Decent place for cheap Chinese food. Specifically General Tso's chicken. Great for a quick dinner to go.

The worst food I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and service is bad also good luck getting the girl off her phone.

The fact Bistro B is only rated a 3.5/5 is unfortunate. The inside of the restaurant is really spacious & beyond what you order to eat, there are additional grocery items and other knickknacks for purchase that you can enjoy. There's large windows running around the perimeter of the building, so you can see into infinity and beyond...as far as the parking lot and nearby stores go lol. Since it's close to the Lunar New Year there's extra decor they've placed both indoor and outdoor, which is really cool to see. When it comes to food, they have an extensive selection to choose from. I really enjoy that they have a lot of photos to reference in their menu, especially for people like me that like to get an idea of what I'm ordering. During this visit I ordered their salmon vermicelli dish (Ca Hoi Nuong) , pork belly spring rolls & their Nem Chua Heo aka "vampire meat" I found over in their grocery area. Everything was made fresh to order & absolutely delicious. The vermicelli dish is quite huge portion wise, so come hungry or plan to have leftovers. The spring rolls were to die for. I've never had pork belly spring rolls and just loved the crunch from the skin bits they added in there, the moistness and rich flavor of the meat, chewiness of the rice paper & really well made peanut sauce. I'm so tempted to drive back over there just for those. The nem chua was also good, but just good lol. It's very similar to salami in taste if you've never had it before, but has a slight sweetness to it. I must warn that it is on the spicier side once you eat it as intended with the garlic & chili on top so have a drink ready. Overall I think this was the best $30 I've spent in a while. I can't wait to come back.

Bistro B has always been super well known in the Vietnamese community. Growing up, every time I would come-I would get the basic pho and spring rolls. I haven't been since 2017 that I've gone and now I have a friend who's a super adventurous eater like me, so I got to choose around the menu. The menu blew me away because what place has a Vietnamese household's traumatic childhood staples like bittermelon soup?!? This entire meal was incredibly nostalgic and heart-felt for me especially since I haven't been back to Vietnam since COVID has happened. This is truly the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever been to. Food ordered; - 707. Periwinkle in Spicy Tamarind Sauce (ỐC HƯƠNG SỐT ME): I have never seen a Vietnamese restaurant with snails before. I remember eating this all the time in the streets of Vietnam. The sauce and Vietnamese coriander were incredible along with the snail texture. - 23. Asian Crepe with Shrimp and Beef (BÁNH XÈO TÔM THỊT): It tasted like a solid definition of what Banh Xeo is supposed to be. The size of it though is insane to me. I've had Bánh Xèo at other restaurants-which are made to normal sizes, but this size is insane. Definitely ended up being leftovers. _ 119. Angel vermicelli served with grilled pork, and roast pork belly (BÁNH HỎI THỊT NƯỚNG VÀ HEO QUA): It tasted like how it is supposed to take. Definitely great dish as well. Portion size is also huge as well, so leftovers as well. Drink order: 413. ARTICHOKE BOM - NƯỚC MÁT (Artichoke Drink, Jelly, Basil Seed): I often get artichoke tea, so I was super excited to show my friend who has never had this before. It was way too sweet for us, but adding water into it definitely made it better. BTW, he ordered the durian smoothie which also tasted good, but it was less naturally tasteful than other places. Overall, this is the best authentic Vietnamese food I've had in a very long time. If you're an adventurous eater, I would definitely recommend trying something different other than spring rolls, pho, fried rice, or chow mein. Everything is super acquired though, but I truly do recommend if you're opened to it. ALSO, this has also been the best service I've ever had at a Vietnamese place. You don't come in ever expecting service. However, the lady who took care of us brought us new fresh plates for our new dish which shocked us especially as servers from an upscale restaurant. Water did take a while to refill, but the change of new plates blew us away. Thus, the food, service, and the super authentic and nostalgic ambiance definitely was an amazing experience. We are definitely coming back for more snails and other dishes!!

