Service was good, restaurant is clean and the food was hot, well packaged and taste good. It took about 10 minutes to receive after ordering. I still wish they'd consider a slightly larger cup of side sauce but it's the same from years ago. The kid's meal is not the best when you compare to other restaurants. This one doesn't give a drink. I was told it's $3 more. The meal is already $8. I understand not all kid meals including dessert but throw an apple juice (or small fountain drink) in there. Most of the meal is rice or fries. The plate is roughly $18. It could serve two people if you're doing light portions. We love the hummus!

So Luna Grill is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. But this specific Luna Grill went above and beyond. Marcos and Ivan both helped us. And any issue there was, such as when the Sprite went out on the soda machine, they immediately rectified the situation and gave us a bottled Sprite instead. They were kind, friendly, helpful, and got our food out on time. They made sure we had everything we needed. They even came and checked on us a couple times. I would definitely recommend this place. Great service!!

I LOVE LUNA GRIL RANCHO! The food is so good but it's mainly the environment for me. I literally go to enjoy the environment with my daughter, the staff at this location treats people like family. Whether you're dealing with Marcos, Mimi, America H., or my new fave Bianca you're in for a wonderful experience. They're so kind and helpful and always good above and beyond. I've seen people be shitty to them when things were out of there control and still they handled themselves with kindness and patience.

MARCOS IS THE BEST!!! I always order food from this luna grill to go but today i decided to eat in the restaurant! i ordered my favorite item and accidentally didn't specify what protein i wanted and when i got my order i got chicken. marcos went above and beyond helping me out making sure i had the best experience i could and replaced my crunch wrap twice until i got what i wanted which was falafel! inside the restaurant also nice it's cozy and the air is on so it's super cool! thanks so much to luna grill rancho for being so awesome!

I absolutely loved visiting this Luna Grill (as always)! The cleanliness and top tier service shows the management is excellent!! I have had past good and bad experiences with Luna but this location always makes for the best time. The food is delicious and is always cooked so well. I will be coming back for sure!!!!

Luna Grill (Rancho San Diego) is a 10+. The restaurant was really clean inside (I only eat places that are clean), and the cashier was so nice. Today I ordered the garlic-style shrimp and a no-rice chicken bowl with half kale & cabbage and half romaine & arugula, plus schug + harissa--and everything was SO good. The shrimp was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and not greasy. The bowl was fresh, crunchy, and filling without feeling heavy. This is clean, healthy food that actually tastes amazing. I can't wait to come back and try the salmon and the hummus + pitas next!

Any was around $130 Over all good but I upgraded to a Cesar Salad and the were a few small brown pieces of lettuce and a lot of chard Chard is ok if diced thin and only a little bit. I wanted to check this place out after a long workout and boy did the Modern Greek Salad hit the spot! Considering the area, $15+ salads w/out protein are normal, so I pay (with full awareness) an extra $10.00 to add on (2) Lemon Garlic Chicken Kabob that they were selling for $5.99 each (see pic). The chicken was good, but not worth that price in my opinion. At Luna Grill you're pretty much paying for the convenience of a chain eatery and the chill ambiance. All in all, the food was tasty but I won't go back. I will continue to go to my mom & pop Mediterranean/Greek spots where you get WAYYY more bang for your buck read more

