This place charges tax at the rate of 15 % on the entire food and beverage ticket which is 5.25 % more than the tax rate in Nashville . The meal was good but not a great one and did not deliver value . With this abusive add on and payment machine which defaults to 25% tip , I felt gouged . read more

We felt very rushed to order our meals when spending almost $600 the experience shouldn't be rushed. Service was terrible. 15 min for our drinks to arrive and they were staggered in bringing them to us. One person was brought their food well before the rest of us and took about 45 min for everyone to get. The two appetizers we ordered were not good, Main courses were average. I had the Duck Ragu which did not have a lot of flavor. Prices for apps and drinks were high. I am not a big Olive Garden fan either, but their food is better then this place. A very hip, fun, environment. It was packed on a weekday evening but we had a reservation and seated right away. We were told to order everything at one time so we assumed they would course it out and move the meal along. To say that the service was slow was an understatement, it took just over three hours to get through dinner. Dinner was good, dessert was great. I was visiting my daughter in Nashville this week and we were looking for somewhere to eat. Saw this restaurant and decided to try it. I'm so glad we did! Our server Brandon, was amazing. He was prompt and courteous and gave some great recommendations. My daughter ordered the Garganelli alla Bava and I had the Pappardelle with Duck Ragu. Both were delicious. The wine list is good too! This place is excellent. I got the arancini for appetizer and duck pasta for my meal. The flavors were great and done perfect. I was too hungry to take pictures but the presentation was on point too. Couldn't have asked for better service either. Alexa was ready to answer any question and offer great suggestions. Evan, the GM, came around a couple times to make sure everything was what we wanted it to be and stopped to chat for a bit. Luogo was the best experience I have ever had in Nashville! My entire family fell absolutely in love with the entire staff. My dad had the grilled sausage, and he loved it! We were underwhelmed by both the service and the food. There were 4 of us, we had a bottle of wine and single glasses, 4 salads, an appetizer, 4 entrees and 2 desserts. Very expensive but lacked flavor. But the most disappointing was the service. Our server made the experience 'on edge' as if we weren't spending enough money. And most frustrating - she wouldn't split the bill - we were 2 couples wanting to pay our own bills. Not horrible but a little disappointing rather than being a great experience.
