I had a problem with my laptop and brought it in to be rectified. I dropped it off and a day later I went to pick it up. I had dropped it off a month before for the same problems and found out when I got home that only one of the 2 problems had been fixed, When I went this time for pickup it was Will DeGrenier that waited on me, I was furious to find out once again that only 1 of the problems was fixed. I got upset and made Will aware that I was. Will never got upset and was a real professional. He explained the solution for the second problem which was suggested the last time I was there. He kept his composure the whole time and finally talked me into trying what was suggested and suggested why. I calmed down and tried it and it worked. He was so professional. If I'm not mistaken, the only difference between FAP and Home Depot/Lowe's is the warranty. Home Depot/Lowe's May have the better warranty coverage. Prior to the appointment, I went with my fiancé to inquire about which screens would be the best option for me. We went to the Geek Squad desk, and I explained to an employee that I had an upcoming appointment. I said I wanted to get input from GS in advance on which radios I should browse at the store. The employee walked away and came back a few minutes later to tell me, "The auto technician isn't in right now, but he'll be here tomorrow. So, we can make suggestions today, but they might not be the best suggestions." This was one of the most ridiculous interactions I've ever had at a store, I couldn't believe the absurdity of it. So I wasted my time going there, now I should waste even more time by going again in hopes of speaking to someone for a pretty simple question?
