I had it before I went to bed that night. His price was in line with the other estimates I got, he is licensed and insured (I checked several and found only two on the CSLB website). We agreed on a time and day, he showed up EARLY with his crew and finished the job in a couple of hours. All the branches and leaves were picked up and removed. This service did everything right. On the day of service, he kept in close contact with me regarding any changes to the arranged time. On the day of service, he came with at least 3 workers to just trim 3 trees and some branches on our back wall. He stayed until the job was completed. Midway through, he asked me to come out and let him know if I was satisfied. They put up boards to protect flowers and a window. The trees were crowned/shaped very nicely!
