The chicken and beef skewers were delicious, the kafta was one of my favorites, and all of the sides and appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The hummus, garlic spread, fattoush, tabbouli, kibbeh, sambousek, and spinach pies were all a hit. Everything was on point -- quality, taste, freshness, portions, and presentation. It made feeding a large group so easy and took a lot of stress out of hosting my birthday party. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! I personally didn't like the lamb tikka but everyone else destroyed that plate. We ordered a pot of black tea (mint flavored) and they brought our large pieces of steaming hot fresh bread. Service was very friendly and fast. They modified any order to your liking. They also thanked us for coming and meant it when they said it -- Mom and Pop shops are The Best! Highly Recommend if you're looking for good quality middle eastern food with large portions.

I had a really nice luch with me and my family at this particular Luna Grill location today, and it was the service from Chris and America that stood out to me. They really went out of their way to make my visit great! Chris, the manager, greeted me happily when I arrived. It's clear he's got an ability for balancing professionalism with a welcoming atmosphere. He keeps things running smoothly but also makes sure every guest feels valued. The positive atmosphere of the restaurant, I think, speaks volumes about his leadership. America's attentive service was a highlight for me. She was genuinely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were well thought out, reflecting her knowledge and passion for the food they serve. I was with a friend at your Rancho San Diego location and was terribly disappointed. The gyros meat was overly salty and almost like shoe leather. ...almost like jerky. The comedy on the visit was when Wendy, the shift leader, couldn't figure out what to do when I asked to upgrade my purchased fountain drink to a bottle of Sipp Soda when the Coke spiggot was dispensing a bad mix. She had no concept of charging me an extra dollar, but insisted on charging me a full $3. I asked for a manager who fixed everything. Although the manager tried to make things right and was very friendly, I can't help but feel I pissed away $27 on the meal. Keep doing what you are not doing at this location and this location is going to be closed on three months. read more

I called the store and the staff quickly helped me--America was especially kind and efficient in handling it. She removed the item and processed the refund with no issues at all. When I picked up my order, there was a small mix-up and I received a gyro instead of chicken, but overall the service was still excellent and the team was responsive and professional. Im actually thinking about applying to this location because its across the street from where i work now & i eat there ALL the time. Im obsessed with their falafel, spicy feta, hummus, pita, both soups, the chicken, literally everything lol!! Hire meeeee pls!! I workes at daphnes for 3.5 yrs! I have experience in this cuisine!! Haha but forreal, the staff is awesome! I had issues with grubhub not picking up my food from them and i was waiting for hrs! Disappointed with Consistently Poor Service It's frustrating that this location repeatedly runs out of popular menu items like beef kabobs well before closing time. To make matters worse, an hour and a half before closing, all the lemonades and teas had already been removed. Shutting down drinks and closing off sections early just to avoid cleanup feels lazy and unprofessional. This isn't a one-time issue--it happens regularly. We always love coming to this Luna Grill. The staff is always friendly and helps us understand the promotions to save my family money. Honestly I was super disappointed in my salad- 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes and 2 pitted Kalamata olives and the smallest amount of feta cheese. For a large salad I felt this was very inadequate and for the fact that it was $17+ dollars. The chicken had good flavor. My understanding is that white and yellow onions are for cooking and red is for raw consumption, this gyro was packed with white raw onion and the outer skin. I called and the girl was nice and offered to remake my salad and expressed that I could have asked for more veggies on my salad, had I asked. If you're getting a salad make sure you check it before you leave. I politely declined the offer for a remade salad.

We were warmly greeted by the front staff and seated almost immediately. Mar was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was super friendly, laid-back, and attentive throughout our entire dining experience. Whether it was taking our drink orders, keeping the breadsticks and salad coming, answering menu questions, or checking in to see if we needed refills, she made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. Now let's talk about the food! The breadsticks were hot, fresh, and even better dipped in a side of Alfredo sauce. Trust me--order the Alfredo sauce on the side. You can thank me later! For appetizers, we ordered the Spinach-Artichoke Dip with pita crackers, and it was absolutely sensational. For our entrees, we both went with the Chicken Alfredo--one topped with crispy chicken and the other with grilled chicken. Both dishes were cooked fresh to order, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. By the time our entrees arrived, we were already stuffed from the endless salad and breadsticks, so a to-go box was definitely necessary! I honestly haven't been to Olive Garden in years, so this felt like a brand-new experience all over again. The excellent food, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere reminded me why this place remains so popular. It's no surprise this location stays packed on the weekends. We had two wonderful women waiting on us. They did a great job, keeping our beverages full and bringing our orders quickly and giving us all separate checks. They kept the salad bowls full and whatever we needed. They have a great lunch special here soup and salad for 12 1/2 dollars and they also have on specials that are under $15 that include unlimited soup or salad and a small lunch entrée. I decided on the shrimp scampi which is Angel hair and little tiny pieces of asparagus and tomatoes and shrimp. I opted for the salad rather than the soup even though there's four delicious soup choices. The reason why I only gave it three stars is because I was severely disappointed with my shrimp scampi because there were four tiny shrimp on it and I could not taste the garlic and the food was actually tasteless. I couldn't even taste the asparagus and it so tough that it was like eating tiny branches that had no taste. I was so disappointed. I should've tried the eggplant Parmesan with the spaghetti next time I'll know better. The salad is basic, but it fills you up. It's nothing special and they offer their creamy ranch or their Italian dressings. The breadsticks are pretty tasteless as well so if you like food that doesn't have a lot of taste but fills you up you could come here and enjoy it and they have a great deal that if you purchase an entrée, you could bring home take-home portions of three different pastas for six dollars each and then you don't have to cook Like I said, this went from five stars to three because of the lack of flavor for any of the food which is pretty standard for Olive Garden And the disappointing shrimp scampi, which I paid $15 for food The employees here are always great and there's plenty of room for large parties and I forgot to say that the bathroom was pretty gross and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working
