks integrity and good character. Future employers, take note if you are ever considering hiring him. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone. Ashton was great, but when Andrew took over, their practice fell apart. read more

If I could give less stars, I would! This practice was so deceptive. The doctor was pulling one tooth that he was not qualified to pull. He should have referred me to a oral surgeon. The pain was almost unbearable. This is coupled with the fact I had a previous heart attack. They almost killed me there. While pulling the tooth, the dentist broke my K-9 tooth and nobody told me. They even cleaned my teeth and wanted to schedule me for another cleaning yet, no one said hey, you have a broken tooth that is loose. Well, how about maybe, Sir we want to do the right thing and fix something we accidentally caused. The practice did not make right that damage, they found an opportunity to charge me an ungodly amount of money that I had to pay upfront. The surgeon I was referred to who performed the extraction did well in my opinion but, of course it was not Falls Pointe Dental. They even reimbursed me the overpayment I made. Well, I thought that was the end ... No! Falls Pointe Dental tried to take advantage of my supposed "ignorance" of their practice. I feel they tried to take advantage of me financially. They billed a price but was contracted to receive another price which was lower. Falls Pointe Dental then submitted a false claim with different codes to my insurance company. Ultimately after several false claims the insurance company (new, different adjusters who did not look into the history file, paid the false claims). Falls Pointe Dental continues to bill services for that same date with different codes. (The SAGA continues) read more

My tooth broke on sunday evening and I emailed Falls Pointe Dentistry . My called was return and an appointment was made they gave me a new patient consult and exam and then showed me what needed to be done. I was so glad. The doctor was amazing fix my old decayed and broken tooth saved the rest of my front teeth. I had been to a lot of dentist but he is the best I am not suffering and very proud of how I look now.
