We were greeted by Lucy. She happened to have a few minutes and was able to answer basic questions about a custom dress my daughter had her eye but could not find. Right from the start she sounded very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. She was able to tell me, yes we can do and what the limits were. Never pushy or sales like, like other places. We made an official appointment where she answered ALL our (I had a team of planners with me) questions. We decided to move forward with the dress. When it came time to choose the fabric we went to four different appointments because my daughter was very meticulous about all the details. She was patient, kind, informative and generous with her time. Communication was GREAT! If I would leave a message or text she would reply within reasonable time. All my texts and calls were answered. You can feel that she cares about making sure you're satisfied. We made a few last minute changes to the dress and she was very accommodating. The delivery of dress was on time and the quality of work was GREAT! Yes, I had my mother and sister inspect the stitching on dress. My mom gave her seal of approval. That means a lot because as we know all the Mexican ladies know what a good seamstress is. You can tell she works with team of experienced seamstresses. The photos do not do the dress justice. Had I not contacted her and followed up constantly, she would have not had this dress ready on time . When I saw the dress I realized immediately it was not the dress I ordered . My story with Ms. Luna began in 2017 when my daughter and I began our search for quince dresses for her party in 2018. We visited several stores, and tried on many dresses- my daughter had a vision for her dress. When I'd ask the store associates for pricing and ideas, we got minimal service and overpriced quotes. In many of the stores the associates made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by just giving us a punch list flyer, as appose to focusing on customer experience. When we found Ms Luna, she was a god send to us, she listened to my daughter and while my daughter explained what she was looking for- Ms. Luna pulled out several design books and began to sketch and design a one of a kind quinceanera dress for my daughter. My daughter experienced the highest of customer service with Ms Luna- I knew she would take care of my daughter and me. Ms Luna went above and beyond: * We got a reasonable package with no hidden charges * Ms Luna is very detailed, she made sure my daughter's dress was fitted to perfection. * She helped us with all the damas dresses, ordered and fitted perfectly. * Helped with my own dress, altered it to fit perfectly. This was a very last minute request and Ms. Luna accommodated me. * Ms. Luna took time from her busy schedule to personally deliver the damas dresses to my house as I ran out of time to pick them up. This was beyond above and beyond! * Ms Luna also helped me find the tuxedos for the chambelanes. * She guided me on every step of the finishing parts like jewelry, hair styles shoes, dress style for my mother, and the overall color scheme for the quince theme. I order my daughters quinceañera dress on march 31st because we needed it to be ready by the end of june for pictures. At first she said we will call you when I have options for materials which took about a month or so. She didnt get the one my daughter wanted so we choose a different one. This was already 3 months since we ordered it. Then she calls me to tell me her seamstress didn't buy enough so only half the dress was done and she wasnt sure when the rest was coming. I mean come on.... We were still being nice and giving her the benefit of the doubt so we went and choose a different material which was supposed to be ready in a week. Mind you, I already had everything set for that particular color. from decorations to flower to dama dresses and I rescheduled photo and make up sessions twice because of this delay. once we choose the final material which by the way we were not happy with, she tells me I will call u tomorrow for pick up in a week. I was calling her, texting her and no answer. Until I told her I wanted to cancel then she calls me and still tells me the dress wont be ready for 14 more days. DO NOT GET YOUR DAUGHTER'S XV DRESS HERE!!! I had order my daughter's dress in October of 2022, and didn't receive it until March of this year after I was promised that it would be ready within 1-2 months from the moment I ordered it. This lady seems attentive and professional at first, however that's far from the truth. Whenever I would call too ask if the dress was ready, if she was going to have the accessories ready, she never responded and simply left me on read or delivered everything I would text her. She would also make up dumb excuses on why she wouldn't have the stuff ready on time. Along with this, she would constantly have her store closed and would never update us on what was happening. She didn't even give us the accessories until the night before my daughter's xv, and they weren't even the same color as the dress, the colors were WAY too bright and they were falling apart. And for the materials for the dress itself, it was almost as if the materials didn't work anymore, or as if they were rotting, because on the day of the xv, the dress was constantly ripping apart at even the slighted tug or pull, and even when we had it stored away and wrapped up (exactly how it came), the materials/fabric along the corset section was torn down the middle. So unless you want to constantly beg for your daughter's xv dresses and accessories to not be on time, or unless you'd like to be lied to, I strongly suggest not buying any dress here, as I'm incredibly upset for not doing my own research beforehand. read more

Then she wants to blame my sister and say that she took too long to pick the dress which is not true and if that was the case then she should've told us at the moment that the dress would take longer. We gave her a photo of a dress our daughter had fallen in love with. Several places we took the photo too prior to meeting with Lucy could not create it in time or within our budget.
