I can't speak for other services as I only tried a manicure but they offer a lot of different things here. The bad: I have only come here for a full service once. I don't know if I should have tried a different nail tech but I had a nail lift within A DAY of my service twice now. It's been less than 2 weeks and this same nail has lifted 3 times. But I was given the same tech to fix it each time. I have been getting builder gel for a few years now at a studio I love but wanted to try something closer to home so I went to Noble. I am not unfamiliar with builder gel. I have never had a nail lift so quickly like this... I felt that maybe the free edge was not sealed properly each time. The first time, it lifted the next day but I worked all weekend and couldn't make it back in for a few days... I paid $10 for a fix. Fair enough I suppose, as I couldn't come in immediately. Now a day later, after I came in for that fix, I could tell it was lifting again and called immediately. This time they fixed it for free. But it's been 6 days and the same nail is once again lifting. Thankfully the rest of the nails have not lifted early but the shapes are pretty different. I understand builder gel is more difficult compared to other nail services but this was a frustrating experience, and I really wanted to like this studio. Maybe other manicure services are better. And like other reviewers mentioned, be aware of all the little fees. I am not used to all these extra charges so I didn't do my due diligence. But they will charge to cut your nails shorter, and like I said it was $10 for a fix without additional service (even though I had my nails done there).

They had many wonderful packages available. I went with a basic head spa package since it was my first time trying this service. My nails grow quickly, so I usually come back every 3.5-4 weeks for maintenance. Today, I requested a short length and a round shape that followed my natural nails. My only concern was with the filing--because my nails were already short, it started getting a little too close to the skin near the sensitive nail bed area. It didn't hurt too badly, but there was a mild stinging sensation at times. Another thing I wanted to mention was the total. My service came out to $125. While I understand pricing can vary depending on add-ons or designs, I was a little confused because the last time I received the exact same services, I paid $110. I would've really appreciated a receipt or price breakdown so I could better understand how the total was calculated. For reference, this visit included a gel mani/pedi, builder gel, a simple design, and the #2 Tru Signature Sugar Scrub pedicure. At my last appointment, I received the #3 Tru Moisture Rich pedicure, so I was surprised to see a higher total this time. Overall, I still had a positive experience and enjoyed the service.
