Don't waste your time. They won't be there. They will lie to you about when they will be there if you do reach someone.

Late review. ken came out to fix a GE combo waser dryer unit. the dryer timer was broken by me just…read moreturning the knob. it is a five year old unit. a great machine mechanically with garbage platic parts (handles , timer Parts, and electronics total cheapass made parts) ken came out ,assesed the parts needed said it would take 2 -3 days, called and came back and promptly fixed it. Ken is old school like myself so we talked about how moden machines ruined by plastic parts and electronics, modern cars have the same life span 5 years or less. its great for MR goodwrench repair people, sux for us consumers. we both had a great time talking about the good ol days of metal parts and depebdable products.. Ken is a Great guy. When the shit parts break again, and they will, i am calling C&n appliance repair. A bit od history...before we bought this laundry unit we had a kenmore staker that lasted over 15 years without issues untill it all died, washer motor and dryer heating element. not worh fixing. Spend over 1500 for this GE unit which i am very satisfied with its service, just all the elctronics and plastic cause it to be less dependable, and that fricking lid lock ughhh , I wish ken a prosperous year wihhis business, and all you babies quit railing. this is a great busines. just needs a better offive manager. and all you loosers writing check/ hello, the 80's and 90'called, they want that paper and dead trees back back. get with it people. My experience with them was over the top fantastic. These people are caring, helpful and make the store visit a pleasure. I wish i could get everything there! Food, medications and sundries i would love to go see them every day! I just got a new refriderator there and i like it a lot. It wasnt the model i wanted but its a great new fridge. So the store is freindly, betond clean and inviting and they make you feel special when you go in . 5 stars ti the store! Now for the not so great . Rent a Center the company needs a little work. When i looked on line for my fridge i found almost all fridges were out of stock. Including the one I wanted, which i would have been paying twice the amount for. So i ordered the second choice. I went in to do the paperwork and arrange delivery but the one i ordered was not in stock either. I had to settle for the one they had. And im happy with it. But i have a problem with companies who advertise things they dont have and offer nothing by way or explanation or give you a time where something might be available, if ever. In my caese the people that work in the store saved this sale . I would have walked out otherwise. The company needs to to be more diligent about having the stock that they advertise. Bottom line. Go into the store and look around. They have so many quality products and different ways to pay. And that way you can actually see what is available instead of falling in love with something on line and being disappointed when they dont have it in stock. I will own my fridge in under 6 months at the low cash price rather than the rent to own price. The people there want to see you buy the merchandise at an fair, affordable price and will help you in any possible way to make it happen. I cant wait to buy more stuff there. I just dont know if it will be a huge 3D TV, a dining set, a gaming laptop, a home theater system or maybe some new tires for my car. Ill keep you posted!

Not a good thing when you're baking and end up with dry cupcakes and flat cookies. I called up Airport Appliance where I purchased my range but no longer in business and given the Viking Range (1888-845-4641) support. Based on location I was referred to De Anza Appliance in San Jose. Chris was very friendly, responsive and mentioned at the onset the visit would be $200. Ouch! Whaddya gonna do when you need it fixed and only trust and Authorized Viking Repair place. Ofa was sent for the service call and arrived within the timeframe promised. Friendly, thorough and professional. Fortunately, not a big issue and corrected with a visit as wiring was hitting metal and throwing off the temperature. Highly recommend De Anza Appliance as quick to get an appointment and professional service. Oven is working great again. Edgar called me back within an hour of my first call, and then called to confirm the appointment the day of. He was on time, professional and thorough. He resolved a multitude of problems on the spot as he had all the needed tools and parts with him. I have high expectations for customer service, and Edgar met and/or exceeded all of them. I was so impressed I wrote in my calendar 2 years from now to have him come back for a preventive service call. I just wish I had friends with built-in vacs to recommend him to!

It seems every handyman thinks he can do it, but this is clearly a specialty where someone like Edgar can do an installation in a fraction of the time. He has the fittings, knows the tricks, and can get it done quickly without having to overly damage drywall or expose pipe. To be sure, in a retrofit there is going to be some of this; the idea is to achieve minimal exposure, damage & repair. Edgar kept us up-to-date on schedule, decisions, problems, solutions. He came up with some very clever paths through existing walls/cabinets to avoid unnecessary exposure and drywall repair. (Even gave our plumber some good insights on a new line up to the master bath!) He is reasonably priced, and wonderful to work with. We love the system he installed, and actually enjoy vacuuming now. * No exit air from a local vacuum blowing / swirling dust all around the rest of the room. * Having the motor noise and filter out in the garage is very nice. * Smaller rooms stay cool so as not to get overheated/sweaty from local exhaust. * But most important is having MASSIVE suction to clean with; it just picks up everything so effectively it makes you wonder how you survived without it. So yes, within reason, you can retrofit a central vacuum into a existing house. Edgar did it, on time and budget. Looks, runs great. Best value upgrade we made to our house.
