I have been coming back to Luna and i have enjoyed trying several services. My absolute favorite one is by far a combination of sauna and Himalayan cave. They have done a stunning work with the cave and it's one of the most relaxing places I can think of and often come with out of town guests (especially in the winter months when inclement weather may slow down activities). The facilities are starting to show their age and the unyielding damage of water and salt on surfaces, however, the staff is always courteous and the service they provide is affordable thanks to the various promotions routinely offered. Had a great float experience. Me and my partner came for a late night float. I love all the amenities they provide so you don't have to think about anything. From the towels in the pod to the tea station you can indulge in after your experience. I was in the pod further back (closer to the stairs I believe) while my partner was in the other. I could hear doors closing during my experience (but I was able to ignore it at some point). He said he could not hear that in his pod. I will definitely be back for the other experiences especially the salt cave (which is in another building so a small walk from the front desk). read more

This is the second time within the week loud noises disturbed my float session. 20 minutes into the 90 min session and hopes of enjoying a tranquil experience completely destroyed, I opened the door and investigated what was causing the loud noise. What a unique and cool experience! I've already told friends about our great time at Luna Float Spa. We had a couple's package which featured a float, infrared sauna and salt cave. The floating is the most unique experience. You're in this pod that helps keep our noise and light. There you are floating in a solution of epsom salt. It's so quiet. I found myself really having to let go and embrace the calm. We are surrounded by noise all the time. The time in the pod was the first time in years that I didn't have my chronic back pain. I'd go back just for that relief. We had never been in an infrared sauna before. It was great. No musty smells or humidity. Even with the temp set at 130° it wasn't unbearable. The salt cave... That was cool. I definitely didn't know what to expect. It was a small room that was surrounded on all sides by pink Himalayan salt. Even underfoot was crushed salt. There were "zero gravity" loungers to sit on. It was dimly lit and tranquil. There's a machine that dispenses micro salt particles into the air. I fell asleep it was so calming. We met one of the owners, Courtney, he was great. He showed us around and explained all the processes. He was such a kind host. read more

This salt cave is absolutely lovely! We've been to a few different ones. Friendly service, easy to book, nice privacy, stunning cave! Kid friendly! That was very important to me. Me and my son enjoyed an hour in the cave. It was so relaxing and I felt amazing after. FYI bathrooms are outside and upstairs, so go before you take off your shoes and such. A tad tricky to find, a bigger sign near the door would be nice. It's between buildings in a courtyard area. 100% recommend read more

I went in for a massage and the massage was decent. After the massage she had trouble with payment on her end, the total was not right on the machine. I asked her why and SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I WAS BEING OBNOXIOUS. She then proceeded to close the door, almost LOCKING ME IN as if I wasn't going to pay her. Then she called her boss to figure out the payment. That was stressful. After that, I called the front desk to let them know what had happened. Apparently I was on speaker for the whole place to hear.... because I heard her in the background scream "WHAT!?" . SO UNPROFESSIONAL . I had no idea I was on speaker. All the man on the phone had to say was. " oh...okay..... I'm sorry....." . WOW . I have never left a massage feeling so bad. I went home and cried. I will not be back. read more

