I am never one to write a review but this is by far the worst salon I've been to. About two weeks ago I went to this salon asking for a brown colored French tip. As the nail tech was prepping my nails, he commented that the brown color I chose was not the right quality for the brown French tip that I wanted. He recommended I choose another color. I then asked to see the other colors to see if I could select a darker color, and as I was selecting, the male owner of the salon handed me more colors and asked that I move to another chair because I was "Wasting their time" and stated " we have other customers, again you are wasting our time". Four points: 1. I was selecting another color at the kind suggestion of your nail tech- not because I was trying to be difficult. 2. No one else was in line to get their nails done, so no one was waiting. 3. I was only looking at the colors for about a total of four minutes. 4. If I am also not a customer, than what am I? all together this just goes to show me that this man sees his customers as dollar bills rather than trying to provide quality services and customer satisfaction. I'm writing this as a courtesy to anyone, considering going to the salon, please save your money and time and go somewhere where they care more about your experience and the quality of service they deliver. read more

If you ever got dip powder you know it last about three weeks. I got my nails done on memorial day I got a dip powder. Two days later I realize that the dip powder is literally peeling off. Dip powder is usually really hard to take off I tried it once and they literally left my nails very thin and they were hurting for a couple days. That's beside the point before I went in to get my nails fixed I called and I asked nicely if someone can look at my nails and see what was going on because I thought maybe the powder just expired. I go inside the man was kind at first he was helpful and then Lisa started speaking in her language and can tell that she was very angry because I chose a different color. She was practically yelling at me in front of other customers and I got really embarrassed. It was my first time there and this is the experience I had. Really poor quality nails and then to top it off you have LISA practically yelling at you and getting in my face as if she didn't believe me that I got my nails done two days ago and that I got them done by them. This woman really thought that I bit off my nails and came back as if I wanted to wait an hour and a half to get my nails done twice in one week. She wanted to charge me $10 for a different color so I asked for a refund and she said that's not part of the policy. Excuse me POOR Nail service is not a part of the policy. I don't like this lady at all she is very rude and judge mental. The worker even told me that the dip powder could be old she said don't use those colors next time use the new ones. Lisa is a very mean lady. And my nails still look bad they did a half ass fix. They didn't even drill down the whole entire powder They just put powder on top of it. The powder is supposed to be soaked off they did a quick fix as if they had a line outside or something there was literally nobody waiting. I will never come back. I still want a refund back these nails are hideous like Lisa. read more

Made an appointment today for a gel full set and gel pedicure at 9:30AM, horrible full set. I left once that was done, didn't even get my pedicure because of how upset I was. My nails came out as if she had never done a set before, I doubled checked with the nail technician if she was going to be able to deliver what I wanted (picture for reference) and she assured me that it was a "simple, easy set". Yeah right, not only were my nails short, uneven, thick as hell with a sloppy paint job, but she cut me, and drilled on my actual skin that it made 2 of my fingers raw and sensitive to touch. I left out of there as soon as I can, I told her my concerns and she didn't seem to care and would just sign and continue doing as she pleased. The acrylic was already dried and the damaged was done. Wish I would've taken pictures of them, but they are currently soaking in acetone. It hasn't even been 5 hours and I'm already taking them off, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I'm a new mom, so I can't just get up and leave to get my nails done as I please, I really just needed some pampering and this establishment was far that. Pretty positive her name was Lisa, or something like that. Definitely started with an "L". Never again. read more