It catered primarily I think to the late night, 20 something crowd living off of their parents or who have entry-level corporate jobs. The service is friendly and the food tasty if you like the offbeat style of their taco brand. However, it's extremely pricey. A place that's not very busy, it's also not quick. Took more than 15 minutes for the three of us to get our respective orders. When we ordered, we were the only people in the joint. A short while later, two tables of young people came in about 10 o'clock at night. The service didn't seem to get any faster with their arrival.

Literally a flavor bomb in every bite! They have an extensive menu with so many unique dishes. It was hard to order one dish so we just had to order it all :) The Saltado was the best I've ever had! It was so bomb! The fries were somehow still crispy even though it's tossed in this delicious sauce! Meat was tender and melt in your mouth good! I also loved the burger! We cut pieces so we can all try the different dishes, and I kept cutting pieces of the burger! I've also been on a burger kick lately to try to find the best burger and this one is high up the list! It was surprisingly hot for a good 15 mins. The meat was well seasoned and the onion, cheese meat and sauce all blended so well. Little bit salty and a little bit sweet with the grill onions. The wings were also crispy with this nice sweet chili sauce! Cooked to perfection! I really liked the curry pho! It's a green curry with a little kick to it. They have quite a few different vegan options and this is a dish that can be made vegan. You can dip the Birria tacos in this pho consume which is so fire! It's so good you just want to drink it up lol I added some of their habenero hot sauce and it was just the perfect birria bites. The phorrito is pho filling wrapped in rice and fried! You gotta wash all these delicious meals down with a lychee peach tea! It hit the spot lol it was so refreshing with the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is a must try place if you're in the area!

But the second I had a bite of my partner's Viet Shaking Beef Burrito, all bets were off--I was hooked on my first bite. It was as unconventional as it was tasty--even more so with the sauce they serve on the side--and everything married well together. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was pretty good, with a strong coffee taste, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Service: Unfortunately, our food went to the wrong table, and we were served an item we didn't order. But that's trivial--overall, service was alright. Food came out pretty quick, despite the rush. Also, one of the servers was kind enough to checked in on us and asked how everything was. Ambiance: Casual, cultural, eclectic. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

When we walked in, the hostess had a poor attitude and was off putting. Unfriendly and borderline rude. We made sure to get there as soon as they opened because we knew it would be dead, and we'd have better luck at quicker service. Unfortunately, they sat us outside because we had our ESA animal in an enclosed carrier after grilling us about what services he performs, and I believe we were forgotten about since we were the only ones on the porch. It was a very warm day with high humidity. I asked the hostess if she could make sure the fans were on since it was so hot, and she asked, "So, you want me to turn them off?" We only ordered two apps of Roti Canai, one order of the twice friend wings, and an order or the donuts (all were ordered at once to help speed things along since it was so hot outside.) It took quite a while, and the wings came out soggy and cold, which is not the norm. A thunderstorm was coming in, and we had been waiting on our donuts for at least 20 minutes at this point. My husband informed the hostess that we would have to either cancel the order or move inside since it was about to start raining. She flippantly said that she would have to ask the manager first if we were allowed inside. We were so turned off that it really ruined the experience, and it was not the way we wanted to celebrate Mother's Day. The donuts finally came out (also cold), and I had my husband just give her the credit card without the check so we could hurry up and get off the porch before it started coming down. We rushed through the dessert and left. Not loving our experience and not sure if we'll be back until the attitude and service changes. We're bummed because we were always a fan of this place until now.

I ordered the Thai wings, and when they arrived, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell. I took one bite and sent them back. They had no real flavor, and the smell made them hard to eat. After asking for some sauce to go with them, they actually ended up being the best thing we ordered. Even so, the lingering aftertaste still reminded us of old grease. The drinks were decent, but overall this is not a place I would come back to or try again.