I was so excited and hopeful, really wanted to enjoy this experience. A gift from my sons, hour massage and hour float. Massage was excellent!!! My gal had a dark blue robe hanging for me to use before the float. It was damp and cold from the dampness. Thought maybe it came out of the dryer too soon, but....it wasn't wet all over, only where the body touches, say....after a float and shower. YUCK!! Had some white "residue " near the sleeves and front. I asked the front desk guy for a new robe as I waited for my float room. He then tells me my 545 booking was going to be about 20 minutes late because the heater for a pod wasn't working in one of the rooms and I had to wait until the other couple vacated one of the float rooms. My wait ended up being 45 min, started my float at 6:30. So much for my 7:30 dinner reservations with friends. (Massage was scheduled 4:40, float 5:45). Texted my friends and let them know to start without me. Upon entering the room, see the photos; trashcan with trash on the floor. Laundry basket corroded at the bottom. Piece of hair on top of the entrance of the float pod. Got inside once I was laying down in the barely warm water, got a little bit of water on the entrance of my nostril and I wanted to wipe it off with the dry cloth. See photo of the ripped up dry cloth placed inside the pod. Two towels were there for use, one after the shower all ripped one after the POD, same condition as the first. Highly disappointed. Very funky smell as you enter the room, like must, mildew and sewage. I only stayed in for 30 minutes due to my dinner reservation. The guy at the front desk asked me "how was everything" I said it was "OK" I've then told him I had to end my float 30 min short. No inquiry, no interest in knowing more about my experience. The new owners Courtney and Arielle are zen and super knowledgable. Courtney is the maharishi ayurvedic practitioner that incorporates the ayurvedic ancient holistic traditions with modern therapy. They provided a detailed tour and an explanation of all the benefits that transpire from each experience. I had the pleasure of experiencing the full moon package. The full moon includes a 60-minute float session, a 60-minute infrared experience, and a 30-minute gravity chair massage. During the full experience, you are served Kangen water that has powerful antioxidants and also gets a chance to enjoy a mineralized bathing experience. Its a mini getaway experience that can last 3 hours or more and will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Float season: The float session was amazing. The tank is filled with 10" of water and 800-1000 lbs of Epsom salt which creates a zero-gravity experience. The tank itself is pretty cool and looks like a space pod. As you enter the tank the water is warm and you effortlessly float. While in the pod all your senses are pretty much inhibited and it's just you and your mind. It's very meditative but also it's quite enlightening. Your mind can be active but eventually, it starts to settle. Sauna session: The sauna is no average sauna. I've been going to Luna Float Spa for about 9 months now. I go for the infrared sauna and I can honestly say, it's been life-changing! First off, the owners, Morgan and Ana-Alycia, could not be any nicer. They are so warm, welcoming and inviting. Secondly, the space and sauna itself are immaculately clean. You get the whole sauna room to yourself for a full 60 minutes which is longer than other infrared saunas I've been to. The sauna itself is very spacious. There is a large private shower in the room with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You're provided with two bath towels and two washcloths. There is an essential oil diffuser and they provide cold water to drink. From my experience, Ive found that being hydrated and drinking water right before helps me sweat even more so be sure to drink at least a glass! The first benefit I noticed after just 3 uses was clearer skin - like friends will be asking you if you got a facial! It feels so good to detoxify your body at the cellular level. And with consistent use, I know it has accelerated fat burning and weight loss which has motivated me to be more active. It has become the ultimate self care time - I bring my journal and have the opportunity to write in complete silence with no distractions. My complaint is that they didn't seem to know about his appointment, and I had scheduled and paid for it a week in advance. He had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes and was hardly acknowledged. My boyfriend and I floated for the first time 3 days ago and omg, had I known about floating years ago, I would've done it much sooner! While driving over to Luna's, he was a bit hesitant to float because he "doesn't even like to take baths" and what was he "going to do for a whole hour?" I told him to go in with an open mind and Morgan, the owner can explain the whole process to us. After a very thorough run thru, we in our separate float rooms laid back in the 1,000 pound Epsom salt water and floated away. I could feel all the stress melt away from my back and my muscle became ultimately relaxed. The one hour seemed more 20 minutes and I could not remember the last time I was so relaxed. After we were both done, we shared our first float experience with Morgan and did not want to leave because we were so giddy with how great we felt (I think my boyfriend was a bit shocked at how much he enjoyed this experience). For those of you who are curious as these are some of the things my boyfriend asked me. Can you drown if you fall asleep while floating? No. Due to the large amount of Epsom salt, the body becomes really buoyant and unless you are faced down and trying to drown yourself, you will be perfectly fine. What if you don't like taking baths? This is different because you won't be cramped up in a typical home-size bathtub and due to your body's buoyancy from the salt, your whole body can fully relax. On top of that, the Epsom salt is really good for the skin and muscles. If you haven't already experience floating, DO IT! We plan on making this a relaxation ritual on a monthly basis. After the 30 min float, I felt so relieved of tension and anxiety. While my boyfriend floated, I experience my first ever Yoni steam. This was a game changer. This is an extremely negative review of the staff at luna. I called to inquire about using luna as stress reduction for my daughter. The woman on the phone stated an appointment was available 2 days in the future and asked for a credit card. At that point I had not spoken with my daughter to know if she was available. The woman on the phone said they might be able to hold it, but without a credit card they couldn't guarantee the spot. That was fine with me because I wasn't sure of our ability to make the appointment. I later left a message with luna saying we were unable to make the appointment, and that at the point, I wasn't sure if we actually had an appointment because I never guaranteed with a card. The very snotty woman (who said her name was Sally) called back and said that since I hadn't cancelled with over 24 hours notice I would be charged $25. I explained they didn't have my credit card and i never guaranteed my appointment and thought it would be given away. Alas, she kept enforcing I needed to pay $25. I said I would not. She said she would notate my file so the whole conversation would be preserved. I hope she did. This place is just about getting your cc info and charging you. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, really rude staff. Forgot this place. Go somewhere else! read more

I went to the Luna Float Spa last weekend and it was a great experience. I really didn't know what to expect when I first went in but everything turned out fine. The lady at the desk was super nice and talked me through everything so I would know what to do once I went into the spa room. I actually fell asleep twice on my side while I was floating and that is a great way to relax and release toxins from the body. I would recommend going here to anybody that is considering it. i had 2 gift certificates to go here was super excited only to be let down hard! started off with my massage ‍ the massage bed was sooo hard no cushion on the bed you moved and the bed would pop I am not a heavy person in any way fairly slender. could not get completely comfortabl... the massage therapist just really moved oil on me, after that was finally over I should have been floured and put in a deep fryer! I was an adult slip and slide! then went to my soak where I was more disappoinTed... washed my hair no jok 6 times just to get all of the oil out! after I was finally showered and ready, i got in... and I got out! there was a layer of oil in the pod along with the sides of the pod that were slimy and nasty with a yellow ring around it like you know when the toilet isn't cleaned and it starts building a pee ring, that's what it seemed like.. got out showered and scrubbed gave up one of the gift certificates the other one I will gladly give it to someone else! I will not be going back! I have floated in many different states and this by far was the nastiest very unclean. I wish I would have taken pics for you all. read more