They attended to me less than 2 mins from arriving which is always a great start. I did not get the lady's name who gave me a pedicure however as she was cutting the cuticle around my big toe she completely cut me to the point that I yelled out "ouch!" Did not bother to say sorry or anything until my toe began dripping blood. There was so much blood to the point that she couldn't even paint my nail. Another lady then came and said sorry and put some type of ointment that turned to clay to prevent the bleeding. She then proceeded to paint over the dried up blood. First of all, how unsanitary is it to paint my nail that still has blood and then will later use that same nail color brush on many others. They didn't even bother to provide a discount. I left very disappointed and felt as though the well needed relaxation turned into a nightmare. I went to the mall about 45 mins later, more than enough time to dry, the lady had painted over the same nail so many times that the nail polish literally slid off like a piece of paper!! I went to another nail salon in the mall and I had been told that I can get an infection and I was cut deep. I was instructed to put Neosporin on when I got home. Not only did the salon at the mall repaint my toe but after it dried up I still had blood dripping all over my toes! He had to restart and was nice of enough to tell me my service was free when the original salon who actually cut me didn't offer me a damn thing! Will never return to this location. I didn't set up any appointment and just walked right in for a pedicure during Happy Hour. They set me right up real quick and everything was wonderful. I recommend getting your pedicure done by Peter. In my opinion, he gives the best pedicure there. So I strongly suggest requesting Peter. Their Happy Hour is from Monday-Wednesday, 9:30am-1pm. I had a nail appointment at 11 he had me waiting for over and hour after that he asked me to seat for my pedicure water was cold I asked if they cold add warm water they gave me attitude, then they left me seating for over 20 minutes nobody came to help me , then I noticed that the person that I scheduled my nail appointment with was busy so I was being nice and waiting but when he finished that customer they gave him another person so I asked why? My manicure and pedicure work was done nicely. The massage I received for my manicure was very nice and relaxing. My pedicure was a little painful and I didn't receive the massage you would normally get with an almost $50 pedicure. I decided to try this place since it's new and not too far from my house. I'm constantly trying new nail salons to find one that I love but lately it's been hard finding decent prices and good work! I went in around 12:30/45 on Thursday afternoon, & was immediately greeted by a very sweet lady I believe her name tag said "Lisa" but I could be wrong. She asked me what we could get started and I told her just an acrylic gel fill. She passed me off to a man name Peter, who was also very nice and inviting. Not too talkative, just enough! Lol He did an AMAZING job, never felt rushed, but he did it in such an amazing pace! So I didn't feel like I was at the nail salon all day! He kept making sure everything was perfectly to my liking as he went along the process(he really wants to make sure you love them) They were also running a 10% off promotion, so my nails were only $32! I got there early, since I figured they would be busy in the afternoon. It was nice, because I was the only one in there, and so they took their time on me. From the moment I went in, I was greeted, asked what I would like. Nina was great, she did my pedicure. She took her time, and we talked about the location. If i could give a lower rating, i absolutely would. I've been here before, and it's has been mediocre at best. It's my "emergency" salon when nothing else is available. Today, my usual salon was closed and my 3 week dip powder was lifting and i am not free until the upcoming weekend, hence the "emergency." Just to be noted, even at an emergency, i wouldn't come back here. Anyways, i ask for a regular pedi and a gel manicure. Toes are fine. Mani was done by a male, didn't get his name. They put my nails in acetone to remove the dip that i had on. I remove it myself to avoid them filing down my nail beds because I've been taking care of them and they were finally healthy. He proceeds to use an electric file on my nail. I asked for cuticle clean up and he placed some gel over my cuticles and they instantly started burning my skin. He was removing SKIN from around my nail bed... everything but the cuticle. I asked him to stop because the gel was really burning my skin and he starts removing it with a cotton and i notice that my nails are now yellow. I go and wash them with water and soap and they are still yellow and burning. He sprays alcohol and they're burning even more. They bring back the woman who did my toes and she proceeds to file more of my nail bed trying to remove the yellow stains. I ask her to stop and proceed with just polishing them. As she's doing my nails, she drops primer on my feet. Now i have rashes on my feet. The man then comments, "oh no, everything is bad today." I'm not sure if it was just today, but I'm not taking any more chances with this place. read more

It's true. They don't give accurate times or update you at all. Was told 10 minutes and walked out 30 minutes later. Is too bad because it looks clean and is close to home but consideration and accuracy go a long way for those who value their time. Their prices are too high also. They don't include callous removal on a 30 dollar pedicure unless you pay 5 dollars more? Bizarre and good luck with that. I don't see them lasting a year unless some major changes are in the works. read more

This is a brand new nail salon and it was a nice experience. Customer service was great and everything is clean and new and they have a ton of gel polish colors. I went in for a SNS fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure. It's a grand opening so I received 20% off, but even without that the prices are not bad, I paid a total of $51. Pedicure was fast but came out nice. Nails look good, cuticles are clean color is on point but downside was that the SNS is a little thicker than I'm used to, but that can be fixed the next time. I think I will come back again and give them another try. Tina did my nails and she was also the nicest nail tech I've come across. read more

Although they say the work is fair and the people are nice, their manager does not know how to manage. I saw at least 4 people come in with appointments that he couldn't find. I waited 45 minutes only to have some who called in 30 minutes get taken back before me. When he decided he could take me, I told him no. Because he chose someone else in front of me, he lost a customer. He could of had 2 customers but only ended up with one...again because he made a poor manager decision. Out of the 6 workers that were there no one knew what they were doing!!!! My nails looked like they were done by a 4 year old! Nice staff and place but unfortunately I got a set of crooked acrylics and got my fingers badly cut, asked for almond and got a completely different shape, was not worth the 42$ at all. I've been to other places where I've payed 25-30$ for acrylics and they've turned out amazing.