We entered Luna Grill to be greeted by Ms Liberty & Mr Marcos . Both of them were very helpful in taking our order and pointing out the new items on the menu. As we sat down we noticed that this restaurant was amazingly clean . We could tell both of them took pride in their work . As our orders arrived correctly of what we ordered. They asked us a few times .If there was anything else that we needed. We ordered the medi macro bowl . Which was delicious. One with protein chicken and the other with kale . Instead of lettuce. I informed the guy on the phone that I didn't want the turnips in my wrap but asked if I could get tomatoes and he said yes. I was happy he accommodated me with no problem. He said it would take 10 minutes. So, when I drove there, just like he said it was ready to go. I was so hungry instead of taking it to go home, I chose to eat it there. There are plenty of tables inside the restaurant and they have a few tables outside. Indoors they had comfortable air conditioning so it was pleasant. I also love their selection of music they play. Some of the music I noticed was R & B and also mellow jazz. They have a sauce station whereby they do not charge for their sauces as I know some places do . They do not charge here which is fantastic. They have creamy garlic sauce, Tahini sauce, Tzatziki sauce, and Ranch sauce. Plus, they also have hot sauces in bottles available for those that like a spicy kick to their food. I love how they keep this restaurant clean and tidy too which makes me feel good about keeping their place hygienic. Sahara Taste of the Middle East is the perfect restaurant for outstanding food that is authentic, serving healthy/good portion sizes, professional staff, taking pride in cleanliness, and upbeat music. I had a really nice luch with me and my family at this particular Luna Grill location today, and it was the service from Chris and America that stood out to me. They really went out of their way to make my visit great! Chris, the manager, greeted me happily when I arrived. It's clear he's got an ability for balancing professionalism with a welcoming atmosphere. He keeps things running smoothly but also makes sure every guest feels valued. The positive atmosphere of the restaurant, I think, speaks volumes about his leadership. America's attentive service was a highlight for me. She was genuinely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were well thought out, reflecting her knowledge and passion for the food they serve. I was with a friend at your Rancho San Diego location and was terribly disappointed. The gyros meat was overly salty and almost like shoe leather. ...almost like jerky. The comedy on the visit was when Wendy, the shift leader, couldn't figure out what to do when I asked to upgrade my purchased fountain drink to a bottle of Sipp Soda when the Coke spiggot was dispensing a bad mix. She had no concept of charging me an extra dollar, but insisted on charging me a full $3. I asked for a manager who fixed everything. Although the manager tried to make things right and was very friendly, I can't help but feel I pissed away $27 on the meal. I called the store and the staff quickly helped me--America was especially kind and efficient in handling it. She removed the item and processed the refund with no issues at all. When I picked up my order, there was a small mix-up and I received a gyro instead of chicken, but overall the service was still excellent and the team was responsive and professional. Im obsessed with their falafel, spicy feta, hummus, pita, both soups, the chicken, literally everything lol!! Hire meeeee pls!! I workes at daphnes for 3.5 yrs! I have experience in this cuisine!! Haha but forreal, the staff is awesome! I had issues with grubhub not picking up my food from them and i was waiting for hrs! They had no problem remaking everything (im super fat and ordered like $50 worth of food) & even threw in some extra pita and spicy feta (my favieee) yum yum yum!! Disappointed with Consistently Poor Service It's frustrating that this location repeatedly runs out of popular menu items like beef kabobs well before closing time. To make matters worse, an hour and a half before closing, all the lemonades and teas had already been removed. Shutting down drinks and closing off sections early just to avoid cleanup feels lazy and unprofessional. This isn't a one-time issue--it happens regularly. There are several Mediterranean restaurants in Rancho San Diego, and we have eaten at many of them. The food at Luna Grill was a very pleasant surprise. The Chicken was tender and flavorful, the gyro plate was also very tasty. The ground beef kabob was also very good.. We would go back again. Nice experience especially having Wendy taking care of us. We always love coming to this Luna Grill. The staff is always friendly and helps us understand the promotions to save my family money. We come here a couple times a month during the week because kids eat free with purchase of an adult meal and the food is always on point. It's a great night out for our family every time. Just about every Wednesday we come in after the gym. We love the food and the service. Chris and Liberty are always warm and inviting. Any questions we have are answered promptly and if we have issues with our order, they are quick to make it right. They are great with my two young kids as well. It's a weekly treat for us to come in and something we look forward to. read more

During my brief stay at Luna Grill after watching the Orient Express I greatly enjoyed my visit. The food was delicious, obviously made with tender love and care.
